    As the main method of treatment, chemotherapy does not show high results, so it is used in combination with other measures. So, drug treatment is prescribed in the pre- and postoperative period, when regional lymph nodes are involved in the tumor process.     Effect of the Combined Oral Contraceptive Pills (Yasmin) on the Fetal Malformation in Pregnant Mice (Mus Musculus)

    Background:- Combined oral contraceptive pills (Yasmin) is an great contraceptive which used a very big vary of female worldwide , and it consists of synthetic estrogen (ethinyl estradiol) and a synthetic progesterone (drospirenone). Aim of study:- This study was designed to inspect the effect of Yasmin on the deformation of fetus of pregnant mice when treated with the drug before pregnancy. Methods:- In this study, 25 female mice were used, divided to three groups, the first group is control group (A) consisting of 5 pregnant mice, while the second group (B) and the third group (C) are the treatment group, each group consists of 10 pregnant mice which treated before pregnancy occurs with drug Yasmin for 10 days for group (B) and 20 days for group (C) at a dose (0.1ml) of concentration. Results:- The results showed macroscopic congenital malformations in both treatment groups compared with control group (A), which include (exophthalmia, congestion in the brain, enlarged head size, pros encephalon, rough skin, micromelia, foot rotart, increased number of fingers, and Tail torsion), in addition to the presence of (bleeding at the end of the tail area) in third group. And the percentage of malformations in (group C) was higher than the (group B) . And observed that there was no extensive difference (P 0.05) in the rate of fetus weight, head, trunk and body length for the group (B), and there was extensive difference (P 0.05) in the group (C) contrast to the control group(A). And there was extensive difference in the length of the tail and hind limbs in both groups (B, C), and there was no extensive difference in average length of fore limbs of both groups (B, C), contrast to the control group(A). Conclusion:- The results of the current study suggest the use of contraceptive pills (Yasmin) immediately before pregnancy occure has the potential to cause deformities in fetuses in the event of pregnancy occur

    Abstract presents the result of the use of prenatal articles for predicting neurological outcomes in preterm labor using ultrasound Doppler studies.  Currently, it is obvious that not only the development of examination of premature infants, but also algorithms for antenatal assessment of the state of the fetal brain to predict unfavorable neurological outcomes is evident. Morphological ultrasound and Doppler characteristics of the CNS have been identified against the background of threatening preterm birth, depending on the gestational age at the time of birth, and subsequent neurological disorders of premature babies.  The most indicative were changes in the Ventriculo-cranial index, the width of the anterior horns of the lateral ventricles of the brain, thalamo-occepetal size, SD of the vessels of the vertebrobasilar basin of the brain. Similar detailed perinatal diagnostics contributes to non-invasive prediction of the degree of neurological damage to the central nervous system of premature infants

    The purpose of this research is to: (1) Describe the design of the IPAS (Integrated Science) learning media on the topic of the water cycle for 4th-grade students in the B phase of the Independent Curriculum, based on Canva for Education, to make it suitable for use; (2) Explain the procedure for producing IPAS learning media based on Canva for Education for the water cycle topic, which is valid, practical, and effective, in the B phase of the 4th grade Independent Curriculum; (3) Describe the effectiveness of Canva for Education-based learning media in IPAS (Integrated Science) activities for the water cycle concept in the B phase of the 4th grade. This research belongs to the development research type (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, interviews, and tests. Data analysis techniques involve qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the research indicate that: (1) Canva for Education-based IPAS learning media for the water cycle topic is designed using the Canva platform, which offers thousands of templates, elements, text, images, and animated videos, making the developed media suitable for use; (2) The procedure for developing Canva for Education-based learning media is carried out through the ADDIE model stages; (3) The Canva for Education-based learning media products created have improved the effectiveness of the learning activities. The process of developing learning media is realized in the form of Canva for Education-based products such as videos, PowerPoint presentations, PDF files

    Influence of Nebivolol on Intracardiac Hemodynamics and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure with Low Ejection Fraction

    This study assessed the effect of nebivalol on intracardiac hemodynamics, ejection fraction and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) stage II A and B, which developed against the background of coronary heart disease (CHD) and arterial hypertension (AH). This study was conducted on the basis of the Samarkand regional branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Cardiology (SRF RSNPMCK ) for the period 2020-2022 The object of the study was 115 patients aged 45 to 78 years (55 men, 60 women) suffering from CHF II A and B stages . According to the results , it was found that in patients with CHF with low ejection fraction after treatment with nebiv a lol, an increase in intracardiac hemodynamics of TMZhP and STZ was noted, and this drug also had a beneficial effect on systolic and diastolic myocardial function, increased ejection fraction, exercise tolerance and reduces myocardial oxygen demand

    Trelagliptin in the Treatment of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus - Efficacy and Safety

    This article discusses the efficacy and safety of Vedic 100 mg (trelagliptin) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). The drug belongs to the group of DPP-4 inhibitors, to be taken once a week. This drug controls blood glucose levels by selectively and permanently inhibiting DPP-4, an enzyme that causes the inactivation of glucagon-like peptide-1 and glucagon-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide, incretin hormones that play an important role in the regulation of blood glucose levels. The drug was taken in combination with metformin for a month. The drug was prescribed to patients (n-24) with type 2 diabetes, with a glycated hemoglobin of 7-9%, who were on metformin monotherapy before the study. Trelagliptin 100 mg was added to metformin once a week. The results showed that the drug has a positive effect on the main metabolic disorders of DM and allows achieving compensation of carbohydrate metabolism, as indicated by a decrease in fasting glycemia by 20% (p<0.05), postprandial glycemia by 18% and glycated hemoglobin by 16%. Improvements in lipid metabolism were also noted. However, none of the patients experienced hypoglycemia
