Regional Original Revenue (PAD) is the region's own original income consisting of taxes, regional levies, income from agencies, BUMD and others, calculated in thousands of rupiah per year (Santosa; Rahayu, 2005)/
The data used in this study is secondary data obtained based on available data and sourced from the Manado City Original Revenue Service with the data provided namely Regional Original Income, Business Licensing, IMB Licensing and Service Quality.
The findings of the study indicate that the One Stop Investment and Service Office does not yet have a good effectiveness value for IMB Licensing, the One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service has a very good effectiveness value for the Issuance of Business Licensing, the Investment and One Stop Service Office. Pintu has a good score for Service Quality Improvement, IMB Licensing Effectiveness, Business Licensing Effectiveness and Service Quality Improvement have a correlation that is a positive influence but does not have a significant effect on increasing PAD in Manado City

INFLUENCE OF THE SOIL SOLUTION CONCENTRATION ON RESERVE CONSTITUENTS IN COTTON SEEDS AND METHODS OF ITS OPTIMIZATION
Get PDFThe influence of the concentration of soil solution on the amount of reserve constituents in cotton seeds was studied. As a result of the studies conducted in conditions of irrigated typical gray soils, data were obtained on the effect of the growing medium with different concentrations and chemical compositions of soil solution on the content of protein, fat (lipids), phytin in seeds of cotton variety Namangan-77. The methods were developed to optimize the concentration of soil solution for plant nutrition. The results obtained are of great scientific and practical importance in the study of exchange reactions between soil solution and plant nutrition, in control of this process through the use of fertilizers and soil cultivation technology, in the determination of the effect of the concentration of soil solution on the amount of reserve constituents in cotton seeds, in scientifically substantiated use of fertilizers and in the educational process in higher educational institutions
Student-Led Argumentation: Effects on Knowledge Building
Get PDFThis study investigated the effects of student-led argumentation teaching approach (SLATA) on student knowledge building in Biology at the junior high school level. It also examined if the subscales of knowledge building (general self-regulation, knowledge building, question asking low level, question asking high level, lack of regulation, cooperative learning and teacher directed classroom) have been affected by SLATA. The sample consisted of 105 students (52 in the CTA group and 53 in the SLATA group) drawn from two Grade 7 students from a public high school in Quezon City. Date were collected through pre- and post-tests. The findings showed that there is no significant difference between the two groups in terms of knowledge building. But in one of the seven subscales of the student perceptions of classroom knowledge building, the teacher directed classroom instruction was found to be statistically significant. Hence, it is recommended that teachers allot more time in exposing their students to SLATA in order to develop more students’ knowledge building
Using E-Modules in Teaching Technology & Livelihood Education For The Revitalized Alternative Delivery Mode Program of Holy Spirit National High School
Get PDFThis study aims to reveal the effects of e-modules strategy in teaching technology and livelihood education as an alternative mode of program in Holy Spirit National High School. The sample of the study consists of (56) male and female grade 7 students randomly chosen from two sections, students are divided into two groups: Control and Experimental. Researchers have developed an e-materials relevant to carry out module’s strategy for teaching technology and livelihood concepts in the TLE text book for grade seven students, though the development of achievement test to measure the direct and the postponed achievement by the study's sample. The consistency and reliability of the test have been obtained. The study's results revealed that students in the experimental group are exceptional over students in the control group in both types of achievement. At the same time results showed the lack of difference between male and female students in direct and long-term achievement test. Based upon the study's results, researcher recommends the necessity to use more modern means to teach students the "TLE" domain, to hold courses and workshops for teachers training on implementing modules strategy. Furthermore, to make available textbook and references which facilities this style of teaching. Finally, is to conduct similar studies over different domains in TLE like electricity, electronics, food and beverage, cookery
