    This study investigated the discipleship as a determinant of adolescent moral development in Secondary Schools in South West Region of Cameroon. The following theories were pertinent to the study, Lawrence Kohlberg (1927-1987) and Theory, Social Learning Theory of Bandura (1977). A sample of 15 pastors and 500students were randomly selected among 10 different schools in South West Region of Cameroon. A questionnaires and interview guide was employed to collect data from the sample. A mixed research method was employed and the thematic analysis with the support of Atlas Ti 5.2 (Atlas Ti GMBH 2006) was used to analyse qualitative data and descriptive statistics as well as Pearson correlation, Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Regression analysis was used for the data analysis quantitative data. The findings revealed that when these adolescents come to church, there are some aspects and attitude that they portray which can be identified and used for effective discipleship such as their dedication and how committed they are to the service of God. The study concluded that, there is a strong relationship between discipleship and adolescent moral development
