The Nature of Naked Singularity in Cosmology
This paper discusses aspects of a naked singularity. If a star has exhausted its nuclear fuel, and it exceeds Chandrasekhar limit then it must undergo gravitational collapse and ultimately it forms black hole. A black hole is a space from where no massive particle or no signal comes to the external observer. As a result space-time singularity is formed; this must be hidden behind the black hole region which is called the cosmic censorship hypothesis, first proposed by Roger Penrose, which cloths the singularity to remain invisible to the external observers. It has not been possible, to obtain a proof despite many attempts to establish the validity of cosmic censorship and it remains an open problem. Hence, general relativity supports that naked singularity may be formed. A naked singularity implies that singularity is visible to an external observer. Sometimes it is not visible to the external observers, but it could be observable to the interior observers of the black hole region. This type of singularity is called local naked singularity
Cloud Security - A Semantic Approach in End to End Security Compliance
Many firms are seeing the benefits of moving to the cloud. For the sake of their customers\u27 data, cloud service providers are required by law to maintain the highest levels of data security and privacy. Most cloud service providers employ a patchwork of security and privacy safeguards while industry standards are being created. The upshot is that customers of cloud services are unsure whether or not the security protections supplied by these services are enough to meet their specific security and compliance requirements. In this article, we have discussed the many threats cloud users face and emphasized the compliance frameworks and security processes that should be in place to minimize the risk. To categorize cloud security measures, risks, and compliance requirements, we developed an ontology. We needed to design software to identify the high-level policy rules that must be applied in response to each danger as part of this initiative. Additionally, the program provides a list of cloud service providers that now satisfy specific security requirements. Even if they aren\u27t familiar with the underlying technology, cloud users may utilize our system to build up their security policy and identify compatible providers
A Review of Meta-Model Designed for the Model-Based Testing Technique
Recently, software engineering research has focused on IT system testing. Due to its practicality, academic and corporate research has presented various model-based testing methodologies. Model-based testing is a popular software technique that ensures system performance and evaluation. Automatic test case generation from requirements is intended to replace manual testing. Most of these approaches differ in critical areas like the specification paradigm and the model used to define requirements. Still, they share common principles, problems, and characteristics inherited from model-based testing. This paper proposes a meta-model that represents model-based testing principles and attributes to define the structure and entities of any new approach
Analysis and Evaluation of Energy Consumption over 4G Network
The mobile communication network cuts 0.5 percent of today’s global energy consumption. Among all other constrains, energy is the most critical concern to deploy any communication network. The demand of power for wireless networks increases dramatically. By applying three novel approaches, we can minimize the power consumption of 4G wireless networks such as optimal power scheduling (OPS) for base stations, packet delay scheduling (PDS) and sleep mode for variable traffic density (SMVTD). This paper presents energy consumption issues over the 4G wireless network and its associated constraints such as finding the optimal radio base stations to reduce the energy and cost for the entire system. Within same network coverage area if we optimize the number of base stations, then it will be a hallmark to minimize the energy cost. We have considered the various element concerning the 4G network and responsible parameters for energy consumption. We also studied the different mode of variable traffic density in 4G network
Wage Digitization in Readymade Garment (RMG) Sector in Bangladesh is Crucial for Women Empowerment, Social Compliance and Competitiveness
Bangladesh has succeeded in achieving Millennium Development Goal (MDG) set by United Nations Development Program (UNDP), where Readymade Garment (RMG) sector has played an active role. As the highest contributor in export and formal sector employment RMG sector can claim its position at the top in, out of eight goals of millennium development, eradicating extreme poverty, achieving universal primary education, ensuring gender equality and women empowerment. Bangladesh is moving from least developed country to middle-income country. Bangladesh is on its way to achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) set UNDP, where 17 areas have been targeted to fulfill. The government of Bangladesh has declared its vision 2021 and BGMEA, (Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association) apex body of the industry has set a target of $ 50 ml export within that timeframe. To fulfill all those targets RMG has to play an important role. Though Bangladesh is in the second position regarding value, after China, in global apparel export, yet the difference between first and second is huge. Bangladesh’s RMG sector is far behind in efficiency and productivity levels compared to its competing countries. Bangladesh’s RMG is still highly dependent on low waged machine operators mainly females. The government has been working toward digitalization, and the sector is accommodating technology as without enhancement of a comparative and competitive advantage of this very sector, RMG, it is not possible to achieve the dreams of the apex body as well as of the government. Digitization of wage can help to ensure transparency, loss of working hours, implement compliance and women empowerment
Effect of Boric Acid on the Properties of Sorbitol Plasticized Starch/PVA Blends
This research aimed to focus on the thermochemical and physico-mechanical properties along with biodegradability nature of partially pregelatinized maize starch (PMS) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) based biocomposites. Several PMS/PVA/BA (varying the mass ratio, wt %) based biocomposites were prepared by solution casting with and without sorbitol plasticizer. Boric acid (BA) used as cross linked agent. The FT-IR, DSC and TGA results revealed that the hydrogen bonding takes place between PMS and PVA in presence of BA and thus biocomposites shown more thermal stability than that of pure PMS and PVA provided by TGA and DSC. Based on the results, sorbitol plasticized PMS/PVA/BA (5%) was optimized as pliable and stable biocomposite; the tensile strength (TS)and percentage of elongation at break (EB%) was 16.6 MPa and 11.2 % respectively. However, unplasticized biocomposites shown the highest TS (38.1 MPa) but were hard and brittle. Moreover, the optimized biocomposite was the lower moisture sensitivity and moderate water solubility compared to other biocomposites. In addition, the biodegradability nature of biocomposites were also investigated and found it biodegradable. Thus, the optimized biocomposite (PMS: PVA: BA with a ratio of 40:55:5) can be used as effective and eco-friendly packaging material
Radioactive Waste Classification, Management and Environment
Radioactive waste comes from the nuclear power production facilities; defense-related weapon activities, medical/hospitals use radioisotopes and research activities has a dreadful crisis for management and protecting the environment to be safe to the present and future generations. In this study different types of waste are classified according to international standards, the source of waste is identified around the world and Bangladesh, and waste disposal plan in the world and Bangladesh are analyzed. Although Bangladesh has excellent facilities for the management of present radioactive waste its need improvement for the final disposal of the present and future radioactive waste arise from the country’s first nuclear power plant.

Narrow Band Gap Ternary Absorber Layer for Solar Cell for Small Business Enterprises in Equatorial Africa
According to recent studies, on the Daily nation newspaper, in Kenya of 6th January 2017 featured the story, the number of people doing the same thing in surrounding villages was so high that many of them had to leave their phones behind at the charging centre (for up to three days) before returning to pick them. To fight darkness, up to 80 percent of Africans depend on personal generators, candles and kerosene (paraffin) lamps to provide basic lighting. Let’s not even talk about all the other things we desperately need electricity for – iron clothes, pump water, charge mobile phones etc. In this article, we shall focus on the types of solar cell materials that can be used to fabricate solar cell to be installed on roof tops to generate electricity used by individuals and households. Photovoltaic devices are used to convert solar radiation energy into electrical forms of energy for various uses. Current research is geared towards using thin films with wide band gaps to allow optimum penetration of radiation within the VIS - NIR region. Inorganic wide band gap, CdxZn1-xS thin films and narrow band gap, PbS thin films were optimized through chemical solution technique in this study. Wide band gap thin films of CdxZn1-xS were grown at about 820C while those of narrow band gap thin films of PbS were grown at room temperature utilizing aqueous conditions. Their optical constants were investigated and found to be suitable for solar cells applications.
