    No full text
Nowadays, the prevalence of non-communicable diseases among the population, especially among military personnel, who are one of the most active segments of the population, is still high. For this purpose, a survey was conducted among 732 servicemen who are being treated at the Central Military Clinical Hospital of the Republic of Uzbekistan. According to our study, the social and family status of a serviceman, housing conditions, diet, physical activity, psycho-emotional state and health status were studied. Among the risk factors for the health of military personnel, the most important negative impact is exerted by emotional stress and bad habits associated with specific psycho-emotional characteristics of military personnel. Despite high psycho-emotional stress, servicemen do not resist stress, and most importantly, they rarely use the correct mechanisms of psychological self-regulation

Some of these include epithelial cells, platelets, and fibronectin. It's also been suggested that the attendance of lipoteichoic acid can performance  role.  Antibioticprophylaxis for illness at danger is founded onbacteriostatic or bactericidal act however, component of bacterial cell surface complicated in union might likewise be pretentious, and information of both responses might deliver a additional lucid foundation for antibioticprophylaxis.

The article presents data on certain indicators of proliferative activity (Ki-67) in high-grade soft tissue sarcomas. Analysis of Ki-67 expression showed that in high-grade soft tissue sarcomas, Ki-67 expression in most cases depended on the histological structure of the tumor and the degree of malignancy. The rate of recurrence and metastasis was higher in synovial sarcoma and rhabdomyosarcoma compared with angiogenic sarcoma and leiomyosarcoma

    No full text
At the global level, there has been an increase in the number of diseases caused by disorders of the urinary system. The studies were carried out on 250 five-month-old outbred white rats. This article studied changes in the morphometric parameters of the kidney under conditions of polypharmacy with 5 types of anti-inflammatory drugs. Polypharmacy of anti-inflammatory drugs had a negative effect on the morphometric parameters of the structural elements of the kidney. As a result of polypharmacy, the area of the renal corpuscle increased (up to 6.23%), the area of the cavity of the renal capsule (up to 12.36%), the area of the renal corpuscle (up to 7.04%), proximal (up to 8.27%) and distal caused a decrease the diameter of the convoluted tubules (up to 8.77%)

    No full text
The use of energy drinks among students is growing every year. It becomes impossible to study, work, take sessions and even relax without drinking energy drinks. In this article we will focus on the effect of energy drinks on the cardiovascular system of students, the composition of drinks and the attitude of students to them. Purpose: to find out the popularity of energy drinks among students and to determine their impact on the cardiovascular system. Research methods: to determine the level of popularity of energy drinks, a survey was conducted (the author created an online questionnaire). 60 students (3rd-4th year) took part in the survey. The blood pressure (BP) was measured and the heart rate (HR) was calculated in students. The age range was 20-25 years. As a result of the survey, it was determined that more than half of the students use EN and most of them use energy drinks because of their taste and do not notice a surge of vigor and strength and are ready to completely abandon them. And also 1/4 of the students after taking EN noted periods of palpitations and pain in the heart, dizziness. The results of determining the heart rate in the same patients showed 81%- normocardia, 19%-tachycardia in those and 57%-normocardia, 36%- tachycardia, 5%-bradycardia, 2%-arrhythmia, respectively. To the question whether they will be able to completely abandon EN, 8.8% - for a negative answer, 8.8%-find it difficult to answer and 82.5%- are ready to completely abandon energy drinks. The majority of students who consume energy drinks had blood pressure within normal parameters. It is noteworthy that the heart rate violation in the form of tachycardia occurs due to excessive and prolonged intake of energy drinks. Conclusion: It should be noted that a large number of serious complications from EN are due to excessive consumption of products or their use for a short period of time. Therefore, it is important for companies producing EN to place a warning on their drinks. The exact amounts and concentrations that are ideal for minimizing health risks are largely unknown. Based on this, the best option is to give up energy drinks. Use healthy habits, adjust the daily routine and exercise more.

In this article, we have focused on the aspects that are important for the medical staff to pay attention to when talking with the patient. Factors that are simple and not considered important for everyone can also be considered important for the patient who is struggling with the disease. Therefore, it is admirable that despite the complications in the work process (discomforts in protective clothing, talking through a mask in hot weather), the medical staff are focusing on the patient's recovery. However, as with any work process, this system has its own flaws and processes that need to be improved. In the article, we analyze these problems and their solutions. &nbsp
