Risk Factors for Patients Severe and Critical with Covid-19
In the fight against infectious diseases, the formation of collective immunity among the population is the main tool in the fight against diseases and the prevention of deaths. At the same time, even after vaccination, the occurrence of diseases among the population remains one of the current problems.
Aim: To identify and assess risk factors for those with severe and very sever COVID-19.
Materials and methods: Statistical analysis of the primary medical data of 1862 patients treated at the Republican Special Hospital for Infectious Diseases Zangiota №2, a retrospective research method was used.
Results: When analyzing the patients infected with COVID-19 disease by age and gender groups, it was found that among the age groups under 20 years of age, the prevalence of the disease is almost the same among both sexes, where men are 4.88±0.2%, women are showed that 4.81±0.2%. When analyzing the patients infected with COVID-19 disease by age and gender groups, it was found that the prevalence of infection among both sexes is almost the same among the age groups under 20 years, where men are 4.88±0.2%, women are 4.81 showed that it is ±0.2%. We can explain the fact that the lifestyle and activities of these age groups in our country are almost the same, that is, they study in schools, lyceums and colleges. Among patients aged 20-49, the percentage of men is high (34.4±0.45%), while the percentage of women is slightly lower (29±0.43%).
Conclusion: Factors that cause severe and very severe degree of COVID-19 include the elderly population, male sex, regular smokers, low socio economic populations, and people with chronic diseases was found to be
REPRODUCTIVE CHANGES IN WOMEN WITH PREMATURE OVARIAN FAILURE
Failure to become pregnant after therapy forces the patient to use assisted reproductive technologies using donor embryos and oocytes, while the effectiveness of in vitro fertilization does not exceed 58%. To prevent this outcome, if a woman has risk factors for developing premature ovarian failure, it is necessary to timely assess the ovarian reserve with the preservation of her own oocytes for subsequent assisted reproductive technologies

Clinicоfunctional Efficacy of Complex Treatment of Chronic Adenoiditis Using Phototherapy
In the period from 2021 to 2022, we examined 70 children who applied to the Bukhara Regional Children's Multidisciplinary Medical Center ENT department. The age distribution was as follows: children of the first year (7 months to 11 months) – 2 (3%), early age (from 1 to 2 years) – 16 (22.8%), preschool (3 l – 6 years) - 33 (47.2%) and school age (7 l – 11 years old) – 19 (27.3%) children. Patients of preschool age (from 3 to 6 years, 47.2%) prevailed among the patients.
The use of the method of complex low-frequency ultrasound therapy of chronic adenoiditis with rhinosinusitis in children reduces the duration of treatment by 40%, increases its effectiveness by 4 times and increases the proportion of recoveries 3 times for immediate and 4 times for long-term results compared with traditional treatment and eliminates tubar dysfunction and snoring 5 times faster and normalizes nasal breathing 3 times faster than with traditional treatment, improving the indicators of anterior active rhinomanometry in total volume flow 4 times, and in total resistance 20 times, which indicates adequate inclusion of hypertrophied pharyngeal tonsil to the zone of therapeutic effect of the new method
REHABILITATION WITH THE APPLICATION OF THERAPEUTIC PHYSICAL CULTURE FOR PATIENTS AFTER CORONAVIRUS INFECTION AT THE OUTPATIENT STAGE
The article presents a review of scientific literature, clinical observations, containing data on the features of neurological manifestations and mental disorders, complications from the nervous system in a new coronavirus infection, illustrated with clinical examples. Neurological manifestations are not leading in the clinic for diseases caused by coronaviruses. However, the development of the nervous system is also possible with respiratory, sensory, motor, autonomic and other disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system. In addition, COVID-19 can worsen the course of already existing neurological diseases, therefore, this article provides basic recommendations for the management of certain groups of patients with nervous diseases. Given the earlier epidemics of other coronavirus infections, neurologists most often face cognitive and psycho-emotional disorders and other pathologies in the subsequent period. Therefore, it is important to choose the appropriate treatment and monitor the development of early and long-term consequences of neurological manifestations and complications of COVID-19 and then evaluate the effectiveness of effective individual rehabilitation programs for patients

COMPARATIVE RESULTS OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PRIMARY ECHINOCOCCOSIS OF THE LIVER
Despite the large number of methods of antiparasitic treatment of the cyst cavity, the frequency of complications and relapses remains almost at the same level. The comparative analysis was carried out taking into account the study of the results of the immediate period, the long-term period and the assessment of the quality of life after various types of echinococcectomy. When analyzing the average duration of the operation and the duration of the hospital period, it was noted that in the main group, the duration of the operation on average corresponded to 120.8 minutes, and in the comparison group-104.2 minutes. The proposed tactical aspects of surgical treatment of EP, taking into account the peculiarities of physical and chemical treatment of the residual cavity and the extended use of its elimination by complete or partial suturing, including large or complicated cysts, reduced the need for drainage of the residual cavity from 63.8% to 36.6%
