RESULTS OF COMPLEX TREATMENT OF CHRONIC RHINOSINUSITIS IN PATIENTS WITH COMMUNITY ACQUISITED PNEUMONIA
As world statistics show, 60% of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis develop bronchopulmonary pathology. According to foreign authors, the number of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis increases annually by 1.5-2%, and today more than 2/3 of inpatients are affected by this pathology. Due to the anatomical, physiological and complementary characteristics of the upper and lower respiratory tracts, there is a tendency towards a protracted course of rhinosinusitis, which in turn leads to the spread of the infectious process to the lower respiratory tract. It should be noted that existing foci of infection in the upper respiratory tract spread to the lower respiratory tract through microaspiration after an acute respiratory illness, which is the cause of the development of chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, and in particular pneumonia. Analysis and Epidemiology of Viral Hepatitis Illnesses in Khorazm Region
According to the World Health Organization, liver cirrhosis is the tenth leading cause of death among all diseases. Despite the development of a number of recommendations worldwide in recent years, there is a sharp difference between the drugs used in the pharmacotherapy of liver diseases and the drugs indicated in the treatment standards. This, in turn, requires deep pharmaco epidemiological research [1]. The process of treating patients with chronic liver diseases requires large financial costs. These are not only the costs of treatment, but also indirect costs, which are associated with temporary loss of working capacity [2]. Epidemiological control of anthroponoses is multifaceted, a dynamic study of the disease, not only operative control of the disease, but also a deep investigation of the ecology, biology and distribution area of the causative agent. Viral hepatitis is one of the most common viral infectious diseases in the world. According to the information provided by the World Health Organization, 2 billion people are infected with viral hepatitis on earth, which corresponds to 1 out of every 3 people on earth [3]. Every year, parenteral viral hepatitis kills more than 1 million people worldwide, which is equal to the number of deaths from tuberculosis and more than the number of deaths from HIV. In 2021, despite the widespread use of a highly effective vaccine against viral hepatitis V, 1.5 million people were infected with hepatitis V [4]. The medical and social conditions of Uzbekistan include the hyperendemic region due to the specificity of the number of family members, different levels of virus infection in the region due to the age structure, and the spread of infection due to the ethnic identity of the local population [5,6]. The Process of Sorption of Chromium (III) Ions Contained in Industrial Wastewater Onto Modified Bentonite Clays
In this study, the chemical-mineralogical composition, physico-chemical properties of bentonite clay of Shafirkon mine were studied. Methods of modification of bentonite clay of Shafirkon mine were developed. The sorption isotherm of the sorption of chromium (III) ions contained in industrial wastewater to modified bentonite clays was determined based on physical and chemical laws. The thermodynamics of the regeneration process of adsorbents of modified Shofirkon mine bentonite clay was scientifically substantiated. Based on the obtained experimental data, the modified Shofirkon mine bentonite clay was used to solve environmental problems, i.e., the scientific basis for the rational use of limited water resources was created by cleaning the waste water of enterprises
