Impact of FDI on Indian Economy
No full textA foreign direct investment (FDI) is an investment in the form of a controlling ownership in a business in one country by an entity based in another country. It is thus distinguished from a foreign portfolio investment by a notion of direct control. Broadly, foreign direct investment includes "mergers and acquisitions, building new facilities, reinvesting profits earned from overseas operations, and intra company loans". FDI is the sum of equity capital, long-term capital, and short-term capital as shown in the balance of payments. FDI usually involves participation in management, joint-venture, transfer of technology and expertise. Stock of FDI is the net (i.e., outward FDI minus inward FDI) cumulative FDI for any given period. Direct investment excludes investment through purchase of shares (if that purchase results in an investor controlling less than 10% of the shares of the company)

No full textCette étude issue de notre Thèse de Doctorat Ph.D s’intéresse à la professionnalisation des étudiants des filières artistiques dans certaines universités au Cameroun. Fort du constat du chômage ambiant en milieu jeune, le gouvernement met en jeu des moyens, au rang desquels la professionnalisation des enseignements afin de promouvoir l’auto-emploi. Or malgré ces diverses actions, en l’occurrence de l’adossement du système universitaire sur des modes de régulation performants en théorie, les résultats en pratique ne reflètent pas l’effet escompté. Les étudiants, et principalement ceux inscris dans des filières dites artistiques semblent être des cibles favorites du chômage, de l’abandon radical des études au profit d’autres activités sans aucun rapport avec leur formation, ou encore le changement de filière. Nous avons obtenu des résultats grâce à la mise à profit d’un focus group discussion pour les étudiants et des entretiens semi-directifs pour les enseignants. Le contenu résultant a été analysé grâce à une analyse de contenu. Toutes proportions gardées, bien que les textes laissent paraître un système bien établit et à première vue efficace, les modes de régulation ne sont pas porteur de fruit sur le terrain. D’où la nécessité non seulement d’investir sur le respect scrupuleux de ces prescriptions ; mais aussi de mettre le curseur sur un mode de régulation propre aux réalités du contexte Camerounais

No full textCurrently, in the practice of preschool education, there is a fairly large number of preschool children with various types of speech pathology. One of the most common is the general underdevelopment of speech (hereinafter - ONR) Level III, in which violations are noted in all components of the speech system: phonetics, vocabulary, grammar, which are manifested primarily in violations of the semantic and pronouncing components of speech. As a result, children with level III ONR have significant shortcomings in the compilation of coherent monological statements -descriptions, narratives and reasoning.
