ECONOMIC GROWTH AND PROFITS IN HF BROADCASTING USING EXISTENT IS INFRASTRUCTURE
Existent HF analog infrastructures can be modified to digital ones using recent technology advances. The technology allows simultaneous transmission of voice and data on the same frequency, with similar IS systems. This opened an economic growth portal for existent HF operators to increase sales and profits using this new technology, while still retaining current analog use as desired. However, no receivers have been available for DRM technology; meaning no listener or data transmission market. New DRM receiver developments lead to release of affordable models in late 2018/mid 2019, which can lead to an economic revival in HF broadcasting. Economic models have been developed for the analog industry which can be modified to include DRM revenues to show increased profit levels. Small changes need to be made to existent IS infrastructures to allow for simultaneous analog/digital transmission protocols
IMPACT OF STATE SUPPORT MECHANISMS ON HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE AND THE CZECH REPUBLIC
The study of housing policy in the Czech Republic and Ukraine began actively in the last twenty years. In both countries, the political course has chang ed since the early nineties, allowing radical economic changes to begin. The government began releasing prices, liberalizing foreign trade to maintain monetary and fiscal stability. Both countries were forced to create new housing systems, rethinking their housing policies and the tools for their implementation. The unstable development of housing and communal services in the Czech Republic and in Ukraine requires reconsideration and a deeper study of the mechanisms of state support for this sector of the e conomy. The Government of Ukraine approved the concepts of development of housing and communal services (HCS), the directions of state housing policy implementation, programs for reforming and developing the housing and communal services. Scientists and pr actitioners began to actively elaborate and implement new schemes of the sector development. In this connection, for Ukraine is very interesting and relevant experience of other countries, which carried out the reform of housing and communal services
MECHANISMS FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN TRAINING PERSONNEL FOR THE HOUSING AND UTILITY SECTOR IN UKRAINE BASED ON THE EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE
Today, the housing and utilities sector of Ukraine, despite a fairly long and wide discussion of the situation at all levels, is one of the most ineffective spheres of the national economy and has hardly been affected by the reform processes. The problems of housing and utility services such as their extremely low quality, their constant pollution of the environment, their danger of emergencies, including those with serious consequences, their ineffective management of the housing and utility sector of Ukraine, and their shortage of qualified managers affects almost every resident of the country. These quality of housing problems seriously affect the well being of the population. Therefore, it should be noted that finding qualified specialists and managers in the field of public services, who would correctly assess current political and economic situations in Ukraine and who understand the European field of housing and utilities management along with its adaptation to modern political and economic situations in the country

PARALLELIZATION STRATEGIES ANALYSIS FOR SUPERVISED LEARNING
The algorithms for supervised learning in artificial neural networks (ANN) require time and high computational power. As these algorithms gain popularity in a variety of domains, it is critical for them to run fast. Following a brief survey of the different dimensions of parallelism in ANN this paper analyses the performance comparison between different parallelization techniques to show the advantages and disadvantages of these strategies
IN VITRO AND IN SILICO BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF NEW IBUPROFEN HYBRIDS
Herein we report the biological evaluation of new hybrids of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline with ibuprofen. The hybrids are screened for their in vitro inhibition of albumin denaturation, antioxidant, and antitryptic activity. The tested compounds have shown significant results. The lipophilicity was established using both reversed-phase thin layer chromatography and in silico calculations
POSSIBILITIES FOR IMPROVING THE SURFACE QUALITY OF STRUCTURAL STEELS, INVAR AND TITANIUM ALLOYS THROUGH REACTIVE ELECTROSPARK TREATMENT WITH ELECTRODES OF AN ALUMINUM-SILICON ALLOYS
In the rough and semi-pure processing of metal alloys, as well as in additive technologies, surface defects are often observed - the appearance of scratches, creases, recesses, incisions, pores, ridges, protruding particles, and other unevenness, undesirable spiral or concentric relief, traces of cutting edges of the tool and high roughness on the treated surface. In this work, the possibilities for improving the surface characteristics of materials such as steels, invar and titanium alloys with typical surface defects through reaction electrospark deposition (ESD) are investigated. A study of the conditions for the local formation of reactive phases and reduction of surface roughness during the electrospark modification was performed. Layering electrodes of low-melting Al-Si alloys were used. Their choice was made on the assumption that a liquid melt is formed in the process of ESD. It is expected that it will fill the recesses, pores and scratches and interact with the chemical elements contained in the substrate. The results of the studies of the change in the roughness, thickness and microstructural characteristics of the modified surfaces depending on the energy of the pulses and their influence on the wear resistance at friction are presented. A double effect has been achieved - a significant improvement in both the surface characteristics and the wear resistance of the modified surfaces. It was found that the improvement of surface quality and wear resistance was achieved as a result of partially burning the protrusions, filling the depressions with low melting electrode alloy and local synthesis of wear-resistant surface structures and phases obtained by the chemical interaction of the melt with the substrate. The energy parameters of the electric discharges, the process parameters, and the ESD conditions, suitable for the realization of the above phenomena, have been determined and optimized
EVALUATION OF 4D PRINTED PBS, PBS/HA USING PAM PROCESS
Polybutylene succinate (PBS) was used in this study to evaluate its capability to ensure properties of an implanting scaffold. PBS was mixed with an inorganic filler; hydroxyapatite (HA) which is a component of natural bone to enhance cell viability. Biocomposites were prepared using melt extrusion process, trying to obtain the highest filler ratio. Compounds were then shaped using Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) and Pellet Additive Manufactuing (PAM) which allowed to print biocomposites with high filler ratio. 3D specimens showed an increase in elastic properties with radiation dose due to crosslinking reaction in PBS, but a decrease on the elongation at break with the predominance of chain scission at higher radiation dose. Moreover, PAM process permitted to print biocomposites with a filler ratio of HA up to 40% (w/w). 4D printing of biomaterials using electron beam irradiations looks promising for bone tissue engineering
ADAPTIVE CONTROL FOR MAXIMUM PRODUCTIVITY OF CONTINUOUS BIOPROCESSES
A new adaptive linearizing control algorithm that stabilizes the target product concentration in the culture medium in such value that guarantees maximum production rate is presented. This algorithm is applied on gluconic acid production by Aspergillus Niger. A model for control of the investigated process is derived. The model identification is made on the basis of experimental data and a reduced biotechnological model of batch phase of the process. The switching from batch to continuous mode of cultivation was realized automatically in time when the gluconic acid production rate reaches one maximal value. This information was received by software sensor of gluconic acid production rate. The proposed control algorithm stabilizes the concentration of gluconic acid in the culture medium at value corresponding to the maximal gluconic acid production rate. The simulation results are promising and could be verified in laboratory conditions
NUMERICAL MODEL OF DISPOSAL SYSTEM FOR CHEMICAL WARFARE AGENTS
World War II has brought a lot of destruction to the world. Unfortunately, we can observe its effects until today. One of the effects is the tons of chemical warfare agents (CWAs) left at the Baltic Sea bottom. The paper undertakes the problem of numerical research on the innovative disposal system for chemical warfare agents. The system is being built within the Polish development project devoted to localization, transferring from the bottom to the water surface, and disposal of submerged CWA. At the beginning of the paper, the introduction with the project description is included. Then, the analysis of functional and constructional assumptions for the CWA disposal system is presented. Next, the mathematical model with the results of numerical research is inserted. In the end, conclusions from the study with the future research schedule are formulated
