Functional stability of intelligent systems in decision-making
The article describes the concept of functional sustainability of intelligent systems in decision-making as one of the main aspects in the creation of methods for formalizing and modelling knowledge and the possibility of using it for decision support in the energy sector. The concept of functional stability was introduced for dynamic objects. However, for intelligent systems this concept is significantly different. This is due to the fact that the functioning of intelligent systems cannot be considered as the movement of an object. The functions of artificial intelligence for the creation of intelligent systems in the energy sector to support strategic decision-making on energy development, taking into account the requirements of energy security, are formulated. The use of the principles of situational management corresponds to the general scheme of research on the problem of energy security and strategic decision-making related to the assessment of the state of energy facilities and the fuel and energy complex as a whole, as well as the choice of the main directions of their further functioning and development. The article defines the parameters of functional sustainability of intelligent systems in decision-making and formulates the main characteristics of reliability, stability and survivability of intelligent systems, presents in graphical form the main aspects of functional sustainability of intelligent systems in decision-making, reflecting the basic concepts of situational management, including situational analysis and situational modelling from the perspective of studying the problem of energy security. The formulated concept of the functional sustainability of intelligent systems makes it possible to create algorithms for further use in the development of software for research and support of decision-making solutions in the energy sector.Problems in programming 2024; 4: 89-9

Analytical review of the state of research on modeling the processes of pursuit/escape in three-dimensional space
The article provides an analytical review of the main trends dominant in the world in solving the problems of modeling the processes of pursuit/escape in three-dimensional space. In order to obtain a more structured consideration of the current state, the main aspects of the research performed are identified and further analysis of such aspects is carried out. The main approaches to modeling the process of pursuit/escape in three dimensional space and the objects that are considered are analyzed. The methods of planning the paths of participants in the process of pursuit/escape in three-dimensional space are studied. The approaches used to form pursue/escape strategies in three-dimensional space are considered. Based on the results of the analysis, it is substantiated that the review allows to get a general idea of the main global trends that have developed today in the study of the processes of pursuit/escape in three-dimensional space. Improving the quality of educational process management through the integration of a module based on ERP ODOO in the context of cloud technologies
The article examines the integration of an education management module based on the Odoo ERP system in the context of cloud technology usage. It highlights the importance of automation and optimization of management processes in educational institutions. The Odoo ERP system is presented as a universal tool for centralized man agement of schedules, academic performance tracking, and communication among all participants in the educa tional process. Special attention is given to adapting the system to the needs of Ukrainian educational institutions, developing customized solutions, and testing the module in a real educational environment. The research results demonstrate the effectiveness of system integration, particularly in automating routine tasks, enhancing trans parency, and improving the productivity of educational institutionsProblems in programming 2025; 1: 124-13
Toolkit for simulation of heterogeneous GPU-based environments
We propose architecture of extensible toolkit for simulation of heterogeneous Grid environments containing GPUs based on Java framework GridSim and a prototype based on this architecture. We have checked adequacy of a model and performed its initial investigation by simulating a test problem on the developed prototype.Problems in programming 2013; 1: 107-11

Methods consolidated data processing using dataspaces
Problems which arise up during work with separate sources with depositories information using and databases are analyzed. There are formalized model of dataspace as mean of integration and information analysis from separate sources. It is shown that the algebraic systems of database and datawarehouse class are the subclasses of the dataspace class algebraic system. The features of information integration are certain from heterogeneous sources. The chart of information integration and facilities of data exchange is built.Prombles in programming 2011; 4: 72-8
Flow constructing and optimizing method for composite web service based on Q-learning
We propose a method of automated flow generation for the web services composition according to the de fined target state based on reinforcement machine learning. An agent that uses Q-learning gradually accu mulates knowledge about the environment to updates the evaluations of the usefulness of its actions (these actions correspond to the existing services). The task is divided into two subtasks: - construction of possible flows represented as sequences of services where the results of the previous service execution change the current environment state and enable the exe cution of the next service; - choice of the optimal flow according to the history of interactions and to QoS criteria that is adapted to environment changes. We determine the main components of reinforcement learning and analyze their specifics for service com position task. Additional approaches that allow avoiding looping and the use of unnecessary services are considered. We propose modification of the Q-learning method developed for automatic generation of flows based on input and output data of web services and for selecting the optimal flow based on the analysis of their qualitative characteristics. This modified method uses approach with memory where the agent expands its knowledge about the environment at each step. We consider characteristics of proposed method based on analysis of its software implementation. Possibilities of proposed method are considered on example of generation an optimal study sequences used for individual educational trajectories in accordance with the personal needs of students. Every learning ob ject (information object used for educational needs described by metadata) is considered as a specific ser vice where inputs and outputs are represented by required and result competencies.Problems in programming 2025; 1: 82-9
Integration of algorithm algebra and term rewriting tools for developing efficient parallel programmes
The approach to generation of terms by high-level specifications of algorithms is proposed. The generation is performed within the framework of joint use of symbolic computation system and algebro-algorithmic toolkit of program design and synthesis. The term rewriting system complements the algebro-algorithmic toolkit with means of transforming sequential and parallel algorithms aimed at their improvement.Problems in programming 2013; 2: 62-70
