The Effectiveness and Integrity of Online assessments Using Moodle Learning Management System: Perspectives of a Developing country’s university teachers
Learning management systems in higher education contexts attained significance in digital innovations during the COVID-19 pandemic when many universities switched suddenly to online mode of teaching and learning. While many universities continue to use learning management systems to supplement face-to-face teaching and learning, academics are concerned about the efficacy and integrity of the online examination environment. This study uses empirical survey data to investigate the case of a developing country university in Ghana that has been using Moodle learning management system for online assessments since 2019 to supplement in-person assessments. The study examined the university's teachers' use of learning management system tools for assessments, their perceptions of the effectiveness/integrity of these tools for examinations, and the challenges involved. This paper presents the results of the study

GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: A COMPARISON OF POLICIES AND PRACTICES IN SOUTH AFRICA AND THAILAND
Human resource (HR) in organizations has to keep up with changes, adjust and avoid being complacent by sticking to traditional roles to remain relevant. There is consensus for countries and organizations to be proactive with environmentalism. Green human resource management (GHRM) is a topical agenda amongst human resource management (HRM) researchers and new literature emerging. As a result, the main aim of this study is to explore and compare the policies and practices of GRHM in South Africa and Thailand. This particular study, employed a qualitative approach – systematic review – followed a desktop approach and looked at different literature sources that researchers analyzed, summarized, and draw suppositions about GHRM in South Africa and Thailand. The results show that even though various researchers carried out studies on GHRM, very few focus on South Africa and Thailand. There are also discrepancies between the awareness and implementation. However, various HR practitioners in South Africa have a perception that greening activities should not be the main priority of the HR department but of environmental specialists
The Impact of Digital Transformation in Banks on Economic Growth: A Study of a Sample of Countries from 2012 to 2021
This study aims to highlight the relationship between digital transformation indicators in the banking sector and economic growth for a sample of countries. Three panel models were employed: the aggregate model, fixed-effects model, and random-effects model. After individually estimating each model, statistical tests were applied in the empirical study.
The study concludes that the random-effects model is the most effective, indicating a direct and positive impact of digital transformation indicators in the banking sector on economic growth
Academic Translation: The Impact of Algerian Natural Gas Revenues on the Trade Balance: An Empirical Study Using the Non-linear Autoregressive Distributed Lag Model
The study aimed to measure the impact of Algerian natural gas revenues on the trade balance during the period (2000-2022). The study utilized the Nonlinear Autoregressive Distributed Lag (NARDL) model to assess the effect of both positive and negative values of natural gas revenues on the trade balance over the short and long terms.
The findings indicate that an increase in natural gas revenue in Algeria leads to an increase in the trade balance in both the short and long terms. Conversely, a decrease in total revenues has a negative impact on the trade balance

One of the most important and much-needed services in patient care is nursing. Managing an employee in the hospital industry is difficult, and addressing their requirements is critical. Nurses are crucial in ensuring that the requirements of patients are satisfied. Nurses and the organization's goals both benefit from increased job satisfaction. In this study, clinical nurses working in NABH-accredited hospitals in Tamil Nadu are examined to see how demographic factors such as age, years of service, and designation affect outcomes such as job satisfaction, involvement in the workplace, organisational commitment (attitude), job stress (psychological), and turnover intention (behavioural)

Employee engagement is a vast construct that touches almost all parts of human resource management facets we know hitherto. If every part of human resources is not addressed in appropriate manner, employees fail to fully engage themselves in their job in the response to such kind of mismanagement. The construct employee engagement is built on the foundation of earlier concepts like job satisfaction, employee commitment and Organizational citizenship behaviour. Though it is related to and encompasses these concepts, employee engagement is broader in scope. Employee engagement is stronger predictor of positive organizational performance clearly showing the two-way relationship between employer and employee compared to the three earlier constructs: job satisfaction, employee commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour. Engaged employees are emotionally attached to their organization and highly involved in their job with a great enthusiasm for the success of their employer, going extra mile beyond the employment contractual agreement
Impact of Organizational Factors on Job Stress in IT Companies
This research article aims to “To study the impact of different organizational factors on job stress of IT professionals”. The paper applies data reduction using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) on a sample of 312 respondents drawn from 6 IT companies in the Bengaluru and condenses a set of 16 organizational factors converted into a four organizational factors. The present study proposes a model of the impact of organizational factors on job stress. The study found that organizational snags, sedentary self, adaptability to situations and hierarchical pressure are impacting significantly the job stress. Therefore, IT companies should focus on the above factors to reduce job stress of professionals. The study investigated the impact of organizational factors on job stress of the IT professionals concluded that organizational snags had the highest impact on the job stress of the professionals’ sedentary self, adaptability to situations followed by hierarchical pressure

Online ordering of food in India is still in its early stages despite gaining visibility recently. “Despite the visible popularity of online food ordering,we reckon only 27 per cent of the 40 million online shoppers are ordering food online,’’ a report said. E- commerce companies in the food-tech space are present across the delivery value- chain in the form of order aggregators such as Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo with outsourced delivery; as full-stack food delivery companies such as Freshmenu and Holachef; and as B2B delivery outfits such as Grab, Roadrunnr and Shadowfax, which work with aggregators and restaurants.This paper deals with evaluation of the competitor analysis towards different services offered by online food ordering companies and the effect on consumer online ordering this study has been conducted for online food ordering app among students and IT professionals. . The outcome of this research helps in understanding the services like discounting facilities, food delivery, information of restaurants, cost of food, review and ratings on hotels, proximity are few of the important factors considered in comparing the services of online food ordering companies with its competitor’s services that are crucial from the point of view of consumers
Reasons for Buyer's choices towards Electronic Means of Transportation in India: An Empirical Study in the context of ESG (Environment, Social, Government) Marketing Model
The electric cars are the environment-friendly means of transportation. India is a significant potential market for the use of electric vehicles. Hence the Indian government aspires to be the top fully electric producer by 2030. Nearly every automotive manufacturer in the world already produces at least one electric vehicle model, and the adoption of electric vehicles is rising quickly across the board. The Indian government has unveiled several fresh initiatives to support the producers of electric cars, which would undoubtedly result in a pollution-free environment. Despite being a complicated and lengthy road, it is certainly attainable with a thorough strategy approach. New initiatives must be implemented to increase the acceptability of electric vehicles, while steps must be taken to prevent the further uptake of gasoline-powered cars. Sample of 248 buyers were considered for the study survey to know the reasons for buyer's choices towards Electronic Means of Transportation in India and the impact of ESG (Environment, Social, Government) Marketing Model. Electronic Means of Transportation Lowers the risks to local public health connected with those emission, greenhouse gas emission and Governments offers state federal subsidies on electric vehicles are some of the reasons for buyer's choices towards Electronic Means of Transportation in India. The study concludes that there is significant impact of ESG (Environment, Social, and Government) Marketing Model on Buyer's choices towards Electronic Means of Transportation
