    Objective: This study was conducted with the aim of determining whether Objective Financial Literacy, Subjective Financial Literacy, Financial Self-Efficacy and Social Norms have an effect on Risky Credit Behavior in the use of the Paylater feature. Method: This type of research uses associative with a quantitative approach. In this study, the population used was all students of the Accounting study program at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo and a sample of 100 students using the Paylater feature was obtained. The data in this study used primary data collected through a survey questionnaire. The data collection technique used a Likert scale derived from variable indicators using data analysis techniques using SPSS 23 Software. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is a negative and significant influence on Objective Financial Literacy and Subjective Financial Literacy while Financial Self-Efficacy and Social Norms show a positive and significant influence on Risky Credit Behavior in the use of the Paylater feature. Novelty: This study offers a new contribution by simultaneously analyzing the influence of Objective Financial Literacy, Subjective Financial Literacy, Financial Self-Efficacy, and Social Norms on Risky Credit Behavior in the context of Paylater usage among university students—a topic that remains underexplored in previous literature, particularly among young users of digital financial services

    Objective: This research aims to analyze the customs clearance process for the discovery of imported goods in the red lane. Method: This research used a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. Results: The results of the study indicate that the customs clearance process for the discovery of imported goods in the red lane is quite complex, which includes an in-depth examination of documents and physical imported goods, verification of the status of the found goods if they are classified as Non-LARTAS must payment SPTNP, while goods included in the LARTAS category then the goods are not allowed to leave by Customs so that the Release of Part of the Imported Goods applies after the issuance of SPPB Notes. Novelty: Customs Clearance is a crucial process in international trade activities, especially imports. This process involves a channeling response from Customs, one of them is the red lane. Where imported goods require further action due to certain risk factors

    Objective: This study aims to explore the role of Lazismu East Java in supporting the Green Economy through the management of zakat, infaq, and sedekah (ZIS) funds. Method: A qualitative approach is used to analyze the implementation of the ZIS movement model applied by Lazismu and its impact on sustainable development. Results: This study covers Lazismu programs, such as organic farming, waste management, renewable energy, and community economic empowerment. The results of the study indicate that Lazismu East Java has succeeded in integrating ZIS values with green economy principles, which have created positive impacts on both the environment and social welfare. However, this study also identified challenges, such as limited resources and community understanding of the Green Economy concept. Novelty: The ZIS movement model developed by Lazismu has great potential to be replicated by other zakat organizations, provided that there is increased capacity, cross-sector collaboration, and further education on the importance of sustainable development. These findings are expected to provide guidance for zakat institutions in playing a more significant role in supporting the Green Economy in Indonesia

    Objective: The research aims to determine Word of mouth, Product quality, and Price on Purchasing decisions for Gacoan noodles in Sidoarjo. Method: By using a quantitative approach, this approach can be used to test theory objectively by looking at the relationship between variabels. Sampling was taken using a no-probability sampling technique using a purposive a sampling method, the total sample was 100 Gacoan noodles consumers in all Sidoarjo district oulets. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS V25 program. Results: The research results include; Word of Mouth influences Purchasing Decisions, Product quality influences Purchasing Decisions, Price influences Purchasing Decisions.     Objective: This study aims to determine the Influence of Investment Decisions, Capital Intensity, Political Connection and Capital Structure on Company Value in State-Owned Enterprises Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. Method: This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method. The number of companies sampled in this study is 23 State-Owned Enterprises Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The data source used is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS version 27 data processing tools. Results: The results of this study indicate that Investment Decisions Affect Company Value. Capital Intensity Affects Firm Value. Political Connection Affects Firm Value. Capital Structure Affects Firm Value. Novelty: This study provides new insights by simultaneously examining the effect of Investment Decisions, Capital Intensity, Political Connection, and Capital Structure on Company Value specifically in State-Owned Enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2022 period, which has not been comprehensively explored in previous studies

