المستخلصتسعى الدراسة إلى رصْد نشاط المرأة المصرية في مجال المكتبات والوثائق والمعلومات، وذلك من خلال التركيز على نشاطها البارز ودورها المؤثر والإنجازات التي حققتها والمناصب التي تقلدتها، وإتاحة ذلك من خلال موقع إلكتروني يسهل الوصول إلى المعلومات حول جهود المرأة ونشاطها في هذا المجال.
وسوف تشتمل الدراسة على نشاط المرأة في مجال المكتبات والوثائق والأرشيف والمعلومات بمصر، منذ عام 2007م وحتى عام 2018م – استكمالًا لدراسة سابقة تناولت المتميزات في مهنة المكتبات والمعلومات بمصر حتي عام 2006م – إلا أن فترة موضوع الدراسة الحالي قد شهدت تطورًا عدديًّا ونوعيًّا هائلًا، وستغطي الدراسة جهود خريجات أقسام المكتبات والوثائق بمصر على المستويين الأكاديمي والمهني؛اللاتي لهن نشاط بالمجال وتقلدن مناصب أكاديمية وتولين مناصب حكومية عامة كذلك، أو اللاتي تولين مناصب حكومية عامة فقط، أو اللاتي تولين مناصب ومهام في المجتمع المدني، وهذا متمثل في الجمعيات والاتحادات والمؤسسات الثقافية والفكرية.
وفيما يتعلق بالمنهج المستخدَم، فالدراسة ستعتمد على المنهج المسحي، كما ستعتمد في جمْع البيانات على قائمة المراجعة والمقابلة الشخصية المقننة. The study seeks to monitor the activity of Egyptian women in the field of libraries, documents, and information, by focusing on their prominent activity, influential role, achievements they have achieved, and the positions they have held, and making this available through a website that facilitates access to information about women’s efforts and activity in this field.
The study will include women’s activity in the field of libraries, documents, archives and information in Egypt, from 2007 AD until 2018 AD - in continuation of a previous study that dealt with distinguished women in the library and information profession in Egypt until 2006 AD - however, the period of the current subject of the study has witnessed tremendous numerical and qualitative development, and the study will cover The efforts of female graduates of library and documentation departments in Egypt at the academic and professional levels, who are active in the field and hold academic positions and hold general governmental positions as well, or who hold general governmental positions only, or who hold positions and tasks in civil society, and this is represented in associations, unions, and cultural and intellectual institutions.
Regarding the method used, the study will rely on the survey method, and in collecting data it will rely on a checklist and a standardized personal interview

No full text تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم الوضع الإرجونومي الراهن لتصميم بيئة العمل بمكتبات جامعة حلوان لتحديد الايجابيات ورصد السلبيات في بيئة العمل الحالية، والتعرف على تأثير التصميم الحالي لمكتبات جامعة حلوان على الحالة الصحية والبدنية لأخصائي المكتبات والمستفيدين، ووضع الحلول باستخدام الهندسة البشرية "الإرجونوميكس" للمشاكل ببيئة عمل بمكتبات جامعة حلوان، ودراسة مدى امكانية تطبيق معايير الإرجونوميكس في المكتبات بجامعة حلوان. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسحي الميداني وذلك للحصول على معلومات تفصيلية ودقيقة عن الوضع الحالي لتصميم بيئة العمل بمكتبات جامعة حلوان (عينة الدراسة)، من خلال أدوات جمع البيانات التالية: قائمة المراجعة، استبيان أخصائي المكتبات، واستبيان المستفيدين. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة عدم توافق متطلبات التصميم ببيئة العمل بأغلب المكتبات محل الدراسة لمعايير الإرجونوميكس، وعدم رضا اخصائي المكتبات والمستفيدين عن تصميم بيئة العمل بأغلب المكتبات عينة الدراسة، كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم تنظم إدارات المكتبات عينة الدراسة لأي من الدورات التدريبية الخاصة بالتوعية والتعريف بالإصابات المهنية وكيفية تجنبها، ولا يوجد أي معرفة لدي أخصائي المكتبات عينة الدراسة عن الإرجونوميكس وكيفية اتباع مبادئ الإرجونوميكس في العمل للحفاظ على الصحة والسلامة المهنية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات كان من أبرزها ضرورة التعاون بين إدارة الجامعة والإدارة العامة للمكتبات لإعداد برنامج إرجونوميكس خاص بتطوير وإعادة تصميم بيئة العمل بمكتبات جامعة حلوان، الاهتمام بمعايير الإرجونوميكس في تصميم المكتبات لضمان بيئة آمنه للحفاظ على