Teaching Tip on 'Minerals and Metals at Home'

    No full text
I would advise people to take their time while using this resource. It provides a lot of interesting information when it comes to our world. It is also a good idea that parents take the minerals and metals tour together. Children can learn that things are made up of minerals and metals and learn the names of minerals and metals as well. If adults are not fully aware, they can learn with their children. If people are interested in knowing exactly what things are made up of, they can take notes while they visit this resource as well as come back as often as they like.

Teaching Tip on 'RIDGE Multibeam Synthesis Project'

Teaching Tip on 'Geology Labs On-line: VirtualRiver'

    No full text
Be sure students READ the sections with no questions - it makes the others easier. Switch people if there is trouble with the timing of debris velocity - some seem unable to get the timing down to where they are accurate.
