    Get PDF
This research paper presents a comparative analysis of the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max and Samsung S24 Ultra, focusing on the preferences and purchasing behavior of Generation Z consumers in Ahmedabad City. The study aims to examine how various smartphone features such as display quality, camera specifications, design, build quality, and innovative functionalities influence smartphone choices among this demographic. A survey was conducted among 164 Generation Z participants, exploring the significance of these features and the role of gender in decision-making. The results suggest that there is no significant association between gender and the importance of specific smartphone features, such as display quality, camera features, or design. Furthermore, the perception of innovative features like the S-Pen or One UI did not significantly affect preferences between the two brands. The study highlights the importance of other factors, such as overall user experience, brand loyalty, and social influences, which seem to play a more substantial role in shaping smartphone choices. Based on these findings, the paper discusses the theoretical and practical implications for smartphone brands targeting Generation Z, including the need for a shift toward emphasizing value, brand identity, and user experience rather than focusing solely on individual product features. Future research directions are suggested, such as exploring price sensitivity, social media influence, and long-term consumer behavior trends among Generation

This paper presents a comprehensive literature review on the application of forensic audit techniques to detect and prevent fraud in general insurance claims. The review encompasses studies published between 2020 and 2025, focusing on the evolving role of forensic auditing within the insurance industry. Our analysis reveals several key themes: 1) The increasing sophistication of insurance fraud schemes has necessitated more advanced forensic audit methods, including the integration of data analytics and artificial intelligence. 2) Forensic auditing plays a critical role in uncovering existing fraud, developing preventive measures, and strengthening internal control systems within insurance companies. 3) There is a growing trend toward using predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms to identify potential fraudulent claims before they are processed. 4) The effectiveness of forensic auditing is significantly enhanced when combined with other fraud detection techniques, such as data mining and network analysis. 5) The regulatory framework and industry standards for forensic auditing in insurance are still evolving, with variations across jurisdictions. This review also highlights several research gaps, including the need for further empirical studies on the cost-effectiveness of forensic audit programs in insurance companies, the impact of emerging technologies such as blockchain on forensic audit practices, and ethical considerations in the use of advanced data analytics for fraud detection. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing a synthesized view of current forensic audit practices in general insurance fraud detection and prevention while identifying future research directions to address the evolving challenges in this fiel

This study explores the impact of Jivamrut, an organic bio-fertilizer, on sugarcane growth and soil health in Shirol Taluka, Kolhapur District. Two fields of 1 acre each were selected: one treated with Jivamrut and the other left untreated. The application of freshly prepared Jivamrut in June involved a mixture of 40 liters of Jivamrut with 200 liters of water. Various growth parameters such as chlorophyll intensity, leaf size, cane length, bud development, and cane thickness were measured. Soil health was evaluated by assessing microbial counts, nutrient availability, and organic carbon content. Results indicated that the Jivamrut-treated field showed significant improvements in sugarcane growth and soil quality compared to the untreated field. This study highlights the potential of Jivamrut as a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to chemical fertilizers, contributing to both agricultural productivity and soil healt

Chemistry education plays a crucial role in developing students\u27 scientific literacy and critical thinking skills, yet many students struggle to connect abstract chemical concepts to their daily lives. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of local wisdom-based learning strategies in enhancing students’ understanding of chemistry concepts while simultaneously fostering cultural appreciation. The research method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), following the PRISMA framework, to analyze and synthesize findings from 125 journal articles obtained from Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Google Scholar, and IEEE Xplore. After a rigorous selection process, 20 high-quality journal articles were identified as the primary references. The findings of this research indicate that integrating local wisdom into chemistry learning significantly enhances students\u27 conceptual understanding, engagement, and appreciation for science. Studies show that students who learn chemistry through culturally relevant examples demonstrate higher motivation, improved retention rates, and better problem-solving skills compared to those who receive conventional instruction. Additionally, local wisdom-based learning promotes sustainability and environmental awareness, as many traditional practices align with eco-friendly and resource-efficient principle

Improving women’s health through maternal healthcare services presents a significant challenge, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa and Nigeria, leading to negative pregnancy outcomes for women of reproductive age. This study aimed to evaluate women’s awareness of maternal healthcare services and identify the key services available. Using the Theory of Reasoned Action, a cross-sectional survey was carried out with 400 women who had experienced at least one pregnancy. Participants were selected through a multi-stage sampling technique, and data were gathered via questionnaires and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs). Quantitative data were analyzed using frequency distributions, means, and standard deviations, with Chi-square tests applied for inferential analysis using SPSS version 26.0. Qualitative data were subjected to content analysis. The majority of respondents, with average scores of 2.68, 2.79, and 2.38 on a three-point Likert scale, respectively, demonstrated awareness of maternal healthcare services, including prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care, according to the results. The study advocates for enhanced educational efforts from the Nigerian Government, NGOs, community health workers, and religious leaders to promote maternal healthcare utilization. It also recommends the consistent availability of services across health facilities and the abolition of user fees for public maternal health service
