Get PDFافتُتِحَ المقال بعرض الأحوال التى انتقلت بها السجلات، تلا ذلك دراسة الخصائص الخارجية وشملت التجليد والورق والحبر والأرقام والعلامات وإخراج الصفحات والخطوط، مع عرض لأهم العناصر المؤثرة فى تحديد السمات الخـطية للكُتَّاب وأهمية ذلك فى الحكم على صحة الوثيقة، ثم دراسة الخصائص الداخلية ومنها لغة وأسلوب السجلات وأجزاؤها الدبلوماتية، وأخيراً دراسة الإنشاء أو التكوين وبيان إجراءات كتـابة السجلات وخطوات توثيقها ، وفى ختام المقال ملخص لنتائج الدراسة .The article begins by introducing the “Transmission” which registers was moved out , Followed by studying the “Extrinsic elements” of documentary form, included binding, paper, inks, numbering and signs , page layout and how to analyses hand writing and it’s important in judgment on the authenticity of the document , then study the “intrinsic elements” of documentary form, included method and Language of writing , diplomatic parts , at last study the “genesis” of registers which tell us the way of writing registers and the steps of Documentation , In the end, a summary of the study results

No full textتتناول هذه الدراسة (اتحاد المكتبات الجامعية المصرية) منذ بداية نشأته عام 2005 وحتى الآن، مروراً بجميع المراحل الزمنية والخاصة بالتخطيط للاتحاد، من إنشاء الوحدة المركزية للاتحاد، والاشتراك بقواعد البيانات العالمية، وميكنة المكتبات الجامعية المصرية، وإنشاء مستودع الرسائل الجامعية، وتطوير النظام الآلي الموحد لإدارة المكتبات، وتنفيذ المشروعات الجديدة من تكشيف الدوريات المصرية ومشروع النشر الالكتروني، قياس مدى إفادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم بالجامعات المصرية من مصادر المعلومات الالكترونية المتاحة من خلال الاشتراك بقواعد البيانات العالمية، ورصد مدى رضا المجتمع الأكاديمي عن الخدمات المقدمة من خلال مشروعات الاتحاد والمتعلقة بالبحث في الفهرس الموحد والبحث في مستودع الرسائل الجامعية المحلية، ومدى احتياج أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم للبرامج التدريبية والإرشادية للإفادة من مشروعات المكتبة الرقمية، والطرق المناسبة للتدريب من وجهة نظرهم، والكشف عن مدى تأثير استخدام المكتبة الرقمية على البحث العلمي في مصر من خلال قياس العلاقة بين النشر الدولي للباحثين بالجامعات المصرية واستخدامهم للدوريات الالكترونية المتاحة بقواعد البيانات العالمية، تحديد العلاقة بين الدوريات الالكترونية الأكثر استخداماً من قبل الباحثين بالجامعات، ومدى توافرها من خلال اقتناء المكتبة الرقمية لها.This study deals with the Federation of Egyptian University Libraries from the beginning of its inception in 2005 until now, passing through all the chronological and planning stages of the Federation, from establishing the central unit of the Federation, subscribing to global databases, mechanizing Egyptian university libraries, establishing the university theses repository, and developing the unified automated system. To manage libraries, and implement new projects, including indexing Egyptian periodicals and the electronic publishing project, measuring the extent to which faculty members and their assistants in Egyptian universities benefit from the electronic information sources available through subscribing to global databases, and monitoring the extent of the academic community’s satisfaction with the services provided through the Union’s projects related to research in The unified index and search in the local university theses repository, and the extent to which faculty members and their assistants need training and guidance programs to benefit from digital library projects, and appropriate methods for training from their point of view, and revealing the extent of the impact of the use of the digital library on scientific research in Egypt by measuring the relationship between international publishing For researchers in Egyptian universities and their use of electronic periodicals available in global databases, determining the relationship between the electronic periodicals most used by researchers in universities, and their availability through the acquisition of their digital library

This research focuses on the Arab libraries\u27 implementation and how they can contribute to the international cataloguing community; should we contribute in the testing phase or we are still behind. The findings of this paper aim at giving better understanding to the implementations procedures and requirement and the expected problems with the Arabic materials. As for years now libraries in the United States and Europe turned from the physical environment to the digital in the time that the Arab libraries still focus almost exclusively on purchasing printed books. Do we really need to replace MARC 21? How many libraries adopted RDA in the Arab region? This paper will present the real situation of the Arab libraries that could affect the decision of implementing BIBFRAME. What could we do in this phase?
Moreover, this study will shed light on the needs of the Arab libraries that made the implementation possible and how we could set plane in advance for test and implementation timeline including all the tasks and expenses required. Therefore, the decision will be mainly affected by several factors, for example the library system used, the training required and budget required for adoption. Finally, the paper will present a future prospective forecasting how many libraries in the Arab region would be able to implement in the coming years

This research aims to study the international ISO/IEC 19788 standard and the method used to createa unified Arab educational metadata standard. In the first part, we will discuss the definition ofeducational metadata with a particular focus on the standard Dublin Core and the standard LOM. Inthe second part, we will review the most important characteristics and advantages of ISO / IEC19788 standard.
