Constructive-synthesizing model of text graph representation
The article describes the graph model of the text, allowing speeds up processing. This model allows us to identify the same fragments in the documents with the change in the order of sentences and other parts. Using constructive-synthesizing structure to formalize this model is a promising approach to further automate the process of working with the model and the text accordingly.Problems in programming 2016; 2-3: 63-7

The expert analytic process for the choice of the organization management actions using corporative knowledge. Part I. Formal analysis of the goals system
Paper is devoted to the models and the methods of support for the special process of the alternative management action expert choice when the action has to be realized by organizational measures. Such the choice takes into account the influence of the action on the decidable problem situation and its probable negative aftereffects in organization activity field. In Part I the model of the organization goals is presented. This model includes such the types of goals as standard, planned, produced by stakeholders' interests and brought about the decisions made in organization ones. The goals included are both hard and soft ones. The properties of goals such as equivalence, opposition and accessibility are formalized by means the model proposed. The analysis of these properties that is realized under actual state of the decision field and goals field of organization is employed as important analytical support for the expert analytical choice process. It includes the functions of the context and recommendations forming for the action perspectivity expert evaluation that will be considered in the next part of this paper.Problems in programming 2017; 4: 079-08
Designing and program implementation of the subsystem for creation and use of the ontological knowledge base of the scientific employee publications
Creation of supporting complex applications for scientific research has always been the one of the key areas of computer science. The main features of the modern development of scientific research are the transdisciplinary research approach and deep of all stages of the life cycle of the statement and solution of scientific problems. The given paper considers theoretical and practical aspects of developing advanced integrated knowledge-oriented information systems and their components. Analysis of the existing scientific information systems and the synthesis of the general principles for developing “The instrumental complex for scientific research workplace” and its components are presented. The functional components of knowledge-oriented information system “The instrumental complex for scientific research workplace” are designed. The functional models and software implementation of the software subsystem for creation and use of ontological knowledge base for research fellow’s publications, as a part of personalized knowledge base of scientific researcher are discussed. Research in modern conditions of e-Science paradigm requires pooling scientific community and intensive exchange of research results that may be achieved through the use of scientific information systems. “The instrumental complex for scientific research workplace” allows solving problems of contructivization and formalization of knowledge representation, obtained during the research process and collective accomplices interaction.Problems in programming 2017; 2: 72-8
Game-theory analysis of multi-processor schedulers. Simulation model
This paper deals with a game model of users performing parallel computing in a heterogeneous multiprocessor system. The proposed approach is applied to the problem of matrix multiplication on the system with the scheduler of min-min type. The user’s action is to choose the size of the blocks into which the matrix is cut. Each user tries to optimize own finish time, which leads to conflict. Using the game theoretic approach, we build game model and found the conditions of Nash equilibrium existence in the scheduling game of two users. The definition of formal languages in the meta language of normal forms of knowledge
The expressive means of the metalanguage of normal forms of knowledge in relation to different level formal languages are investigated. The formal descriptions of a multitude of linguistic examples are given. The graphic metadescription equivalent to the given text description of the interpreter of the universal Turing machine is developed. The description provided of the universal Turing machine interpreter can be applied to solving the task of modelling the behavior of any T-machine (which performs the task of data conversion on its memory tape). The formal definition of the translator of the determined Turing machine is given. The ability to describe in the metalanguage of normal forms of knowledge the interpreting-translating and the translating-translating processes of formulating and solving of a given task, for which a solution exists is substantiated and defined.Problems in programming 2017; 4: 037-05

Macro-operations extraction out of computation process array sorting data
The paper dwells computation process (CP) array sorting from the simple to the efficient. Computation process present’s as a block flowchart for clarity. Each process are extracted macro operations (MO), which are functionality finished pieces of CP. Lists of MO for each sorting algorithm put it together and summarized – minimizing number of MO. Особливості будови елементарного пагона та пагонової системи деяких видів роду Coelogyne Lindl. (Orchidaceae Juss.)
Objective – to investigate morphological peculiarities of elementary shoot of three species of the genera Coelogyne Lindl. (C. ovalis Lindl., C. speciosa (Blume) Lindl., C. cristata Lindl.).
Material and methods. The raw material derived from living plant collection of M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden of the NAS of Ukraine. The study of vegetative and reproductive organs was performed by dissection and study of buds and shoots using “STEMI 2000C”. To characterize vegetative and generative organs used atlas on descriptive morphology of higher plants.
Results. Rhizome part of shoot consist from 6 (C. speciosa) to 13 (C. ovalis) meromes, on which are formed from 2 (C. cristata) to 4 (C. ovalis) axillary buds; orthotropic vegetative part consist of 2–4 meromes. Generative part of C. ovalis develops only after complete formation of the pseudobulb and leaves and from the upper bud develops a shoots of the next branching order. From the upper bud of C. speciosa develops a shoot with synanthous type of inflorescence. From the upper bud of C. cristata develops a shoot, which completely forms only a generative part, and from below bud develops a shoot of renovation.
Conclusions. The obtained results indicate that plants of the genus Coelogyne have the vegetativelygenerative elementary shoot. C. ovalis plants have hysteranthous inflorescence and dimonochazial branching type, C. speciosa plants – synanthous developmental inflorescence type and dimonochazial branching type, C. cristata plants – heteranthous type of inflorescence and monodichasial branching type of shoot. Варіабельність морфологічних параметрів та визначення летких речовин плодів генотипів каштана посівного (Castanea sativa Mill.)
Objective – to select the best genotypes of sweet chestnut (Castanea sativa Mill.) by morphological properties and to investigate of the qualitative and quantitative content of volatile organic compounds in fruits of the collection of M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden of the NAS of Ukraine.
Material and methods. There was investigated the 28 genotypes of 30-yea-rold plants that were introduced by seeds from Czech Republic, Carpathians, Kyrgyzstan. Morphometric measurments were conducted: fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width, fruit thickness, hilum length, hilum width. The investigation of the volatiles was conducted by the method of Chernohorod and Vinohradov (2006) using cromatographymass spectrometry. Basic statistical analyses were performed using PAST 2.17. Hierarchical cluster analyses of similarity between genotypes were computed on the basis of the Bray-Curtis similarity index. Variability of all these parameters was evaluated using descriptive statistics. Level of variability determined by Stehíková (1998). Correlation between traits was determined using the Pearson correlation coefficient.
Results. Morphometric parameters were following: weight of fruits from 1.70 to 18.60 g, length – from 8.07 to 33.39 mm, width – from 16.34 to 40.95 mm, thickness – from 9.02 to 28.70 mm and hilum length – from 6.62 to 31.30 mm, hilum width – from 6.50 to 19.99 mm. Index of fruit shape and hilum was determined in range from 0.81 to 0.98 and from 1.48 to 2.03 respectively. During the analysis of qualitative composition and quantitative content of volatiles of fruits from the 2 selected genotypes 74 compounds were detected, and 27 compounds among them were identified. Identified compounds belong to hydrocarbons, aldehydes, carboxylic acids and their ethers, monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, triterpenes.
Conclusions. Genotypes of seed origin were quite variable. They differ by weight, shape, size and color of fruits. The high level of variation was refered to important selection feature such as mass of fruits, which says about promising of process of selection on this direction. The most genotypes have a small mass of fruits, but certain genotypes characterized by higher sign of fruit mass. The hilum has a various shape and size that can be a diagnostic feature of cultivar characteristic. The outcome of the research points to the fact that the collection of Castanea sativa is a rich source of genetic diversity and might be used in selection for creation of new genotypes and cultivars. Investigated plants are promising raw for future pharmacognostic researches
