No full textВ развитых странах мира за длительный период формирования форм и методов государственной поддержки малых предприятий созданы условия, обеспечивающие различные источники кредитных ресурсов, а для банков, крупных фирм и частных инвесторов - стимулы к активному инвестициям в развитие малого бизнеса. При этом для предприятий с наибольшим уровнем риска сохраняется возможност получения льготных кредитов за счет бюджетных средств, специально выделенных для этого государством. В условиях продолжающейся пандемии коронавируса и в результате финансовых и экономических проблем финансово-экономическая поддержка малого бизнеса становится особенно актуальной. Изучение данной проблемы в региональном масштабе позволяет сформулировать научные рекомендации по улучшению инвестиционного климата. Большое значение имеет раскрытие структуры и содержания регионального механизма финансово-экономической поддержки развития малых предприятий, что в свою очеред является условием формирования конкурентных, цивилизованных рыночных отношений. Экономические функции малого бизнеса ставят его поддержку и развитие в число важнейших государственных задач, делают его неотъемлемым атрибутом реформирования экономики любой страны с переходной рыночной экономикой
