Effects of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence on Digital Transformation in UAE Telecommunication Firms
Get PDFThis research’s primary objective is to investigate the impact of artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and business intelligence on digital transformation in UAE telecommunications companies. Following the completion of the sample checking procedure, 200 samples were collected. The Amos program was used to process all the collected data in the research study. The findings of the research demonstrate a set of relationships and linkages that can enhance digital transformation. Moreover, a summary of the findings revealed that all three hypotheses H1, H2, and H3 were found to be valid and significant. This study concluded that artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and business intelligence have a positive impact on developing and enhancing for digital transformation
