A government organization has predetermined goals. Success in achieving these goals does not only depend on government operational funds, facilities, infrastructure, and technology, but also on human resources. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of work motivation and employee abilities on the effectiveness of local government organizations, with the hypothesis that "there is a positive influence of work motivation and employee abilities on organizational effectiveness." The study employs a causal survey method, incorporating multiple regression analysis techniques. This research employs a quantitative approach, obtaining, processing, and analyzing data statistically (parametrically). This research concludes, based on the carried out data analysis, that: (i) the combination of work motivation and ability significantly influences organizational effectiveness; (ii) work motivation partially influences organizational effectiveness; and (iii) ability partially influences organizational effectiveness

FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE PURCHASE DECISION OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS ON FEMALE STUDENTS IN SURABAYA
Having an attractive appearance is the main thing by society, especially for women who pay attention to beauty. With the development of technology is expected for the cosmetics industry to improve product quality and halal awareness given that indonesia is classified as the largest use of halal cosmetics in the world in order to compete in the business world to influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of fear of missing out, halal product quality awareness on cosmetic purchase decisions at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya students. This research data collection technique through questionnaires distributed online to UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya students. The number of samples in the study of 67 respondents obtained through purposive sampling method. The results obtained that the fear of missing out does not have a significant effect on the decision to purchase cosmetic products at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya students because of budget factors and tend to buy as needed. RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN FINANCIAL MARKETS AND INTEREST RATES
This paper investigates the multi-scale relationship among interest rates, exchange rates, and stock prices using wavelet transform analysis. Specifically, we employ the maximum overlap discrete wavelet transform (MODWT) on interest rates, exchange rates, and stock prices in the US from January 1990 to December 2008. We utilize wavelet variance, wavelet correlation, and cross-correlation definitions to examine the association and lead/lag relationships between these series across various time scales. Our findings indicate that the relationship between interest rates and exchange rates is not significantly different from zero across all scales. Conversely, the relationship between interest rate returns and stock index returns is significantly different from zero only at the highest scales. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how an individual's knowledge of accounting, IT usage, and internship experience affect their preparedness for the workforce in the 4.0 and 5.0 industrial revolutions. This study employs a quantitative methodology. Thirty samples were gathered using the purposive sampling method based on the non-probability sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analyses were used in the data processing procedure. The findings of the study indicate that having an internship, using information technology, and having a basic Accounting Understanding all have a positive and significant impact on one's fitness for the workforce as an accountant in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0. Thus, an individual's degree of work preparedness can be influenced by their knowledge of accounting, their proficiency with information technology, and their internship experience
DEVELOPMENT OF INTERACTIVE DIGITAL COMICS ON SIMPLE PLANE TOPICS ON EMPOWERING STUDENTS' THINKING ABILITIES
The purpose of the research was to develop interactive digital comics about simple machines and to investigate the effect for using interactive digital comics in student thinking skills at grade VIII. The hypothesis of this research was that using interactive digital comics in simple machines gave a significant effect to student thinking skills. This type of research was development research, which refers to the Four-D (Define, design, develop, disseminate). The result shows simple machine digital interactive comic is categorized as valid and feasible because of the percentage of expert media judgment is 98.91% and the percentage of expert material judgment is 98.21%. In practicality test, this is indicated by the good response from students with a percentage of 82.44% in the limited trial class and 77.81% in the extended trial class. The Effectiveness, indicated by statistics analyzing the pretest and posttest of control and experimental groups. The test analysis with Wilcoxon test. The Wilcoxon test shows Asymp. Sig (2 tailed) < 0.001 which is less than 0.005 that means the hypothesis is accepted and proven
THE INFLUENCE OF TIKTOK CONTENT ON DIGITAL MARKETING OF ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS ON E-COMMERCE: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW
This study aims to analyze the influence of TikTok content on digital marketing of electronic products in e-commerce through a systematic literature review. TikTok, as an increasingly popular social media platform, offers various engaging content features for users. This study examines how elements of content on TikTok, such as creative short videos, viral challenges, and influencer collaborations, can affect digital marketing strategies and sales performance of electronic products on e-commerce platforms. The methodology used is systematic literature review (SLR) by gathering and analyzing various relevant previous studies on the topic. The findings of this review indicate that TikTok content has a significant impact on brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales conversion. Effective marketing strategies implemented on TikTok can increase product exposure, attract consumer attention, and drive purchasing decisions. These findings provide valuable insights for digital marketing practitioners in leveraging social media platforms to enhance the marketing performance of electronic products in e-commerce
