    DEPENDENCE OF PRODUCTION PROPERTIES OF SIMMENTAL COWS ON TYPES

Studies have shown that the level of milk productivity, the nature of the course of lactation, the yield of dairy products per 100 kg of live weight and the level of payment for feed with dairy products of Simmental cows are interconnected with body types. In dairy cows, milk yield per lactation is 672.5 and 958.5 kg, respectively, 4% milk is 507.4 and 735.4 kg higher, milk yield per 100 kg of live weight of milk is 164.9 and 228, 7 kg more than that of their peers of milk-meat and meat-and-milk types. The highest monthly milk yield in cows of dairy type was noted in the third month, in cows of milk-meat and meat-and-milk types in the second month of lactation. This indicates that in cows of the dairy type, lactation proceeded more evenly than in other types of peers. The data obtained testify to the high efficiency of the use of dairy cows for the purpose of milk production

    Assessing the Potential of Using Sheep's Wool to Fertilise Beans in the Context of Ensuring Nutritional Safety

    The aim of this study was to assess the feasibility of using sheep wool as a fertiliser in bean cultivation. Converting the nitrogen contained in wool which is a waste product in meat sheep production into food protein could be a strategic element of a closed loop economy in the Central Asian region. The adopted objective was realised based on a vegetation experiment established on a bean farm near the town of Talas in northern Kyrgyzstan. The experiment was implemented in 2020. The experimental factor was different doses of wool applied pre-sowing. The results of the realised experiment indicate that sheep's wool can be an effective fertiliser in bean cultivation and under the climatic and soil conditions of Kyrgyzstan, the transformation of keratin contained in wool into food protein is effective. The applied wool was not only a source of nutrients for plants, but also influenced the intensification of atmospheric nitrogen fixation by symbiotic bacteria. In order to optimise the technology of bean cultivation in the Central Asian region, it is necessary to continue research on the degree of utilisation of nutrients contained in wool and to determine the sustainability of changes in the biological physicochemical and chemical properties of the soil. At the same time, it is important to promote increasing the share of beans in the diet of societies whose diet is traditionally based on mutton

    Assessment of the Impact of Selenium Fertilization on Nitrates (III) Content in Spinach (Spinacia Oleracea L.)

    Selenium (Se) is very important element for human health. It is involved in the body’s defense mechanisms and hormone biosynthesis. Selenium is an element that occurs in trace amounts in the human body, is involved in the protection of cell membranes and has anti-cancer properties. Selenium is a cofactor of glutathione peroxidase and plays an important role in preventing oxidative tissue damage. The aim of the study was to assess the effect of selenium fertilization of spinach Spinacia oleracea L. on the content of nitrates(III) and nitrates(V) under interrupted refrigeration conditions. The experiment was carried out on spinach plants after foliar fertilization. The experimental factor was the form of introduced selenium. The experiment included 2 experimental objects and a control object, without selenium fertilization. Foliar fertilization was applied 14 days before harvest. After harvest, the plant samples were divided into two parts, one of them was preserved and the other was stored at room temperature for 72 hours. The content of nitrate III and nitrate V was determined. The test results confirmed the positive effect of selenium on the reduction of nitrate III content, with increased effectiveness for the used form of sodium selenate

    Currently, very urgent problems are the determination of the distribution of the termite population, as well as physiological and biochemical processes associated with digestive secretions and the activity of symbiont enzymes, the identification of new types of microorganisms-termite parasites, the improvement of control methods based on the creation of poisonous baits based on pathogens-fungi and microorganisms.Since termites have a specialized cellulose digestion system. Various cellulases are involved in the degradation of cellulose in termites and their symbionts. An important area of research is the study of cellulase activity of termites. The purpose of the research is to study the cellulatic enzyme activity of termites. At the same time, the activity of enzymes from different parts of the body of termites was studied. The obtained data show that the obtained suspensions from different places of the termite body after filtration hydrolyze cellulose in the form of filter paper more than suspensions without filtration, this also proves that having different substances in the substrate negatively affects the biodegradation of cellulose samples (in the form of filter paper)
