Periods of Thymus Gland Development in the Human Body
Thymus is the main secret of medicine (primarily immunology) and especially pediatrics. In the twentieth century, the attitude of scientists to the organ developed as a generator and regulator of immune reactions, a participant in the production of large populations of immunocompetent cells.
The thymus is an important organ of the immune system in children. It consists of two segments located in the upper chest and connected in front of the trachea. The gland grows until the child reaches puberty, weighs 30-40 grams, and then gradually atrophies (reverse development).
The thymus is a major component of the immune system and, in many ways, a central organ. Infectious diseases, systemic autoimmune diseases, oncology, the problem of tissue incompatibility determine a person's life, in connection with which there is a growing scientific interest in the study of the immune system and its central organ - the function of the pancreas. The complexity of the study lies in the large number of integral connections with other components of the immune system of the pancreas, neuroendocrine, hematopoietic and connective tissues, organs that provide the barrier function, etc
Assessment Outcomes Histopathology of Ovarian Tumors
Background: Ovarian tumors account for 3% of all cancers and account for 25% of female genital tract-related malignancies.
Aim: This paper was focused on assessment outcomes related to related to patients who have undergone histopathology of Ovarian Tumors.
Patients and methods: The current cross-sectional study was enrolled patients with ovarian tumors to evaluate the outcomes of Histopathology of Ovarian Tumors. This study was conducted by modelling of present data that collected from different hospitals in Iraq between 17th May 2022 and 24th July 2023. The database was included patients with ages 25-60 years under BMI, which classify into (18.5-24.9), (25-29.9), (and 30-34.9). The data was processed to analysis tumor types and its effect on the survival rate of patients, where Comorbidities are considered one of the causes who effect on patients in the long term. Our results were analysed and designed by the SPSS program.
Results and discussion: the majority of patients was over 40 years old and had developed ovarian tumors, with smoking and obesity being identified as risk factors. Clinical outcomes showed that 87.8% of patients had a BMI of 29.9, whereas 12.2% were smokers. To further the outcomes, the study included various types of tumour detection. It was found that a Serous tumour was present in 50.0% of patients, Mucinous in 17.6%, and Fibroma in 12.2%. Additionally, the research discovered that 80% of patients had benign tumours, while 20% had malignant tumours. Patients with tumour sizes greater than or equal to 10 cm had a survival rate of 41.33%, while patients with tumour sizes between 8-10 cm had a rate of 29.33%.
Conclusions: Our study revealed that 80% of female patients had benign tumors while only 20% had malignant tumors. Additionally, our findings imply a decrease in patient survival rates over time

Prevention of Complications in the Postoperative Period When Treating Ventral Hernia
The use of synthetic materials for hernial orifice repair in patients with postoperative ventral hernias (POVH) has reduced the incidence of wound complications. However, the success of surgical treatment of patients with POVH largely depends on complete preparation for surgery, the choice of the optimal method of alloplasty and rational management of the patient in the postoperative period. An analysis of the results of surgical treatment of 143 patients with POVH for the period 2018-2022, operated on at the regional multidisciplinary medical center (RMMC), was carried out. For plastic surgery of the hernial orifice, a polypropylene mesh implant “Paha” (Turkey) was used. In 65 (45.4%) patients, supraponeurotic (on1au) plastic surgery was performed, and in 78 (54.5%), sublay type plastic surgery was used. In the early postoperative period, general complications occurred in 7 (4.8%) patients, wound complications - in 15 (10.5%) patients, mortality was 0.69%. To improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with POVH, a number of recommendations should be followed. In the preoperative period, it is useful to conduct a comprehensive examination of patients with the development of an individual program for the prevention of wound, thromboembolic and pulmonary complications
NUTRITION FEATURES OF MEDICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

This is a risk factor for many diseases. In this regard, the purpose of the work was to assess the nutritional characteristics of students that affect their health. As a result of the research, it was found that a significant proportion of students eat less than three times a day. The average values of body mass index in men are determined at the upper limit, and a significant proportion of them have manifestations of hypertension. The greatest correlation between non-compliance with the diet has been established with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, manifestations of excess weight and dysfunction of the endocrine syste
