Features of Psychopharmacotherapy in Patients with Severe Mental Disorders

    No full text
Proper psychopharmacotherapy in mental disorders helps to improve the patient's quality of Education, Behavior and family relationships. At the same time, the recommended methods do not take into account the reasons for the violation of the patient's compatibility, which can reduce their effectiveness. The decrease in compliance levels in the treatment of patients allows for a better understanding of the causes and, on this basis, forms more focused and adapted programs for correcting health and drug compliance

The aim of these guidelines is to provide a comprehensive range of evidence-based recommendations for interventions to be applied during the pre-, intra- and postoperative periods for the prevention of SSI, while also considering aspects related to resource availability and values and preferences. Although the guidelines are intended for surgical patients of all ages, some recommendations do not apply to the paediatric population due to lack of evidence or inapplicability and this is clearly stated The primary target audience for these guidelines is the surgical team, that is, surgeons, nurses, technical support staff, anaesthetists and any professionals directly providing surgical care

World Health Organization experts according to the opinion, effective treatment of hepatitis, especially for these diseases to wide use of modern methods in affected children directed. Constant modern diagnostic methods Despite the improvement, it is socially developed countries of highly effective antibacterial drugs availability and their widespread use, from chronic hepatitis morbidity and mortality rates remain unknown and adequate not studied to the extent. This article provides information about the clinical course of acute otitis media in children against the background of chronic viral hepatitis B

The proportion of patients with advanced glaucoma remains high (30%), and not only in the dispensary group, but also among those patients who are sent to the branch for surgical treatment (40%). Considering that constant and systematic dispensary work is the main thing in the fight against blindness from glaucoma, it is necessary to develop more advanced forms of it at all levels of our healthcare

The Scope and Unit of Work of a Dental Technician in Orthodontic Practice

    No full text
These changes have an impact on the quality and productivity of the work of orthodontists and dictate the need for periodic study and scientific justification of key aspects of the work of specialists in this profile in modern conditions. The efficiency of the orthodontist is directly related to the level and quality of the dental laboratory. There have been significant changes in the methods of orthodontic treatment, technologies and materials, as well as in the types of orthodontic devices used by orthodontists in their practice. (Persin L.S. 2006, Arsenina O.I. 1997, Khoroshilkina F.Ya. 2004). The introduction of new methods of orthodontic treatment with the use of complex orthodontic structures and devices requires a higher qualification of a dental technician, takes a longer time to manufacture them (Ospanova G.B. 2000, Gunenkova I.V. 2007). Despite the widespread use of fixed orthodontic devices,  removable devices are also effective in the treatment of HP

Pratiques Dénigrantes Et Infantilisantes À L’égard Des Personnes Âgées En Famille Et L’engagement Thérapeutique Chez Les Diabétiques Âgés

    No full text
This article aims to test whether perceived value expectations, denigrating and infantilizing practices, and therapeutic commitment interact when older adults need to undergo physician-prescribed treatment. And if, in this case, this interaction is in turn moderated by the age and level of study of the patients. This study was carried out in 150 elderly diabetic people living with their families and found in two hospital centres. The analyses indicate a significant interaction between denigranting and infantilizing practices and perceived value expectations. As expected, the results indicate that the importance of the direct effect of denigranting and infantilizing practices on the therapeutic commitment of elderly diabetics is low in the presence of high perceived value expectations. Similary, age too high influences perceived value expectations in the interaction between denigrating and infantilizing practices and future directions of research are discussed at the end of this article

The links of the vascular system are in close functional unity, and due to the presence of nerve endings in the walls of the vessels, it has the property of reception and participates in the regulation of the functions of each organ and the entire dental system. When their functional unity is violated, it leads to disharmony of the dental system

Sensitivity Analysis of Kinetic Growth Model Data: Monod Equation

    No full text
oai:ojs2.univerpubl.com:article/17Simulation modeling of microbial proliferation had increased in recent years using Monod and advanced kinetic models. Accurate data is limited to advance studies in cell utilization for various applications due to complexity of the process. In this reasearch, behaviour of the Monod parameters at different substrate and biomass levels will be examined using predicted data obtained originally from empirical observations. Method involves deliberate variation of some variables to examine its effects on others starting from the basic Malthus equation. Results shows that, predicted data are more convinient and clearly presents the supposed dynamics of the process compared to ideal experimental results. By implications, improved procedures are necessary to allow for precise estimates of basic cell numbers and substrate concentration values