الصحة المهنية للمستخدمين، وتوفير الأثاث والتجهيزات المصممة إرجونوميا لرفع مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لأخصائي المكتبات، ورضا المستفيدين عن الخدمات المقدمة من المكتبة وتقديمها بشكل أكثر فاعلية، تخصيص فترات راحة للعاملين للاسترخاء، والقيام ببعض التمارين التي تساعد على الحفاظ على صحه الجسم وتجنب الإصابات المهنية، مع توفير الأماكن المناسبة لذلك، وضرورة إعداد دورات تدريبية متخصصة لتعريف إخصائي المكتبات ببرامج الإرجونوميكس، والطرق الصحيحة لأداء العمل دون حدوث إصابات.The study objective is to evaluate the current ergonomic situation of the design of the work station in the libraries of Helwan University. This is to determine the positives and monitoring the negatives in the current work station and to identify the effect of the current design of the Helwan libraries. As to the effect of the health and physical state of the librarians and the users at the Helwan University libraries, and study the feasibility of applying the ergonomics standard in libraries at Helwan University. The study was based on the field survey methodology to obtain detailed and accurate information on the current situation of the design of the workstation in Helwan University libraries, (sample study), through the following data collection tools are: checklist, a questionnaire for librarians, and a questionnaire for users. The most important results of the study are the lack of compatibility of the design requirements in the workstation of most of the libraries under the ergonomics standard, and the dissatisfaction of the librarians and the users of the design of the workstation in most of the studied sample libraries. The study also showed that the library administrations did not organize any of the training courses on awareness of how to avoid occupational injuries, and there is no knowledge of the librarian on ergonomics and how to follow the principles of ergonomics in action to maintain occupational health and safety.
The study concluded with a number of recommendations the most important of which was the necessity of cooperation between the University Administration and the General Administration of Libraries to prepare the ergonomics program, for the development and redesign of the workstation at Helwan University libraries. The need of ergonomics is to raise the level of satisfaction of librarians and the satisfaction of users for the library services provided by the library, and make the library services more effectively. The allocation of breaks for employees to relax, and to have some exercises that help to maintain a health body and avoid occupational injuries. With the provision for a suitable area and the need to develop a specialized training courses for the libraries ergonomics programs is the correct way to perform the work without causing injuries
Factors Affecting Physicians\u27 Research Activities in the Hospitalsof Ministry of Health at Sultanate of Oman
Get PDFهدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العوامل الفردية والمؤسسية المؤثرة في جودة الأنشطة البحثية للأطباء في سلطنة عمان، والتعرف على أي العوامل أكثر تأثيرا من غيرها، وإذا ما كانت تلك العوامل تتأثر وتؤثر ببعضها البعض. بما يساعد على تشكيل بيئة معرفية لتبادل الخبرات بين الباحثين، واستقصاء كل ما هو جديد في مجال البحث، وإيجاد أفضل الحلول لتحسين وتطوير منظومة الأنشطة البحثية للعلوم الصحية في السلطنة.
وبناء عليه سعت الدراسة إلى الإجابة على الأسئلة البحثية الآتية:
1. أي العوامل، ضمن كل فئة من فئات العوامل الفردية (الاهتمامات الفردية و مهارات وكفاءات الباحث واسترجاع المعلومات والتواصل والتعاون) والمؤسسية (التدريب والتمويل والتحفيز) ،الأكثر تأثيرا في الأنشطة البحثية للأطباء؟
2. هل يوجد ارتباط فردي فيما بين العوامل الفردية والمؤسسيةوبين فئتي العوامل الفردية والمؤسسية المؤثرة في الأنشطة البحثية للأطباء؟
كما اختبرت الدراسة الفرضية الآتية:
توجد فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين فئات الأطباء من حيث (المستوى الوظيفي والتخصص والعمر ومستوى الرعاية للمستشفيات) بتأثير العوامل الفردية والمؤسسية.
