Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to Improve Students\u27 Self-Adjustment at Ummil Mu\u27Minin Islamic Boarding School
This study aims to assess the effectiveness of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) in improving student self-adjustment. Self-adjustment refers to the development of individuals in understanding themselves and their ability to socialize effectively, leading to a harmonious relationship with both themselves and their environment. This capability enables them to address situations and meet environmental demands maturely and efficiently. The research involved 80 adolescent students residing in boarding schools, aged between 13 and 17 years. It utilized an experimental design known as the One Group Pretest-Posttest design. This involved administering a pretest before the treatment and a posttest afterward to evaluate the effects of the intervention on the experimental group, which consisted of 15 students. Simple random sampling was employed to select participants for the study. Data collection was conducted offline using a self-adjustment scale distributed on paper. For data analysis, the Mann-Whitney U test was utilized. The results of this statistical test indicated a p-value of less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), suggesting that the therapy had a significant impact on self-adjustment. The results showed differences between the pretest and posttest scores for the experimental group after they received Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy treatment. These findings demonstrate that Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy effectively improves students\u27 self-adjustmen

This study is expected to be a reference in the strategy for developing positive cultural habits in early childhood education institutions to support the formation of strong character
A Study on the Awareness of Near Field Communication (NFC) Technology
The study seeks to assess the awareness levels of NFC technology across diverse demographic groups and to identify the factors influencing its adoption. Data were gathered through a structured questionnaire, and statistical analyses, including Chi-square tests, were conducted to evaluate the relationships between demographic factors and familiarity with NFC, perceptions of security, and usage patterns. The findings reveal that while NFC is gaining popularity, especially among younger individuals, considerable barriers to adoption remain. These barriers include security concerns, inadequate infrastructure, and limited knowledge, particularly among older demographics. Based on these findings, the study recommends strategies to increase NFC awareness, mitigate security concerns, and improve accessibility to ensure the technology is widely accepted and integrated into everyday lif

Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, cross-tabulations, and ANOVA to determine variations in awareness, clarity, relevance, and response to the heat wave messages. The findings showed among others, that awareness of and attitude to heat waves varied significantly among the states, with Anambra showing higher awareness compared to Ebony and Enugu. Based on the findings, it was recommended among others, that Ministry of Environment should revise communication strategies to ensure messages are clear, actionable, and region-specifi
To Study the Social Media Impact on Mental Health in Ahemdabad
This study examines the relationship between demographic characteristics (such as age, gender) and social media use patterns, including the number of hours spent on social media daily, preferred platforms, time of usage, emotional experiences, and the perceived impact on mental health. The study aimed to determine whether significant relationships exist between these variables and individuals’ demographic profiles. Data analysis revealed that the p-values for all hypotheses were greater than 0.05, indicating no statistically significant relationships between demographic factors and social media use or emotional outcomes. The weak relationships observed, as indicated by low R-values, suggest minimal associations between these variables. The findings imply that demographic characteristics, such as age, do not play a significant role in influencing the time spent on social media, the type of platform used, or the emotional responses experienced post-use. Given these results, future research should consider expanding the sample size, exploring other variables (e.g., personality traits, socio-economic factors), and adopting longitudinal or qualitative research designs. Further investigation into the content consumed on social media, psychological factors such as self-esteem and social comparison, and specific mental health outcomes could provide deeper insights. Understanding these dynamics will be crucial for developing strategies to mitigate any potential negative impacts of social media on mental health and well-bein

The Impact of ESG Principles Implementation on Risk Management Effectiveness in the Banking Sector
This study was conducted to determine the effect of ESG principle implementation on Risk Management Effectiveness in the banking sector in Indonesia, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022-2023 period. Using the purposive sampling method, 36 banking sector financial companies that published IDXESGL in 2022-2023 were selected. The analytical methods used include descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing with linear regression. The results indicate that the implementation of ESG principles has a positive and significant effect on risk management effectiveness in the banking sector. Companies with a low ESG Risk Rating tend to have better risk management practices, being more proactive in identifying, measuring, and managing risks related to ESG factors, such as environmental, social, and governance risks, allowing them to mitigate the negative impacts of these risks on company performance. Additionally, companies with a low ESG Risk Rating tend to have higher ROA and ROE, indicating their ability to generate better profits by managing risks effectively, and lower NPL, demonstrating better asset quality and lower credit ris
Sustainable Business Practices: A Conceptual Framework for Long-Term Growth
This study examines sustainable business practices through a conceptual framework that integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria, sustainable supply chain management, carbon neutrality, digital transformation, and circular economy principles. Using a systematic literature review and comparative case study analysis, this research synthesizes key findings from academic studies, industry reports, and corporate sustainability disclosures published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that businesses that integrate sustainability into their core strategies benefit from enhanced financial resilience, improved stakeholder trust, and regulatory compliance. ESG integration is identified as a key driver of long-term profitability, while digital transformation—leveraging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT)—plays a critical role in enhancing corporate sustainability efforts. This study provides practical recommendations for businesses and policymakers to improve sustainability strategies. Companies should embed ESG principles into corporate decision-making, adopt circular economy practices, and leverage digital tools for carbon tracking and supply chain transparenc
Change Management in the Implementation of HRD.ID Digital Attendance System Using the ADKAR Model at ATMI Surakarta Polytechnic
The implementation of a digital attendance system is a strategic step in supporting digital transformation at ATMI Surakarta Polytechnic. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of an attendance system based on the HRD.ID application using the ADKAR (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement) change management model. To Study Consumer Preference Towards Purchase of Two-Wheeler EV Vehicles Among the People of Ahmedabad
This study explores consumer preferences regarding the purchase of two-wheeler Electric Vehicles (EVs) among the people of Ahmedabad, India. The primary objective is to understand the factors influencing consumer decisions, focusing on age, environmental concerns, affordability, and infrastructure. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analysed using statistical methods, including Chi-square tests to examine relationships between demographic factors and consumer preferences. The results reveal that while age plays a role in shaping consumer attitudes, factors such as price sensitivity, government incentives, and charging infrastructure availability were found to be more significant determinants of EV adoption. The study highlights that younger consumers are more likely to be influenced by environmental concerns, while affordability and the convenience of charging infrastructure remain key barriers for all age groups. The weak relationships between age and most variables suggest that broader socio-economic factors, rather than age alone, drive consumer behaviour in the EV market. Additionally, the role of social influence from family and friends, as well as government policies and subsidies, were found to be significant in shaping purchase decision
