No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Pengaruh Pengukuran Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Terhadap Kinerja Perguruan Tinggi (Studi Kasus pada Badan Layanan Umum Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diolah dengan pertimbangan responden yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai badan layanan umum tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 765 orang. Metode penetapan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel penelitian berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Badan Layanan Umum

No full textHukum keluarga merupakan inti syari’ah dan memiliki posisi penting dalam Islam. Umat Islam beranggapan bahwa hukum keluarga merupakan pintu gerbang untuk mendalami agama Islam. Karena itulah hukum keluarga diakui sebagai dasar dalam pembentukan masyarakat Muslim. Secara global disebutkan hanya dalam hukum keluarga, syari’at Islam berlaku bagi banyak bahkan seluruh umat Islam di dunia.Namun, perkembangan zaman serta perubahan kondisi dalam kehidupan membuat hukum yang telah ditetapkan dalam Nash atau Ulama-ulama fikih mengalami pembaharuan. Pembaharuan hukum keluarga di berbagai negara Islam tidak lepas dari dinamika reformasi yang ingin melakukan unifikasi hukum baik untuk menyatukan dua madzhab besar (Sunni dan syi’i) atau menyatukan berbagai agama. Salah satu negara di Asia Tenggara yang melakukan pembaharuan hukum keluarga adalah Brunei Darussalam. Dalam MIB (Melayu Islam Beraja) yang merupakan ideologi negara Brunei Darussalam termaktub di dalamnya penetapan ahl Sunnah wal jama’ah (dari sisi akidahnya) dan madzhab Syafi’i (dari sisi fikihnya). Tuntutan melakukan pengembangan dan pembaharuan terhadap hukum keluarga akibat perkembangan zaman Akan terus dilakukan jika dirasa ketentuan hukum klasik sudah tidak dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan di era modern ini

One of the business development strategies is the implementation of a marketing mix strategy. Marketing is one of the most important factors in the continuity of a business, so it is very important for business people to pay attention to the marketing mix in their business. The purpose of this study was to determine how D'besto Fried Chicken Pekanbaru applies sales promotion. The data analysis technique used is market mix analysis. The marketing mix variables studied were product, price, place and promotion. The results of this study indicate that consumer decisions in purchasing D'besto Fried Chicken Pekanbaru are strategic location selection and products that are acceptable to the public. The recommendation of this research is that D'besto Fried Chicken Pekanbaru products should be more diverse and innovative in terms of packaging and online marketing and improve brand quality

Communication is emphasized in the holy Qur'an as a crucial aspect of human life, particularly for Muslims. Poor communication is one of the factors that can lead to marital disharmony or discomfort within the family. Therefore, effective communication is essential for a healthy family life. To achieve a harmonious and content family, it is essential to understand the patterns of interpersonal communication within the family. This will lead to a peaceful and comfortable environment for all members. The authors aim to discuss effective communication techniques, both in general and within a religious context, to establish a happy family. The research focuses on examining theories related to positive communication patterns within the family. The methodology employed for this research is library research. A balanced communication pattern is essential for forming a harmonious family. Additionally, precise subject-specific vocabulary should be used when it conveys the meaning more precisely than a similar non-technical term. This involves open communication where each member has an equal opportunity to express their opinions about family life. It is important to avoid any biased or emotional language and to use clear, objective, and value-neutral language. Most of the Pondok Pesantren in Riau Province, using a translation book that is not a yellow book (Arabic Book. This situation tends to eliminate the character of Pondok Pesantren which makes the yellow book (Arabic Book) as the basis and its main characteristic. No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi digital marketing industri halal pada Business Center (BC) Halal Network International Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia (HNI-HPAI) Pekanbaru 4 dalam menghadapi Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity dan Ambiguity (VUCA) di era society 5.0 dan untuk mengetahui tantangan yang ada di era si society 5.0 pada BC HNI-HPAI Pekanbaru 4. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian berjumlah 3 orang. Sumber penelitian yang digunakan adalah sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan media whatsapp dan juga memanfaatkan beberapa media website dan aplikasi digital yang telah disediakan oleh HNI pusat dan unofficial, dan juga BC HNI Pekanbaru 4 mengandalkan para mitra-mitranya dalam pemasaran di media digital. Pada kondisi uncertainty, dalam mengumpulkan informasi BC menggunakan sosial media, dan melakukan edukasi. Pada kondisi kompleksitas, kesulitan yang di alami yaitu masih kekurangan pengelola khusus dibagian sosial media seperti facebook (fb), dan Instagram (ig). Sedangkan pada kondisi ambiguity, sasaran HNI adalah para generasi milenial yang sudah mahir menggunakan media digital. Adapun tantangan yang ada di era society 5.0 ini adalah harus siap dengan kehadiran teknologi, aktif dan mampu mengelola sosial media, inovasi produk, dan terus mengupgrade skill di era society 5.0