واستخدام المنهج الكمي، لتحقيق الأهداف. كما اعتمدتالاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من (465) طبيبا من العاملين في المستشفيات المرجعية الموزعة على محافظات السلطنة والتابعة لوزارة الصحة العمانية، وتماستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) في تحليل البيانات، باستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والتكرارات والنسب المئوية، واختبار "ت" واختبار التباين الأحادي ANOVAطبقا لما هو ضروري للإجابة على الأسئلة البحثية واختبار الفرضية.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن للعوامل الفردية تأثيرا أكبر في الأنشطة البحثية للأطباء من العوامل المؤسسية. ولم تظهر الدراسة وجود ارتباط متبادل بين الفئتين من العوامل حين وجدت فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين العوامل الفردية والمؤسسية المؤثرة في الأنشطة البحثية والمستوى الوظيفي والتخصصي للأطباء. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أكدت الدراسة نشر ثقافة التواصل والتعاون، وإنشاء قاعدة بيانات تحقق التواصل بين الأطباء، أما من ناحية العوامل المؤسسية، فقد أوصت الدراسة بإعداد برامج تدريب مستمرة وتوفير المستلزمات والتمويل المحفزة للأنشطة البحثية. The study aimed to investigate the individual and institutional factors affecting the quality of physicians\u27 research activities. It also purposed to indicate which factors have more effect on research activities, and are those factors affected each other\u27s.. This will help to formulate knowledgeable environment between researchers to exchange experiences, pursuit research process and to find the best solution to enhance and develop health research activities in the Sultanate. Accordingly, the study purposed to answer the following questions:1. Which factors, including in the individual factors (personal interest, skill & competencies of researcher, information retrieval and communication & collaboration) and institutional factors (training & education, Funding and incentives) have more effects the physicians\u27 research activities?2. Is there any correlation between individual and institutional factors and between factors themselves?Also the study examined this theory: There are significance differences between physicians\u27 categories (professional and specialty level, age and hospital level).The qualitative method was used to achieve the aim of the study.Questionnaire was used for data collection from (465) physicians working in the referral hospitals of Ministry of Health (MOH).The SPSS statistical package was used to analyze the data by conducting several tests, T-test, one way ANOVA and correlation.The study found that, Individual factors affected physicians\u27 research activities more than institutional factors. However, there was no correlation appeared between both types of factors. At the time, there were significant differences between individuals and institutional factors affecting research activities and professional and specialty levels of physicians. Insight of these results, the study recommended enhancement of communication and collaboration culture, and create database to achieve the effective collaboration between physicians. On the hand of institutional factors, the study recommended to prepare continuous training and provide the resources, materials and funds that should motivate research activities
Public Libraries in Palestine: Reality and Solutions
Get PDFتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المكتبات العامة في فلسطين وعددها (53) مكتبة والتي تشرف عليها البلديات والمنظمات غير الحكومية، لغرض التعرف على هذه المكتبات والخدمات التي تقدمها من حيث: البناء، الموقع والحجم والأثاث والأجهزة والموظفين والمستخدمين والبرامج التي تستخدمها ومواردها . كما تهدف هذه الدراسة أيضا إلى كشف الصعوبات التي عملت على إعاقة عمل هذه المكتبات ومحاولة وضع الحلول المناسبة ومعالجتها .
اعتمدت الدراسة منهجية المسح والزيارة الميدانية، ومقابلة مدراء المكتبات. وكذلك استخدم الباحث ثلاث استبانات لدراسة واقع المكتبات العامة في فلسطين : الاولى أرسلت إلى مدراء المكتبات العامة للتعرف على أبنية المكتبة ،تجهيزاتها، مقتنياتها وادارتها، فيما وجهت الاستبانة الثانية للرواد ومستخدمي هذه المكتبات لجمع البيانات لتقييم أدائها وخدماتها، وقد تم زيارة بعض هذه المكتبات ومقابلة موظفيها مما سمح بالاطلاع على جاهزية عمل هذه المكتبات وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في المكتبات العامة الفلسطينية، وأيضا من أجل الوصول الى نتائج تمكننا من العمل على دعم هذه المكتبات وتفعيل دورها الريادي في المجتمع الفلسطيني. أما الاستبانة الثالثة كانت موجهة لغير المستفيدين من خدمات المكتبات لمعرفة نسبة العازفين عن استخدامها والتعرف على أسباب عزوفهم بهدف ايجاد السبل الكفيلة بتشجيعهم على استخدام هذا النوع من المكتبات .This study examined the current status of 53 public libraries in Palestine established by both the municipalities and NGO\u27s,in orderto find out