Studying Genetic Polymorphism in Patients with Vitiligo
No full textIn the world, the number of patients with this disease exceeds 1% of the total population. In 70% of cases, the disease begins at the age of 10-25 years, children under 10 years of age, including newborns and infants, account for approximately 25% of all patients with vitiligo. To analyze the genetic structure in patients with vitiligo and determine the activity of genes: DDS and GNB3, assessing their possible role in the pathogenesis of the disease clinic of skin and venereal diseases of the regional center of the city of Samarkand in the period from 2019 to 2021. To compare the results of laboratory studies, a group of 10 healthy donors was examined. Analysis of the clinical material was carried out on the basis of the history of life and disease, assessment of the general condition and local status of the patient. In each patient, the clinical form of the disease was determined according to the classification of vitiligo. As a result of our genotyping of patients with vitiligo, an association of haplotypes of the SCVZ gene encoding the beta subunit of the C-protein with vitiligo was revealed. Considering that the gs 5443 polymorphism modulates the immune response of T-lymphocytes and is associated with type II diabetes, this makes possible its involvement in the autoimmune component of the pathogenesis of vitiligo
Evaluation of the Quality of the Treatment of Chronic Eczema
No full textthis article attempts to reveal the main reasons to compare and evaluate the effectiveness of re-D3-PUVA (a combination of PUVA, oral isotretinoin, a synthetic analogue of vitamin D3 - external calcipotriol), PUVA techniques, conservative therapy in the treatment of chronic eczema of the palms and soles. To carry out scientific work, the author conducted a study of 73 patients aged 16–67 years (40 women and 33 men). The duration of the disease ranged from 2 to 25 years, the form of the disease was severe, the course was torpid, and there was no remission for the last 6 months. The severity of the disease and treatment outcomes were assessed by the clinical picture and dermatological indexes: determining the prevalence and severity of eczema (EASI), dermatological symptom scale index (DSSI), dermatological quality of life index (QLI). The problem in question is still little studied, therefore, requires more thorough research
