These buildings were used for a variety of student life functions, as well as some official University business, such as faculty offices. The Kenmore Apartments are one such property. Many, if not all, were subsequently demolished for buildings constructed at DePaul, such as the Schmitt Academic Center (SAC) and the Student Center on Seminary

Built on the site of the former Lyceum building, the interior of the building was developed as an “industrial loft.” Exposed structural elements were painted and left intact.
