No full textThis article describes the work on the formation of a model of chronic liver diseases in the conditions of pathology research, which is considered relevant today. In this regard, in order to timely and effective treatment of chronic liver diseases, a number of research works are being carried out aimed at improving their diagnosis at early stages. In the conducted studies, death was observed in 30% of animals in the experimental group exposed to heliotrin, a substance with liver-damaging properties. No full textStudying metonymy translation is done to discover techniques and methods of translating metonymic statements from one language into another, as well as to compare and contrast how the rhetorical device is used in the studied languages. The expressiveness of metonymy should be considered when translating it because trite metonymies, which are frequently found in dictionaries, are simpler to understand and may also be utilized in the same way in the target language. There may be instances where the owners of both languages share the same conspicuous component in metonymic statements, or they may be so dissimilar that they need to be substituted, expanded, or explained in the translation. Evaluation of the Clinical Efficacy of Lasers in Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy
No full textThe article analyzes the clinical effectiveness of a laser with a wavelength of 532 nm. in patients with diabetic retinopathy. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that diabetic retinopathy is currently one of the main causes leading to irreversible blindness.
Relevance. The pathogenesis of vascular lesions in diabetes mellitus (DM) complicated by diabetic retinopathy (DR) is based on microhemodynamic disorders increased platelet aggregation as DR progresses.
Purpose of the study - Evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of treatment of diabetic retinopathy with a laser wavelength of 532 nm.
Materials and metrics. A comparative analysis of the results of laser treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy was carried out, the study was conducted on the basis of the medical and diagnostic center “OOO A.A.Yusupov ”.A total of 30 patients with a proliferative stage of diabetic retinopathy were examined. All patients received laser coagulation with a 532 nm laser, and a 532 nm Pascal (OPTI Medical) pattern laser was 532 nм used.
Results. The results of the study showed that visual acuity remained stable throughout the entire follow-up period. When analyzing visual acuity, an increase in acuity was noted after the first stage of laser coagulation and its preservation by the third stage, and according to the results of dynamic observation, visual acuity with maximum correction for this period did not change and amounted to 8.85 ± 0.07.
Conclusion. Laser coagulation of diabetic retinopathy is highly effective when using pattern lasers with a wavelength of 532 nm
SPECIFICITY OF ADENOIDITIS, ACCOMPANIED BY ALLERGIC RHINITIS IN CHILDREN
No full textA scientific study was conducted on 60 children who applied to the ENT department. Group 1 included 30 children with allergic rhinitis and pharyngeal hypertrophy, and group 2 included 30 children with laryngeal hypertrophy.
The results of scientific studies showed that adenoiditis in children on the background of allergic rhinitis is accompanied by episodic nasal congestion, the appearance of histamine-related clinical signs (rhinorea, nasal congestion, axillary attacks, vitreous and cyanotic tumors of the nasal mucosa). Leading clinical signs of adenoiditis in children against the background of allergic rhinitis were identified as difficulty breathing through the nose and mucous purulent rhinorrhea, paroxysmal sneezing, itching in the nasal passages
