THE INFLUENCE OF THE CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT ON THE FORMATION OF THE ELEMENTS OF THE ARTISTIC-AESTHETIC CULTURE
It is not possible to speak of pure perception as sensation untouched by our past experiences, education, and training, and uninfluenced by our ideas and other kinds of knowledge. Social psychologists, cultural geographers, anthropologists have established the profound degree to which culture influences perception. The authenticity of aesthetic experience, through its directness and immediacy, provides a powerful means of reappraising cultural experience by digging beneath the layers of accrued meanings and cognitive habits. Forming the elements of the artistic-aesthetic culture at a young age must consider the differences between each other cultural environment. This study aims to determine the differences that should be taken in consideration when you work with children, differences that appear, and it is important not to privilege certain forms and activities and exclude or disparage others that do not fit these. The design research adopted a qualitative method for capturing the information related to subjects’ cultural and aesthetic values. A user survey was conducted to understand the student’s cultural values, beliefs and behaviors. Personal interviews based on questionnaires were used as tools to obtain the inputs from them. The results consist of new and innovative projects design solutions that shows how to combine cultural heritage of every student with the necessity of forming a correct attitude towards art and aesthetic. These projects design ensure that the everyone\u27s cultural identity is preserved beyond the limits of the environment through artistic-aesthetic education
COMPARATIVE PARASITOLOGICAL STUDY OF CERTAIN FISHES IN THE UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM OF THE HYDROPOWER PLANTS ON THE DNIESTER AND PRUT RIVERS (REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA)
The study realized on two rivers of Moldova – Dniester and Prut, - had the scope to determine the impact of hydropower dams, constructed in the plain parts of the basins, and rivers regulation to the parameters of fish infestation with parasites including those having a potential impact on the health of humans and other mammals and birds. It is determined that both varieties of species of parasites and the intensity of infestation are about twice higher in the regulated sectors of the rivers compared with free downstream parts. Fishes from reservoirs are more infected with parasites that can cause helminthiases in warm-blooded animals and humans. This parasitologic factor should be taken into account during the evaluation of losses of ecosystem services resulting from the hydropower on rivers

INNOVATIVE PASSIVATION FILM ON GALVANIC ZINC COATINGS BASED ON TANNIN AND GELATIN
Steels are widely applied traditional materials in the transport industry as well as for buildings, bridges, railway facilities etc. However, their application often leads to significant financial expenses due to the need for increased protection against corrosion destruction. This protection can be realized by usage of additional passive films on the metal surface. Tannin and gelatin are well known environmentally friendly natural products, they are easily accessible and profitable from a financial point of view. The chemical interaction of tannin and gelatin with each other, as well as with metal ions ensure the possibility for bonding the layers with both the zinc base as well as the individual layers for each other to form a sandwich structure. Galvanized low-carbon steel with such a film has been placed in a 5% NaCl solution and its corrosion behavior was compared with that of the ordinary zinc coating. DATA ACQUISITION FOR THE ARROWHEAD FRAMEWORK
The Eclipse Arrowhead Framework combines features of classical control systems and the Industrial Intenet of Things (IIoT). It was developed over several European research projects and has now reached a high degree of maturity. It is based on the basic concept of so-called self-contained local clouds and thus guarantees e.g. real-time data handling, data and system security, automation system engineering and high scalability. We present here a potential core service that enables simple and efficient data acquisition. As part of the Arrowhead Tools research project, this Extended Historian Service was developed to enable an application of data science methods to historical and real-time data in an easy and efficient way. It supports interoperability with classical fieldbuses and other data sources and can be parameterized with a graphical configuration tool
OPTIMIZATION OF CONDITIONS FOR ADSORPTION OF HEAVY METAL IONS FROM WATER WITH ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SORBENT-BASED ON ELDER TREE CORE
