THE EFFECT OF CENTRAL BANK POLICIES ON GDP GROWTH IN UZBEKISTAN
No full textThis research examines the effect of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan\u27s primary rate and the role of digitalization on the nation\u27s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth. It builds on existing studies by integrating the emerging digital economy\u27s interaction with central bank policies.
Utilizing a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, this study evaluates economic indicators from 2016 to 2022. This includes the Central Bank\u27s primary rate and GDP data, as well as metrics on the expansion of digital financial services and e-commerce. The research employs correlation analysis, enhanced by qualitative reviews of digitalization strategies and their execution in the finance sector.
The results show that while the Central Bank\u27s primary rate has a minimal direct effect on GDP growth, the surge in digital financial services and e-commerce closely associates with economic growth. The adoption of digital technologies in the banking and commerce sectors has notably improved the effectiveness and accessibility of financial services, contributing to GDP enhancement.
The study highlights the necessity for the Central Bank to incorporate digital economy considerations into its policy framework. It argues that in addition to conventional monetary instruments, embracing digitalization can act as a key driver for economic growth. The paper advocates for the development of policies that bolster digital infrastructure and innovation, thus aligning central banking operations with modern digital advancements

It provides an overview of the EBRD\u27s operations in Uzbekistan since the country joined the bank in 1992, including lending volumes, sectors funded, and technical assistance projects. The article assesses how EBRD financing has affected economic growth, foreign direct investment, financial sector development, infrastructure upgrades, private sector expansion, and sustainability reforms in Uzbekistan. Challenges and criticisms of the EBRD\u27s activities are also discussed. The research finds that the EBRD has played an important role in supporting Uzbekistan\u27s transition to a market economy, but more work remains to improve the business environment and reform state-owned enterprises in the country

Inhibition Biofilm Producer Candida albicans Causing Thrust Candidiasis by Purified Invertase from Saccharomyces Cerevisiae
No full textIn invasive oral candidiasis, a serious health issue in developing countries, Candida albicans is the most often isolated species. Thus, invertase was isolated from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, refined using acetone as an organic solvent, and then highly recovered by chromatographic techniques. One of the main manufacturers of biofilm is Candida albicans, which is the cause of oral candidiasis. After 72 hours of incubation, the percentage of biofilm inhibition reached a range of 78–89%. This indicates that invertase has a growing inhibitory impact on Candida biofilm development when concentration and incubation period are increased. Thus, the potential use of invertase as an antibiofilm agent against multi-drug resistance Candida albicans

No full textThis study explores and analyzes the influence of scapegoat on the level of organizational involvement of employees in tertiary sector companies in Cameroon. We started from the observation that most employees have a low level of organizational involvement, which is very often characterized, by levels of abstraction in the company, lack of commitment, and non-identification with values. /corporate culture. Faced with the quest for authority, advancement and often securing their jobs, certain employees and hierarchical superiors use scapegoat to destabilize the behavior of a competitor or any target. Empirically, 143 employees of interurban transport companies operating between the Littoral and West Cameroon participated in the study. It appears that employees who are victims of deliberate or unconscious scapegoat in their company develop low organizational involvement. In particular, a low affective involvement towards the company, an average calculated involvement and a low normative involvement
