Dietzgen Building

1150 W. Fullerton Ave.View of the south and west exterior sides of the building from the southeast corner of Fullerton and Racine Avenues.The Fullerton Building was acquired in 1995. Prior to its purchase and renovation, the building had been used by L. Karno and Co. clothing wholesale and manufacturing. The parking lot entryway, pediments and cornices were added to the building during 1994-1995 renovation. As of 2009, it houses academic departments as well as the Sage Medical Group and the Lincoln Park Branch of the Chicago Public Library. DePaul President: Rev. John P. Minogue, C. M
Student Center

St. Augustine's Home for the Aged

Sheffield Avenue.Acquired in 1989, the Sanctuary Residence Hall is considered a landmark edifice for the Sheffield Historic District. Built in 1883-1889 as St. Augustine's Home for the Aged by the Little Sisters of the Poor with assistance from the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, the property has been converted into student residences. DePaul Athletic Center; Sullivan Athletic Center

Two bicycles are in the bike rack.Ground breaking for the Athletic Center was in 1999. It opened in May of 2000 and was originally named the DePaul Athletic Center. July 22, 2006, the facility was renamed the Sullivan Athletic Center to memorialize the achievement of legendary DePaul athletic director Gene Sullivan. It houses both the McGrath-Phillips Arena, named in memory of the late Frank McGrath who served as the men’s assistant coach for several years at the University as well as the DePaul Athletic Department.
