Get PDFThe development of economic progress in the world today is followed by the increasing public need for a banking system, namely technological sophistication that is able to compete with other similar banking facilities. Many financial institutions, including banks, offer various types of attractive facilities and products, thereby increasing competition in each financial institution and in general these facilities and products are used by the public. There are so many things that can be provided by a bank in terms of providing excellent service to customers because of the growing pattern of transactions in a country's economy, the role of banking requires improvement through the development of products that are marketed. Appropriate use of technology must be considered, to minimize the smoothness and ease of banking activities. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence the decision to refuse to use M-Smile. The research instrument scale uses a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is exploratory factor analysis technique which is processed using SPSS. The results showed that of the twenty 20 variables measured, it could be concluded that five (5) new factors were formed that could influence the decision to refuse to use M-Smile (a case study of Bank Mega KCP Tomohon customers). The research that has been done found that the teacher's role in character education can be seen from three aspects, namely the teacher as an educator, the teacher as a teacher, the teacher as a demonstrator. where from the results of observations it was found that there was a lack of good behavior by students of SD Negeri 28 Manado. Collaboration between teachers and parents is needed to supervise students in getting along in the community, in the school environment and supervision in using gadgets
Assessment of Channel Relationship Management Practices on Channel Satisfaction of Consumer Goods Firms Listed in Nigerian Stock Exchange
Get PDFThis study aims to assess the impact of channel relationship management techniques on channel satisfaction in consumer products companies listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Channel relationship management enables the establishment of mutually advantageous associations between producers and intermediaries, as well as the enhancement of distribution channel effectiveness. This study employs a mixed-methods approach to gather quantitative data through surveys administered to respondents, as well as qualitative information through in-depth interviews conducted with influential members of the business. The sample comprises consumer goods companies that are publicly traded on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, representing various sectors such as food and beverage, personal care products, and home furnishings. The findings of this research will contribute to the existing literature on channel relationship management and provide valuable insights for consumer goods companies operating in Nigeria. The results of this study will underscore the importance of establishing strong and collaborative partnerships with intermediaries in order to enhance channel satisfaction, as well as identify potential areas for enhancing channel management strategies. This study also holds significant implications for decision-makers and business professionals seeking to develop effective strategies for improving the performance of distribution channels within the Nigerian consumer goods market
A Review of Research Progress in the Last Twenty Years in Risk Management of Hazardous Materials Transportation
Get PDFHazardous materials transportation incidents have become more common in recent years, resulting in significant deaths and property damage. Researchers and policymakers have been looking at the risk assessment of hazardous materials transportation for a long time. In order to better identify important concerns, researchers are studying the research development of risk assessment of hazardous materials transportation. This study examines the current literature on risk assessment models and methodologies of hazardous materials transportation from 2001 to 2020, and categorizes the relevant research based on unimodal and multimodal transportation systems. Furthermore, an example is used to analyses the features of each risk assessment model of unimodal transportation, and a unique thorough categorization for risk assessment problems is provided. The findings show that research on the risk assessment model of hazardous material road transport is extensive, but research on railway and intermodal transport is lacking. In comparison to the classic risk assessment model, the conditional value-at-risk model provides decision-makers with a flexible decision-making framework that adjusts risk preference between risk neutrality and risk aversion. Because of the difficulties of obtaining door-to-door railway transit and the additional hazards associated with intermodal transportation, the conclusion that the risk of railway and multimodal hazardous material transportation is lower than that of road transportation is not universal. Transport operators and governments can combine the benefits of many modes of transport, such as low risk, low cost, high flexibility, and high dependability, to accomplish public safety and increase system competency. This study outlines existing trends and research gaps based on the suggested categorization and summarises future research priorities