the extent of the services provided by these libraries in the following areas: location, size, furniture, equipment, staff, users and resources. This study also aimed to identify the difficulties that hinder these libraries from performing their functions. The study used the survey method based on three questionnaires. The first one was sent to the director of each public library, while another survey was given to the clients and users of these libraries. The third survey was given to members of the general public who do not use libraries in order to gauge public awareness concerning libraries and to discern how to attract the public to come to libraries in order to find reading material. The researcher also visited some of these libraries to interview employees in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Palestinian public libraries. The results of this study will assist libraries to achieve a leading role in Palestinian society. This study was analyzed in collaboration with SPARK Consulting & Training Center

Get PDFبدأت الدراسة بمقدمة منهجية تناولت فيها الباحثة أهمية الدراسة وأهدافها وحدودها والتساؤلات ومنهج ومجتمع الدراسة وأدوات جمع البيانات ثم استعرض الدراسات السابقة، وجاءت الدراسة في خمسة فصول، حيث تناول الفصل الأول المتاحف الأثرية ومكتباتها : ماهيتها وأهميتها، وتناول الفصل الثاني المحتوى الرقمي لمواقع المتاحف الأثرية ومكتباتها على شبكة الإنترنت : ماهيته وأهميته، وفي الفصل الثالث تم تقييم المحتوى الرقمي لمواقع المتاحف الأثرية ومكتباتها العربية والأجنبية المتاحة على شبكة الإنترنت، وفي الفصل الرابع تم تقييم البنية التصميمية والبنائية لمواقع المتاحف الأثرية ومكتباتها العربية والأجنبية المتاحة على شبكة الإنترنت، بالإضافة إلى مقارنة نتائج كل عناصر التقييم (المعلومات العامة، المحتوى الرقمي، البنية التصميمية) لمواقع المتاحف الأثرية ومكتباتها العربية والأجنبية المتاحة على شبكة الإنترنت، أما الفصل الخامس فقد تناول إنشاء موقع نموذجي للمتحف المصري على شبكة الإنترنت حيث قامت الباحثة هنا بتصميم نموذج إرشادي لموقع المتحف المصري حيث تم مراعاة معايير تقييم المحتوى الرقمي والبنية التصميمية قدر الإمكان به، ثم اختتمت الدراسة بأهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها الباحثة.Systematic study began with an introduction in which the researcher importance of the study, and goals, and its borders, questions, and method and study population and data collection tools then reviewed previous studies.The study included five chapters:Chapter I : included archaeological museums and libraries: what it is and its importance.Chapter II : included digital content in the archaeological museums and libraries sites, available on the Internet: what it is and its importance.Chapter III : digital content was evaluation for the archaeological museums and libraries Arab and foreign sites, available on the Internet.Chapter IV : included evaluation the structural design and structure of the archaeological museums and libraries Arab and foreign sites, available on the Internet.In addition to comparing the results of each of the elements of evaluation (general information, digital content, structure design) to of the archaeological museums and libraries Arab and foreign sites, available on the Internet.Chapter V : included create a sample to the Egyptian Museum site on the Internet, researcher has designed sample guiding of Egyptian Museum site, she was take into create this site, the evaluation criteria for digital content and structure design as much as possible.Finally the study then ended with the most of results and recommendations reached by the researcher
Planning to provide the human book service in the libraries of Menoufia University
No full textتهدف الدراسة العلمية الجاري اعدادها بواسطة الباحث/ تامر حنفي داود، المدرس بقسم المكتبات والمعلومات، جامعة المنوفية، إلى التخطيط لتقديم خدمات الكتب/ المكتبة البشرية في مكتبات جامعة المنوفية. هذا ويعد أحد أهم مبررات اجراء هذه الدراسة، متمثلًا في رغبة الباحث في تطوير القاعدة الخدمية لمكتبات الجامعة، بحيث تشمل نوعيات جديدة وغير نمطية من الخدمات المعلوماتية، والتي قد يستجيب إليها شريحة كبيرة من المستفيدين من مجتمع مكتبات الجامعة (الطلاب)، خاصةً في ظل العزوف الملحوظ عن مطالعة مصادر المكتبات. هذ وقد قام الباحث بإجراء استطلاعي موجه للقاعدة البشرية (المصادر/ الكتب البشرية) المراد الاستعانة بهم في تقديم الخدمة، بغية قياس مردودهم تجاه المشاركة التطوعية في تفعيل وتقديم الخدمة، هذا وقد نالت الفكرة/ المبادرة استحسان غالبيتهم (وهم من أساتذة الجامعة في التخصصات البشرية المختلفة + بعض أهل الثقة والخبرة المشهود لهم بالعلم، الخلق، والكاريزما الجذابة)
The scientific study being prepared by researcher Tamer Hanafi Dawoud, lecturer in the Department of Libraries and Information, Menoufia University, aims to plan the provision of book/human library services in the libraries of Menoufia University.
