    The Influence of Influencer Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchase Decisions Through Brand Trust as a Mediating Variable for Facetology Sunscreen Products in Pekanbaru

    This study aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on purchase decisions through brand trust as a mediating variable on Facetology Sunscreen products in Pekanbaru. This research used a quantitative method with purposive sampling, totaling 98 respondents aged 13-28 years who had purchased or used Facetology sunscreen products. Data analysis used SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that influencer marketing and E-WOM positively and significantly influence brand trust and purchase decisions, both directly and indirectly. Brand trust mediates the influence of influencer marketing and E-WOM on purchase decisions

    Purchasing decisions are individual actions involved in choosing options to obtain a product provided by the seller. This research aims to determine the influence of online customer reviews, online customer ratings and price perceptions on purchasing decisions for Bostanten products at Shopee by students from Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative with a sample size of 100 respondents from Tuah Madani District Students, Pekanbaru who bought Bostanten products at Shopee. Determination of samples using Le.me.show with sampling procedures using purposive techniques. Sampling. The method was analyzed using the SPSS program. The data source used is primary data. The results of this research show that Online Customer Reviews, Online Customer Ratings and Price Perceptions have a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. This means that students show that the better the reviews and ratings the product receives, as well as the more positive the consumer's perception of price, the greater the student's likelihood of making a purchase. &nbsp

    The Influence Of Brand Image, Product Quality, And Price Perception On The Purchase Decision Of Jims Honey Products Among Students In Pekanbaru

    This study aims to examine the influence of brand image, product quality, and price perception on the purchasing decisions of Jims Honey products among students in Pekanbaru. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The population in this study consists of students in Pekanbaru. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis employed a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The results of the simultaneous test show that brand image, product quality, and price perception collectively influence the purchasing decisions of Jims Honey products among students in Pekanbaru. Furthermore, the partial tests revealed that brand image, product quality, and price perception each have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The R square value obtained was 0.657 or 65.7%, while the remaining 34.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

    Female Executive Leadership, Executive Compensation, and Corporate Governance on Company Performance: A Literature Review

    This literature review analyzes the relationship between female executive leadership, executive compensation, corporate governance, and company performance. Using a systematic approach, peer-reviewed articles from 2018 to 2023 were gathered from databases focusing on empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, and meta-analyses. The selected studies address how gender diversity in leadership roles, corporate governance structures, and executive compensation practices influence firm performance across different industries and geographic contexts. Findings indicate that female leadership positively impacts managerial ability, decision-making, and financial resilience, especially during economic fluctuations. Additionally, strong corporate governance practices, such as board diversity and effective audit committees, contribute significantly to financial performance indicators like Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). This review highlights the crucial role of integrating gender diversity and robust governance in fostering sustainable organizational success

    Audit Quality With Auditor Ethics as a Moderating Variable

    This study aims to determine the effect of competence, independence, professionalism, work experience, and time budget pressure on audit quality with auditor ethics as a moderating variable. The research method used is quantitative method. The population in this study were all auditors who worked at the Pekanbaru City Public Accounting Firm and the sample was auditors at the Pekanbaru City Public Accounting Firm. The sampling technique in this study uses saturated sampling or often called total sampling (census). The data source used is the main / primary data obtained directly from the questionnaire distributed to respondents. The data analysis method used in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to test the six hypotheses proposed in this study. Each hypothesis will be analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study indicate that competence, independence, time budgte pressure have a positive influence on audit quality and auditor ethics can moderate work experience on audit quality. Meanwhile, professionalism and work experience are not proven to have a positive influence on audit quality

    The Effect of Enterprise Risk Management Implementation on the Sustainable Business Performance of MSME Tapis in Bandar Lampung

