Methods for Improving Corporate Governance in Joint Stock Companies
The need to establish a corporate governance policy in order to ensure the national economy's competitiveness and sustainable development, as well as enhance the systemic government's regulatory mechanisms, is one of the main directions of our time. The primary directions for the corporate governance system's future development include an examination of global experience, a fundamental overhaul of the management structure, and the expansion of the role of shareholders. The most important details in this text are the steps to increase the effectiveness of the corporate governance system in Uzbekistan.
These include evaluating the general board's activities, compensating each member based on their contribution to the overall effectiveness of the board, ensuring that the Supervisory Board has a minimum of independent members, defining who will propose an independent member of the Supervisory Board, creating a database for them, and ensuring the balance of key performance indicators (KPIs).
To significantly boost joint-stock company efficiency, it is important to ensure that they are open and appealing to potential investors, introduce modern corporate management techniques, and create favorable conditions for strengthening the role of the Supervisory Board

Prospects for Managing the Development of Environmental Social Entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan
Objectives: The main objective of this study is analyzing and measuring the capability of improving and developing social enterprises in Uzbekistan. The theoretical basis of the scale is supported by empirical research in the social sector. On other hand, finding out both strengths and weaknesses on managing and developing environmental social entrepreneurship in our country also was our main aim in this article.
Results. The results of this study analyses that social enterprises are required to report on the social and/or environmental benefits they bring to society, but in most countries, a uniform reporting form and criteria have not yet been developed in the area of control. In foreign practice, there are different definitions of social entrepreneurship, which sometimes contradict each other. According to experts, the complexity of developing a single legal approach to defining the term social entrepreneurship is explained by the following circumstances.
Conclusion. To conclude, environmental social entrepreneurship can be seen as an integral part of every single society and government future plans because of it vitalness and importance in today’s world. Because, tons of environmental and social problems are improving day by day instead of reducing. In order to sovle aforementioned problems, social entrepreneurship is a most accurate choice in developing countries like Uzbekistan

Women's Leadership in Higher Education (Case Study on the Head of STIE El Fatah Manado)
Leadership has always been close to men. However, with the development of the world, women have taken part in leadership in various fields, especially in educational institutions. This means that women have the opportunity to be involved in decision-making efforts amidst the view that men and women have different leadership styles where women tend to use the norm of equality, while men use the norm of justice. This study aims to reveal and analyze the leadership style of women in tertiary institutions, the strategies adopted by female leadership in improving the quality and performance of their employees, as well as the effectiveness of female leadership styles in improving lecturer performance in tertiary institutions, especially at STIE El Fatah, Manado, Sulawasi. North. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that women's leadership generally has a feminine “transformational-democratic” leadership style, in which in achieving successful leadership, they are more directed towards helping achieve educational goals so that the head of STIE El' Fatah Manado is obliged to direct, guide, assign, correct, and evaluate.
