The results of research regarding the recruitment process for prospective members of the Regency-City Bawaslu of South Borneo Province in 2023 were carried out well and in accordance with the regulations. However, the process still contains obstacles, such as at the registration stage the number of registrants is less than what is needed, especially female registrants, at the administration stage there are a lot of costs incurred to complete the requirements, the CAT system creates problems that are considered to make carrying out recruitment difficult for the affirmation policy, health tests are considered useless because at this stage a second health test is carried out, problems occur at the fit and proper test stage related to several postponements of the announcement time which do not match the timeline, the organizational hierarchy at the fit and proper test stage is not ideal, and the need for consideration and more serious efforts related to supporting women\u27s representation as Bawaslu members
Analysis of the Flow of Registration of Bpjs Outpatient Igd Patients to Improve Service Quality at Rsud Bandung Kiwari
The number of BPJS patients at Bandung Kiwari Hospital has increased, and this needs to be considered in the quality of service. Often related to payment, the patient has been explained in detail the terms of payment at Bandung Kiwari Hospital but at the end, the patient does not comply with the terms of payment at the hospital this is a factor that becomes an obstacle, and makes the registration service process more delayed. The purpose of this study was to determine how the flow of registration of outpatient BPJS patients in the emergency room improves service quality at Bandung Kiwari Hospital. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach with 100 respondents, the majority aged 20-45 years. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, while secondary data through direct observation. The results showed that 84% of respondents agreed with the quality of registration services provided by officers to patients. The research instruments used stationery, mobile phones, and interview guidelines. Based on the Hospital SPO for emergency room registration for BPJS participants, it is explained that the patient must bring an identity card (KTP / KK / BPJS and the identity of the person in charge), but there are still patients/people in charge who forget or do not bring identity at all, besides that the hospital is lacking in conveying information to patients so that there are still patients lacking information for BPJS registration who must register with the BPJS.
In-Silico Investigation of the Anti-Ulcer Potentials of Ethanolic Extract of Chromolaena Odarata
Chromolaena odorata popularly called devil weed (in dependent leaves) is a subtropical flowering shrub in the family of Asteraceae that has been used for the herbal treatment of wounds, burns, skin infections, and relieving painful stomach ulcers. There are some scientific literature reporting its antimicrobial, wound healing, hemostatic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, platelet protective, anticancer, hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, insecticidal, and anti-anemic properties. This study investigated the phytochemical components and the anti-ulcer (gastric pump inhibition) properties of the ethanolic extract of the plant using GC-MS and in silico molecular docking. The GC-MS results from this study detected thirty (30) retentions with fifty-one (51) library/ID-suggested compounds. The docking of the detected compounds against gastric proton pump for the treatment of ulcer revealed that among the ligands that were docked with the enzyme (H+/K+-ATPase); (3-(Azepan-1-yl)-1,2-benzothiazole 1,1-dioxide) had better binding energy value (high binding energy value) (-8.4kcal/mol) compared to the standard anti-ulcer drug (omeprazole; −8.0 kcal/mol). The strong bonding of 3-(Azepan-1-yl)-1,2 benzothiazole 1,1-dioxide to the receptor suggests that the compound may possess better gastric proton pump inhibitory potential than omeprazole. This result may also validate the traditional use of the plant for gastric ulcer-relieving activity
Methodology of Scientific Cognizance
Methodology in scientific research is essential. Each science has its own object, and different methodologies cause and result in different perceptions. Science is human life, however, science becomes metaphysical theory because it is conditioned by the methodology of philosophy or mathematics. Philosophy and mathematics are theoretical sciences, which makes the related sciences dream, ideal, and science fantasy. The helplessness of science becomes man\u27s misfortune, science becomes alien to man. True science begins with real people living, that is human science. Human science becomes the methodology in the study of related sciences. When studying the outside world, people uphold the principles of objectivity, comprehensiveness, development, specific history, and research practice. When studying life, the perceived object begins to die from the real person, in the process, people always create possibilities and needs. The transformation between abilities, needs means and goals makes life rich and diverse. Humans are both subjects and objects of scientific research. The interdisciplinary sciences have in common that they take human activities as research objects
