Pengaruh Cita Rasa dan Nama Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Rotte Bakery pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh cita rasa dan nama merek terhadap keputusan pembelian Rotte Bakery. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru pada bulan Februari sampai dengan Juni 2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang melakukan pembelian Rotte Bakery yang berjumlah 100 orang responden, teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel cita rasa dan nama merek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian produk Rotte Bakery. Secara simultan variabel cita rasa dan merek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian produk Rotte Bakery pada Mayarakat Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru. Sementara nilai R Square sebesar 0,628 menjelaskan cita rasa dan nama merek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian produk Rotte Bakery pada Mayarakat Kecamatan Tuah Madani sebesar 62,8% sementara 37,2% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian in

Dysfunctional Audit Behavior (DAB) poses a significant threat to the integrity of audit practices and ethical standards. This research delves into the intricate web of ethical violations within DAB, examining the deviations from established ethical principles in the field of auditing. The study employs a comprehensive qualitative research methodology, incorporating interviews, case analyses, and ethical frameworks to unravel the underlying factors contributing to these violations. The research uncovers the multifaceted nature of ethical breaches within DAB, focusing on issues related to impartiality, integrity, objectivity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Through in-depth analyses of real-world cases and interviews with auditors, clients, and regulatory bodies, this study aims to identify patterns and motivations driving auditors towards unethical practices. Moreover, the research explores the impact of these violations on the credibility of audit reports and the overall trust in the auditing profession. The findings of this research not only shed light on the root causes of ethical misconduct but also offer valuable insights for regulatory bodies, audit firms, and educators. By understanding the complexities of DAB, stakeholders can develop targeted strategies to prevent and mitigate these violations effectively. Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Marketing Mix untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan Pada D’Besto Fried Chicken Pekanbaru
Marketing strategy is an effort to market a product, both in the form of goods and services, using certain plans and tactics to increase sales volume. One of the business development strategies is the implementation of a marketing mix strategy. Marketing is one of the most important factors in the continuity of a business, so it is very important for business people to pay attention to the marketing mix in their business. The purpose of this study was to determine how D'besto Fried Chicken Pekanbaru applies sales promotion. The data analysis technique used is market mix analysis. The marketing mix variables studied were product, price, place and promotion. The results of this study indicate that consumer decisions in purchasing D'besto Fried Chicken Pekanbaru are strategic location selection and products that are acceptable to the public. The recommendation of this research is that D'besto Fried Chicken Pekanbaru products should be more diverse and innovative in terms of packaging and online marketing and improve brand quality
Penguatan SDM Disabilitas Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) kreatif Melalui Peningkatan Kompetensi dan Knowlegde Management
Penyandang disabilitas, mempunyai hak yang setara dengan orang normal lain. Meski begitu, diskriminasi masih kerap dirasakan dikarenakan mereka dianggap tidak mandiri. Demi mencapai kemandirian dan pemenuhan Kebutuhan hidup, penyandang disabilitas dituntut melakukan pekerjaan agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dan meningkatkan keterampilan sosial. Namun, Kurang ketersedian lapangan pekerjaan bagi penyandang disabilitas membuat penyandang disabilitas lebih memilih untuk bekerja pada sektor usaha sesuai kemampuan mereka. Tulisan ini mencoba membahas tentang Penguatan SDM disabilitas Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui Peningkatan Kompetensi dan Knowledge Management. The Impact Of Work Stress, Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Employment at A Contruction Company In Pekanbaru
This research was done at the Construction Company in Pekanbaru. The aim of this study is to find out the impact of work stress, financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction at the Construction Company in Pekanbaru. The sample in this study is an employee of the Construction Company in Pekanbaru of 35 people using saturated sampling or census techniques. To analyze the data in this study use quantitative descriptive techniques using double linear regression. Research findings show that work stress, financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a partial impact on employee job satisfaction. At the same time or simultaneously, work stress, financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a significant impact on employee employment satisfaction at the New Construction Company with known F counts of (35,566) ≥ Ftable (2,91) with a significant 0,000 ≤ 0,05, and a determination coefficient (R Square) value of 0,775 equals 77,5% which means that the work stress variables, economic compensation, and nonfinancy compensation affect employee job satisfaction of 77,5%
Analysis of Factors that Influence Purchasing Decisions for Wardah Cosmetics in Pekanbaru City