Pollution of water by heavy metals is one of the greatest global problems of mankind. Trends in sustainable production and green technologies lead to a reduction in pollution on the one hand, but the increase in living standards and population growth inevitably affect greater resource utilization. Thus, the higher goods production and the increase of the environmental pollution, amongst it water, is unavoidable. In this study, we investigated the possibility of using a new environmentally friendly adsorbent based on elder tree core, Sambucus nigra - (mSN), for the removal of heavy metal ions from water (Pb2+, Cd2+). The obtained adsorbent was characterized and tested for the removal of Pb2+ and Cd2+ cations from water. The adsorption process depends on a large number of variable factors (adsorption conditions), pH value, adsorbent dose, initial concentration, contact time and temperature. These factors do not have a one-sided effect on adsorption, but are correlated with each other, oppose each other or act synergistically on the adsorption process itself. In order to obtain the maximum utilization of the adsorbent, the optimization of the adsorption conditions was performed using the Response Surface Method (RSM). The results of adsorption experiments on the removal of Pb2+ and Cd2+ cations from water at 298, 308 and 318 K were compared with isothermal models Langmuir, Freundlich, Dubinin- Radushkevich (DR) and Temkin, as well as for modeling adsorption kinetics using pseudo-first order, pseudo-second order and Elovich\u27s kinetic models. The results showed that the adsorption of Pb2+ and Cd2+ from water on the mSN adsorbent followed the pseudo-second kinetic model and the Freundlich isothermal model. Thermodynamic parameters indicate the endothermic, feasible and spontaneous nature of the adsorption process
RESULTS OF THE RESEARCH ON BLOOD PARASITES IN CATTLE IN SERBIA
The method of semi-intensive pasture breeding, which is the most common in rural households in Serbia, pose a threat for cattle to be infected by ticks and to be infected by pathogens transmitted by ticks, most often by blood parasites such as cattle parasites of genera Anaplasma, Babesia and Theileria. The presence of blood parasites of cattle is insufficiently studied in Serbia, unlike helminths, so there is little data on their origin and prevalence. On the other hand, the examination of the tick fauna has been carried out extensively for several decades, and based on it, it is known that there are many vectors- ticks in these areas that transmit blood parasites of cattle. For these reasons, research on blood parasites of cattle kept in semi-intensive breeding has been initiated in the last few years. In the period 2017-2020, blood tests of cattle from several districts of Serbia were performed for the presence of blood parasites. During the examination, the presence of Anaplasma marginale, A.phagocytophilum, Theileria annulata, Babesia divergens, B. bigemina and B. bovis was established. DIVERSITY OF FUNGI ASSOCIATED WITH WHEAT STEM BASE DISEASES
Wheat stem base diseases can be caused by different pathogens – previous research has showed complex infections. Also, fungi from other ecological niches can be associated with wheat stem base. Wheat stems with disease symptoms were collected in a field experiment where agronomic practices (different soil tillage systems under various crop rotation schemes) were evaluated from 2012 to 2020. Causal agents and other fungi associated with stem bases were identified by mycological and molecular genetic methods to genera/species level. A high diversity of fungi associated with stem base diseases was determined – fungi from 30 different genera were found. Altogether, 48% of identified fungi belonged to typical causal agents of stem base diseases, 15% were pathogens of wheat leaves and ears, and 37% were saprotrophs or fungi with unclear ecological guilds. Most often, stem base diseases were caused by Oculimacula spp., Fusarium culmorum, and F. avenaceum. Other pathogens (Rhizoctonia spp., Pythium spp., other species of Fusarium, etc.) were found only in some cases. Important pathogens of wheat – Pyrenophora tritici-repentis and Parastagonospora nodorum – were determined frequently. The spectrum of pathogens differed depending on the meteorological conditions of the vegetation period. Further research is required to clarify the relationships between different fungi and their influence on wheat development
THE IMPACT OF DIFFERENT COLOUR NETWORKS ON YIELD AND QUALITY OF TOMATO
Extremely high temperatures have been adversely affecting most vegetable crops for years, primarily disrupting physiological processes, reducing yields and product quality, increasing the possibility of pests and diseases. In order to reduce the negative impact of extremely high temperatures, Agriculture Extension Service “Sombor” set up an experiment with the use of shading nets with different colors and varieties of consumer tomatoes Rio Grande and Kruna during the two years 2020 and 2021. In addition to the control variant, variants with other colors: green, blue, black and gray. The results of the experiment show that the application of shading nets affects the lushness, early maturity, yield quality, reduction of diseases, pests, protection from hail and increase yields. The experiment was set up in a drip system using black mulch foil. In this way of production, the advantages of shading nets are simple and mobile construction, as well as the possibility of use for many years. The disadvantages of shading nets are the significant investment in production during the first year. The application of this technology is recommended for the production of tomatoes on smaller areas because it contributes to stable and better production
