DynaBench: Reaction-Diffusion Grid Full

Landscape composition of landuse classes from detailed land cover map and shannon diversity in series of buffer areas
Based on detailed land cover map created by LandKlif project, we calculated the landscape composition as well as shannon diversity based on land use class (LUclass) for 100 - 6000 meters (100-1000 meter with 100 meter intervals, 1000 - 6000 meter with 500 meter interval) buffer area around landklif plotsWe combined 3 different land cover maps to create a detailed land cover map for 6 km buffer area around landklif study plots. We used ATKIS 2019 land cover as basis, added details from Invekos 2019 and Corine 2018. We categorized the land cover into 6 classes, further subcategorized them into sub land use classes. The original classification from different sources are kept. In case of overlapping, the priority goes (from high to low): natural > forest > grassland > arable > urban > water. In case of overlapping between data source: transitional woodland-shrub from Corine > Invekos > ATKIS. Areas outside of Bayern are filled with only Corine data. The coordinate system of the shapefile is ETRS89 / UTM zone 32N (EPSG:25832)

Im Rahmen der Bachelorarbeit „Digitale Editionen von Handschriftenbeständen – eine bibliothekarische Aufgabe?“ wurden anhand der Handschrift „Würzburger Wundarznei" (UBW, M.ch.f.834) mit Hilfe der Software Transkribus verschiedene KI-Modelle zur Transkription der Handschrift trainiert. Climate and landscape variables of study plots in LandKlif project
LandKlif project aims at studying the effects of climate change on biodiversity and ecosystem services in different landscape types. We used the Bavaria quadrants as a representative regions that cover the temperature, precipitation and elevation gradients in Bavaria. We have classified the climate and landscape gradient of Bavaria into 5 climatic zones, 3 landscape types. In each of these climate-landscape zones, 4 replicates have been selected based on distance to our partner institutions and least spatial autocorrelation, resulting in a total of 60 quadrants. Within each quadrant, three dominant habitat types are investigated, resulting in a total of 179 plots (study sites). The climate and landscape variables of these 179 plots are calculated in this dataset. The coordinate system of the shapefiles is ETRS89 / UTM zone 32N (EPSG:25832)
