В статье подробно анализируется комбинированный подход, который является более точным, безопасным и эффективным методом удаления аденоидов, особенно у детей с небной дисфункцией. Описывается, как этот метод позволяет резецировать лимфоидную ткань фрезой под четким визуальным эндоскопическим контролем, что позволяет избежать травмы перегородки носа, носовых раковин, задней стенки глотки и трубных миндалин. Также обсуждаются преимущества сохранения небно-глоточного сфинктера и контроля глубины аденоидной резекции при использовании этого метода. В заключении отмечается, что комбинированный подход на основе использования эндоскопа является перспективным методом в оперативном лечении аденоидита у детей с небной дисфункцией и может привести к улучшению результатов операции и уменьшению осложнений после нее
