This research aims to determine the skills of PAUD teachers and prospective teachers in managing classes to anticipate bullying behavior in PAUD institutions through the implementation of the Child Friendly Class Management Model (MKRA). This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with survey techniques for PAUD teachers and classroom action research (PTK) for prospective PAUD teachers with data collection techniques using questionnaires, tests and observations. The sample in this study was 115 teachers who taught at non-formal PAUD institutions in Pulo Gadung District and 20 prospective teachers in the PG-PAUD FIP UNJ undergraduate study program. The research results show that teachers who have the ability to manage the classroom are in the quite good category at 60.80%. Meanwhile, the teacher's ability to anticipate child bullying in the classroom is 64.30%. These results illustrate that there are still many teachers who are unable to manage the classroom to anticipate children's bullying, which is characterized by the lack of teachers in recognizing the forms and characteristics of children's bullying, as well as the learning methods used. The results of classroom action research (PTK) show an increase in the ability of prospective teachers to manage the classroom from initial conditions of 50% to 70% in cycle 1 and 95% in cycle 2, which proves that the Child-Friendly Classroom Management Model (MKRA) can help improve competency managing classes for prospective PAUD teachers

This study explores the impact of Contextual Learning Model (CLM) on the creativity of writing poetry in fifth-grade elementary school students. An experimental method was employed by dividing students into an experimental group receiving CLM and a control group receiving conventional teaching. Data were collected through creativity tests for writing poetry before and after the intervention. The results indicate a significant improvement in poetry writing creativity in the experimental group compared to the control group. Students engaged in contextual learning demonstrated better abilities in producing unique and meaningful poetry. CLM provides opportunities for students to actively participate in the learning process, fostering creative thinking and linking learning to real-world contexts. This research contributes to practical and theoretical understanding of the effectiveness of CLM in enhancing poetry writing creativity at the elementary school level

The role of teachers in the context of developing project-based learning models (PjBL) in lower grades has a significant impact on increasing students' interest in learning at school. This literature study analyzes teachers' contributions in designing and implementing PjBL as a strategy to enrich students' learning experiences. The teacher as the main facilitator in PjBL plays a role in determining the key aspects of the learning model. In the literature, it is found that teacher expertise in identifying projects that suit the curriculum and students' level of understanding is a crucial first step. The teacher's ability to integrate PjBL with lesson material opens up opportunities to increase understanding of concepts holistically. The importance of the teacher's role is also reflected in his ability to guide students during the project learning process. In the literature, emphasis on the teacher's role as a guide and motivator for students to actively participate, collaborate and solve problems is identified as the main element that influences the effectiveness of PjBL. This research examines various views and findings regarding the role of teachers in implementing PjBL in lower grades. The results provide insight into how teachers can be the main catalyst for increasing students' interest in learning through this innovative learning model. It is hoped that a deeper understanding of the role of teachers in PjBL can provide guidance for the development of more effective education and teacher training policies