Islamic banks consistently measure their performance by referring to the standard of productive asset quality as a benchmark. The prosperity of an Islamic bank's business substantially depends on its ability to manage investments by adhering to two main principles: the prudence principle and the Sharia principle. The aim of this research is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the quality and risks in Islamic bank financing. To face the complexity and dynamics of the Islamic banking world, a qualitative approach was used. The emergence of this perspective can be traced back to a response against the absolutist and dogmatic tendencies of medieval symbolism. Subsequently, it formulates a structured and all-encompassing understanding of humanity and the universe, tailored to the contemporary demands. The essentialist viewpoint in education asserts that a foundational approach, contrasting with a wholly flexible stance, can serve as a foundation for cultivating a steadfast and unwavering outlook, one that is less prone to fluctuations and inconsistency. Consequently, education should be grounded in enduring values that promote stability, have stood the test of time, exhibit clarity, and are deliberately chosen.The essentialist philosophy of education aims to reintroduce a return to traditional culture. Advocates of this philosophy hold the belief that ancient cultures possess numerous virtues capable of benefiting the progression of humanity. Their emphasis is on reverting to cultural practices that have existed since the inception of human civilization, with a primary focus on the cultural advancements that transpired during the Renaissance period, spanning the 11th to 14th centuries AD. The Renaissance was marked by significant efforts to rekindle the realms of science, art, and classical culture, particularly those hailing from the eras of ancient Greece and Rome. In contrast, the Islamic philosophical perspective on education and the concept of essentialism exhibits distinctions. These differences arise from varying interpretations concerning the interrelation between God, human beings, and the natural environment. No full textThe growth of the Sharia banking system in Indonesia is considered a measure of Sharia's economic success. The Indonesian Sharia Banking Supervision is responsible for regulating sharia banking activities. It is important to note that this information is from a regulatory point of view. The regulation and supervision of sharia banking activities are based on amendments to Act No. 3 of 2004 on the Bank of Indonesia, No. 23 of 1999, and Law No. 21 of 2008. After the passing of OJK Act No. 21 in 2011, Indonesian banks were granted the authority to oversee Sharia banks, which were then transferred to the JSC. The Financial Services Authority was formed due to concerns from various parties about the supervisory function of Indonesian banks in regulating Sharia banking. The JSC does not directly monitor all activities of Sharia institutions, but rather ensures that certain aspects are overseen by other institutions, such as the DPS (Dewan Pengawas Syariah). The DPS is responsible for overseeing Sharia Financial Institutions, and is registered based on the approval of the National Sharia Council (DSN). The objective of the OJK is to meet and protect the needs and interests of the public, create a stable and sustainable financial system, and implement a financial system based on the principles of good governance, which include accountability, transparency, and independence

The process of implementing the halal industry begins with awareness and training. Ensuring that catfish business actors understand the sharia principles underlying halal products. Halal certification is an important step to convince consumers that Salai Patin fish products meet the standards of purity and halalness. Collaboration with halal certification bodies and authorized government agencies is also a key factor in maintaining product integrity and quality. The prospect of the halal industry promises sustainable economic growth in Kampung Patin Tourism Village, with the expectation that salai patin fish products can present wider business opportunities, both in local and international markets.
