Study of the collaborative relations in projects: an approach from the analysis of social networks
No full textGlobalization, along with the accelerated progress in Information and Communication Technologies, ICT, has prompted project-oriented organizations to act outside their corporate limits to expand their scope of service provision. In the development of these projects, collaborative networks arise among the members of the work team in charge. To understand the collaborative relationships that are formed between the members of these working groups in Project Supply Chain management (PSCM), the approach of visual and descriptive analysis of the network analysis methodology was used. In this article, we present the initial results of the characterization of two collaborative networks, derived from transnational projects. The preliminary findings show that the project leader is a determining node for the conformation and structuring of the network in the execution of the project.La globalización, junto con el acelerado avance en las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación, TIC, ha impulsado a las organizaciones orientadas por proyectos, a actuar fuera de sus límites corporativos para ampliar su ámbito de prestación de servicios. En el desarrollo de estos proyectos surgen redes de colaboración entre los miembros del equipo de trabajo a cargo. Para entender las relaciones colaborativas que se forman entre los integrantes de estos grupos de trabajo en Cadenas de Suministro Orientadas por Proyectos (CSOP) se usaron, en la fase inicial de la investigación, el enfoque de análisis visual y descriptivo de la metodología de análisis de redes. En este artículo se presentan los resultados iniciales de la caracterización de dos redes colaborativas, derivadas de proyectos transnacionales. Los hallazgos preliminares evidencian que el líder de proyecto es un nodo determinante para la conformación y estructuración de la red en la ejecución del proyecto

This paper aims to offer a diagnosis of the financial market in the city of Ibagué through the review of secondary sources, with the objective of knowing how it operates; finding that this market has grown substantially making the region an attractive area for investment.El mercado financiero brinda diferentes alternativas para tomar buenas decisiones, que permiten tener estabilidad financiera. De allí la importancia de conocer este espacio, porque su desconocimiento puede afectar la calidad de vida de las personas. Con este trabajo se pretende ofrecer un diagnóstico del mercado financiero en la ciudad de Ibagué, mediante la revisión de fuentes secundarias, con el objetivo de conocer cómo opera.