    The Tapis industry MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City frequently encounter challenges that hinder their survival, growth, and development. These challenges include issues related to human resource capabilities, product innovation, financing, and marketing, which impede their ability to compete, particularly against larger companies. This study aims to assess the impact of various dimensions of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) on the performance of the creative Tapis industry in Bandar Lampung. Data for the study were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 100 MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City. Descriptive analysis of each ERM dimension indicates that, in general, the Tapis MSMEs studied have implemented ERM practices to a satisfactory degree. The results from the simple linear regression analysis reveal a coefficient of determination of 0.191, indicating that 19.1% of the sustainable performance of Tapis MSMEs can be attributed to ERM practices. The significance level obtained is notably low at 0.001, suggesting that the implementation of ERM is effective in enhancing sustainable performance. In conclusion, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) has a positive and significant effect on the sustainable business performance of Tapis industry MSMEs in Bandar Lampung, particularly in the dimensions of the internal environment, information and communication, and monitoring

    The Role of Entrepreneurial Mindset in Facing Market Uncertainty in New Entrepreneurs

    This study examines the role of entrepreneurial mindset in helping new entrepreneurs deal with market uncertainty. New entrepreneurs often face significant challenges in adapting to rapidly changing market dynamics. Through a literature review and case study analysis, this study shows that an entrepreneurial mindset that focuses on innovation, risk-taking, and flexibility enables entrepreneurs to respond to change more effectively. The results of this study reveal that entrepreneurial mindset plays a significant role in strategic decision-making that minimizes the negative impacts of market uncertainty. The conclusion of this study provides recommendations for new entrepreneurs to develop an entrepreneurial mindset as one of the main strategies in maintaining business growth and sustainability

    This study was conducted This research was conducted on conventional and sharia Riau Riau Riau banking in Riau. The purpose of this research is to compare the financial performance between Bank Riau Kepri Syariah and Bank Riau Kepri Conventional in Indonesia using financial ratios for the period 2021 to 2023. The financial ratios used to measure bank financial performance consist of the CAR, NPL, BOPO ratios. , LDR, ROA, and ROE. The population in this research is conventional Bank Riau Kepri and Bank Riau Kepri sharia. This research was carried out through different t-test analysis.The results of the research show that: (1) There is a significant difference in the CAR ratio when analyzed using the Paired Samples Test, (2) There is a significant difference in the NPL ratio of conventional banks and Islamic banks in Riau, Kepri, (3) There is a significant difference in BOPO ratio of conventional banks and Islamic banks in Riau, (4) There is a significant difference in the LDR ratio of conventional banks and Islamic banks in Riau, (5) There is a significant difference in the ROA ratio of conventional banks and Islamic banks in Riau, Kepri and (6) There is a difference significant to the ROE ratio of conventional banks and Islamic banks in Riau, Kepri. The overall results of the research are that there are significant differences in the financial performance of conventional banks and Syari'ah Banks in Roau Kepri

    Competitive Strategy Through SWOT Approaches at MSME Thasya Ethnic Lampung in Bandar Lampung

    Thasya Ethnic Lampung is a tapis cloth craft business that is innovated into several products ranging from clothes, bags, peci, pillow cases, tablecloths, and others. This study took the object of the Thasya Ethnic Lampung tapis craft MSME to find out how the competitive strategy of MSME is, and what can be an alternative strategy for Thasya Ethnic Lampung in facing the large number of competitors of the same type that cannot be controlled. Qualitative methods were used in the study by using an analysis tool in the form of SWOT. The results of the study showed that the condition of Thasya Ethnic Lampung was already in a condition where MSME only needed to carry out a strategy that was grow and build. The implementation of the strategy was in the form of developing a strategy from a strategy that had been used previously. Starting from the production aspect by continuing to improve, develop and always innovate related to products so that they survive and are not easily imitated by similar MSME. Furthermore, Thasya Ethnic Lampung can improve the service and marketing system with creative forms and in accordance with the development of the times and the needs of target consumers, so that it can reach a wider market. In the financial aspect, it can be complemented by improving the use of digital media as a tool for recording, calculating and storing transaction data