The objective of this study was to identify the factors that influence consumers' decisions to purchase Wardah cosmetics in Pekanbaru city. The sample size consisted of 100 participants selected using the accidental sampling technique. This study aimed to be unbiased, clear, and concise, utilizing a formal register and precise language to ensure comprehension. The data analysis employed quantitative multiple linear regression, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS software. Based on the results of this study, it is evident that product quality has an impact on the decision to purchase Wardah cosmetics in the city of Pekanbaru. The customer's perception of prices also affects their decision to purchase the said cosmetics, as well as promotions. The independent variables, namely product quality, price perception, and promotion, have a significant impact on the dependent variable, i.e., purchasing decision, concerning Wardah Cosmetics in Pekanbaru city. The R Square value of 0.845 or 84.5% indicates that the purchasing decision is influenced by product quality, price, and promotion while 15.5% is attributable to other variables not considered in this study
Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading cabang Pekanbaru menurut Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah
This research is motivated by the ups and downs in the quality of employee performance at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Pekanbaru Branch from 2020 to 2022. Based on the formulation of the problems that have been made, this study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Pekanbaru Branch This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample used in this study were employees of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Pekanbaru Branch as many as approximately 52 people. Sampling technique by means of Simple Random Sampling. With data collection through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This study uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS Ver program. 21.00. The results of this study, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X1 greater than t table, namely the value of t count (7.467) greater than t table (2.010) accepted at a significance level of 5%. The work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained the t count X2 greater than the t table, namely the t value (7.484) greater than the t table (2.010), accepted at the 5% significance level. Compensation and work environment together have a positive effect on employee performance. This is evident from the results of the F test which shows the results of the F count of (415.672) greater than the F table of (3.19) accepted at the 5% significance level. E-Wom, E-Trust dan Keluarga serta Pengaruhnya Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online Generasi Z Di Kota Pekanbaru
This research aims to identify the influence of e-wom, e-trust and family on online purchasing decisions of generation Z in the city of Pekanbaru. This research involved 120 people belonging to generation Z. Samples were taken using a purposive random sampling technique. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires whose validity and reliability had previously been tested. To test the hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (f test) and determinant coefficient test were carried out. The results of data processing show that simultaneously e-WOM, e-trust and family have a significant influence on online purchasing decisions, but partially only the e-WOM and e-trust variables have a significant influence while the family variable does not have a significant influence on the Z generation's online purchasing decisions in the city of Pekanbaru.

Education in the future expects changes in learning approaches that focus on individual abilities and prioritize students as the main subject (student centered). Facing the evolution of education during the COVID-19 pandemic and the direction towards Society 5.0, it is necessary to innovate in the development of learning resources and materials, bearing in mind the importance of learning resources and materials in the teaching and learning process. One of the innovative ways to develop learning resources and materials is through the application of the Quizizz-based development method. The hope is that with this approach, students' responses to Quizizz-based teaching materials and resources will be very positive, indicating strong support from students for using this approach in the learning process
APIP dalam Pelaksanaan Maturitas SPIP: Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus in Implementing the Maturity of the Government Internal Control System
One of the problems that still occur in Indonesia today is the weakness of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP). This is indicated by the many findings of BPK's examination of weaknesses in the government's internal control system. In this case, there is a role for government internal auditors that are highly expected to create an effective and sustainable control system. This study aims to determine the effect of the role of APIP in implementing the Maturity of the SPIP at the Inspectorate Kab. South Solok. This research is a quantitative. The population and sample in this research were all government internal supervisory apparatus at the Inspectorate Kab. South Solok. Data collection technique used is through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. The instrument were tested using validity test, reliability test, and normality test. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the role of leadership, internal supervisors, consultants, and catalysts had a positive effect on the implementation of the maturity of SPIP. While the role of quality assurance has a negative effect on the implementation of the maturity of SPIP