    Objective: This study examines how hybrid organizational models contribute to achieving strategic authenticity within Iraq’s private higher education sector, with a particular focus on institutions in Dhi Qar Governorate. Method: Using institutional and organizational theory as the framework, the study employed a questionnaire distributed to 200 deans, associate deans, and department heads across private universities and colleges. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to assess the relationships among hybrid organizational logics, authenticity, strategic adaptation, and organizational performance, confirming strong construct validity. Results: Findings indicate that hybrid logics are moderately embedded within private institutions, yet authenticity and strategic adaptation remain underdeveloped, limiting their positive influence on performance. Notably, strategic adaptation emerged as a significant mechanism that enables institutions to balance academic integrity with market demands. Novelty: This research extends organizational theory by demonstrating the applicability of hybrid organizational models in conflict-prone higher education systems and highlights the need for value-based leadership and adaptive governance to enhance legitimacy, flexibility, and sustainability within Iraq’s volatile private higher education environment

    Objective: This study aims to find out whether the synergy of green work environment and self-efficacy can answer the business transformation in the medical device industry at PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. Method: The design of this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This study has a population of 166 employees and the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling so that 117 respondents who are employees of PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 for Windows. Results: The results of this study show that the variables of self-efficacy, green work environment, and work discipline have a positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. Novelty: This study uniquely integrates the Green Work Environment and Self-Efficacy as key factors influencing Job Satisfaction in the medical device industry. Unlike previous studies, this research utilizes observation, interviews, and questionnaires to provide a comprehensive analysis. Additionally, it highlights the role of work discipline as a moderating factor, offering a new perspective on how environmental sustainability and employee confidence drive business transformation and innovation

    Objective: This study aims to determine and analyze the role of BUMDes administrators in managing the “Cafe Kalitikung” River Tour in Tambakcemandi Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency. Method: Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis follows the Miles & Huberman framework: collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results: Based on Edy Suhardono's role theory, administrators act as facilitators, drivers, and regulators. Facilitators provide infrastructure such as piers and tourism facilities. Drivers involve local resources and raise environmental awareness. Regulators establish operational policies for sustainable management. Despite challenges in management, human resources, and funding, collaboration between the village government, community, and BUMDes administrators highlights the potential of “Kafe Kalitikung” as a village economic model.     Objective: Indonesia is one of the countries that is a tourist destination because of its culinary richness. The potential for a strong national economic base can be seen from the very large number of MSMEs and their ability to absorb a large workforce. MSME "Seblak King" is one type of culinary business that is currently popular with the public, with products made from kencur, chili, raw crackers, and various other toppings. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the business of the MSME "Seblak King" located in Krajan Village, Purwoharjo District, Banyumas Regency, based on five aspects of feasibility, namely finance. Method: The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Results: The results of the study indicate that the “Seblak King” business is feasible to run and develop. From the financial aspect, a positive Payback Period value is obtained, a decent Return on Investment, Net Present Value, Profitability Index and Internal Rate of Return have positive values ​​or the business is feasible to be developed and run. Based on the overall analysis, the “Seblak King” MSMES is declared feasible to run and has promising business prospects. Novelty: The feasibility of the “Seblak King” MSME business is assessed through a comprehensive approach that integrates five main aspects—namely market and marketing, technical and operational, human resources, legal, and financial—in a comprehensive and practical manner

    Objective:  This study aims to analyze the influence of bureaucratic and governance reforms, human resource (HR) strengthening, and digitization and information technology on the realization of a superior Civil Service (ASN), with employee motivation as a mediating variable. Method: The study was conducted within the Directorate General of Budget (DJA) of the Ministry of Finance, using a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. Data was collected through a questionnaire administered to 344 DJA employees. Results: The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that bureaucratic reform and governance (β = 0.178; t = 2.326), HR strengthening (β = 0.394; t = 4.704), and digitalization (β = 0.164; t = 1.948) have a significant positive effect on employee motivation. Employee motivation also significantly influences high-quality civil service human resources (β = 0.372; t = 7.278). Additionally, employee motivation significantly mediates the relationship between the three independent variables and high-quality civil service human resources, although the indirect effect of digitalization is relatively smaller (β = 0.061; t = 1.870). Novelty: These findings confirm that the success of bureaucratic transformation is not only determined by technical policies but also by psychological aspects such as work motivation. This study contributes to the development of public sector human resource management policies based on strengthening employees' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation
