Impact of EMI to Multilingual Learners at Secondary Level Students
The study entitled as the impact of EMI to multilingual learners at secondary level education is based on qualitative research design. This paper tries to find out impact of EMI in secondary level students and its effects in students’ indigenous knowledge into multilingual class room. To conduct study, both primary and secondary sources of data collection procedure have been analysed clearly. For its primary source, interview was conducted with the English teachers, parents and students to find out impact of EMI towards students’ indigenous knowledge in multi lingual class room. And, for secondary sources of data collection, various many different policies, education act, SSDP, SSRP, research-based articles, and other related information from various websites have been analysed and reviewed. The result of the study included that all the participants viewed impact of EMI in secondary level education has more limitations than merits as the students’ indigenous knowledge differs among them in multilingual classroom. There are many mother tongue interferences in teaching learning. And it is found that there are many more things to be improved for betterment of the secondary level school education; conducting seminar, workshop or conference which enhance effectiveness of EMI in secondary level educatio

Utilization of Mualaf Zakat Based on Innovation of Social Flour as Bread Bread in Kubalahin Village, Buru District
Lolongguba is the second largest sago producing sub-district in Buru Regency after Teluk Kayeli Sub-district, which has a sago area with a production of 16 tons of sago flour per month. Lolongguba District, which is the center for processing and producing sago, is Kubalahin Village, the majority of whose population are Muslim converts who have converted to Islam since 2009 and earn their living as gardeners and sago farmers. The sago flour processing entrepreneurial group is an empowerment group formed by community groups and legalized by the Kubalahin Village government. The partner\u27s problem is the lack of knowledge about innovations in processing sago flour into a consumer product with various flavors and not having adequate equipment and equipment to support the implementation of activities, as well as processing techniques, entrepreneurship methods and marketing systems that can increase economic value.
The aim of community service activities is to introduce the community to innovation skills in entrepreneurship which are oriented towards development, empowerment and improving the economy, through the use of Mualaf Zakat towards this to achieve output targets with the implementation target of empowering business groups, developing business and entrepreneurship skills besides that. to increase economic value through income from sales of processed Sago Flour products. From this Penakuk Roti product innovation, attractive labels will be made on the product packaging and promotions will be carried out by placing banner advertisements in front of partners\u27 houses and also business groups
Development of French Learning Materials Using the Thinglink Site at SMAN 2 Tarutung
This study aims to develop teaching materials on French learning material "Les endroits publics" using the Thinglink site for class X MIA 3 at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method of the ADDIE development model by Dick and Carry which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This research is limited to 3 stages, namely analysis, design and development. The first stage is the analysis of student needs by analyzing materials, interviews, questionnaires and student task analysis. The second stage is design, which is designing materials and media into products that are suitable for use in the learning process. The third stage is the development of teaching materials on les endroits publics using the thinglink site. The teaching materials developed will be validated by material experts and media experts. The material validation test results with a score of 87 while the media validation results are 96. The results of material validation are categorized as very good and media validation is categorized as very good. Thus it can be concluded that the development of French learning materials using the Thinglink site is declared feasible to use for French learning at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutun
Analysis of the Role of the State in Protecting Child Rights in Accordance with the Constitution of the Republic Democratic of Timor-Leste
The Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, as a Democratic State of Law, as set out in the RDTL Constitution, article 1 (1) states that the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, the rule of law, the Democratic, the sovereign, the unitary, the self-governing and the self-governing of the will of the people and in respect for the dignity of each person.
This is the fundamental principle of citizens under the concept of the rule of law itself, therefore, the state of Timor-Leste has a full obligation to protect the human rights of its citizens, including children, in accordance with the objectives set out in Article 6 (1) (b) of the RDTL Constitution, to guarantee and promote the fundamental rights and freedoms of its citizens, and respect the principle of the state in relation to democratic rights. In view of the reality of the above, the writer has created three aspects that are essential in this research, namely;
The first legal aspect; the writer sees and analyser in more detail the legal system in Timor-Leste, which is mostly an alternative for the state to adapt and exist from the legal framework in Timor-Leste.
Second, Sociology; the writer focuses on social problems that always involve children in any activity, such as political activities, juvinil conflicts, education and workers, taking into account these situations, the writer is also concerned about the current situation in Timor-Leste.
Third Aspect Theory, the writer focused on the policy of law in the legal system of Timor-Leste
An Analysis of Improving English Skills of Nursing Students Facing Mbkm (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka)
Communication is the process of sending thoughts, messages and information. Learning English in Indonesia tends to be taught and studied as a foreign language. The program of Merdeka Belajar (Independent Learning) will provide students to compete in the world of college, and have the opportunity to explore knowledge. This research was conducted on 83 students of STIKES Pemkab Jombang Nursing Bachelor Program, semester 4. The research results are in the form of data which is then analyzed in qualitative descriptive form. The results of the research discuss the implementation of MBKM which includes 2 things, they are student interest in the MBKM program and the benefits felt by students participating in the MBKM program. The conclusion of the study is MBKM activity which is provided meaningful learning for students to understand activities that can be done outside of college, students not only do learning in class but can do activities that can develop their abilities both in class and outside classroom
The Effectiveness of the Performance of Supervisors in Tsanawiyah Madrasah (Islamic Junior High School) in Improving the Implementation of the Duties of the Head of the State Tsanawiyah Madrasah (Mtsn) in the Province of Jambi
Based on the researcher\u27s grand tour of Tsanawiyah Madrasahs in the province of Jambi, it was found that firstly, the supervisor\u27s program does not align with the madrasah\u27s needs. Secondly, supervision is only fulfilling obligations without going beyond. Thirdly, the organization of time, work tools, and facilities are not yet optimal. This qualitative research employs a qualitative case approach. The subjects of this study are supervisors of Madrasahs Tsanawiyah, representatives from the Ministry of Religious Affairs Regional Office, and the Head of the Madrasah. Data collection involves observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis utilizes the Miles and Huberman model, comprising data reduction, data display, and data conclusion. The research results indicate that the performance of Tsanawiyah Madrasah supervisors in the supervision process in the province of Jambi includes: a) Developing a supervision work program for each semester and each year for the madrasahs under their guidance, b) Providing guidance and assistance to the madrasah head regarding managerial processes, and c) Conducting assessments and monitoring the implementation of education in the supervised Madrasah Tsanawiyah, offering advice and considerations to the madrasah on addressing educational implementation-related issues
