The study sets out to investigate the impact of visionary leadership on the innova-tion exhibited by the teams while focusing on team cohesion, team knowledge collaboration and team boundary management as the mediating variables. A quantitative explanatory design was adopted and data was collected from 280 respondents in nine palm oil factories in Rokan Hulu Re-gency, Riau Province, Indonesia. Databases include Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Managed to achieve data processing and analysis of the relationships among the variables. The results show that anyway, visionary leadership is a strong contributor to team innovation, both directly and indi-rectly, through its principles such as teamwork, boundary management, and even collaboration. From these findings, it is critical to highlight that visionary leadership is key in enhancing the team work environment and the team collaboration potention which in the long run triggers innovation. Such management practices should focus on how to develop leadership that drives sharing of knowledge and boundary management as this improves the innovation capabilities of the firm
Empirical Insight into Solvency Constraint and Tax Planning Dynamics in Ghanaian Banking Sector: A Non-Linearity Approach
This paper examines the relationship between tax planning activity dynamics and solvency constraints within the Ghanaian banking sector. This is conceived on the premise that banks are likely to change their tax planning dynamics in the midst of solvency challenges to boost their after-tax capital position to minimize the exposure to the going concern problem. The study employs the quantile regression estimation to draw time-varying constraint scenarios to measure solvency constraint proxies: WW index, HP index, and Z-score. Tax planning activity is also measured through cash effective tax rate. Annual data from 2008 to 2022 are used for the investigation with the unit of analysis expanding to cover all licensed banks which have been in operation within the study span. The study employed a quantile estimation approach to conduct the analysis. It is observed that the nature and trend in tax aggressiveness of the banks under a solvency-constraint scenario is dependent on the measurement of the constraints. Nevertheless, the study found non-linearity in the solvency-constraint and tax planning nexus. The banks do not generally alter their tax planning behaviour at the initial stage of the constrained scenario, however, turn to be relatively aggressive when the solvency constraint amplifies. The government is advised to protect the banks not to fall into any solvency constraint situation since that could change their tax planning activities
Implementation of Telemedicine in Medical Practice: Management and Theoretical-Legal Aspects
The development of medicine has a positive impact on the provision of services in the medical field, since science and technology in a global sense are not static and continue to advance, their effectiveness depends on the regulatory consolidation and actions of governing bodies. Issues regarding the implementation of telemedicine in Ukraine are relevant and important, as due to military actions, not every person can bodily visit a doctor. The implementation of a remote form and provision of services to patients in an online format makes it possible to avoid the spread of epidemics, which also has a positive effect on the prevention of the diseases spread. The relevance is expressed in the effective actions of governing bodies to solve modern important problematic issues, as the implementation of telemedicine can solve the problematic aspects that doctors and patients face today. People have the right to receive medical services effectively and they should always be available, if online consultation can save life and health, it should be implemented and applied in practice. The purpose is theoretical analysis of the implementation of telemedicine in medical practice and disclosure of management and legal aspects. The object is the normative framework that regulates the issue of telemedicine in medical practice. While analyzing and studying this issue, legal and general scientific methods were used. A detailed theoretical and legal analysis of the implementation of telemedicine in medical practice makes it possible to identify problematic issues and shortcomings in the legislative base and management of the medical sphere in our country and to propose ways to solve them. Key problems in the medical field need to be reformed widely and globally, taking into account all the risks of modernity. This will make it possible to solve the issue of the availability of medical services for patients who cannot visit a doctor in Ukraine due to hostilities, which will now make it possible to solve the urgent problems of our time. International norms are the foundation for upholding the rights of patients and our country must definitely take them into account when engaging in legislative activities. The implementation of telemedicine into medical practice will make it possible to prevent diseases and epidemics, and also help to avoid the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic not only in Ukraine, but also in the world. Having analyzed the theoretical and legal basis, the scientific views of scholars, we came to the conclusion that computerization, digitalization, remote consultations have a positive effect not only on the medical, but also on the legal sphere. This simplifies the work of notaries and makes it more efficient when conducting legal transactions and allows to avoid judicial appeals in cases regarding their invalidity, as notaries could independently verify the legal capacity of persons with their consent through telemedicine. We believe that this opinion should be further researched and implemented in practice, taking into account all the gaps and problematic aspects
Integration of Games-Based Artificial Intelligence to Support Differentiated Learning and Literacy Skills of Inclusive Students with Specific Learning Disorders

In the context of inclusive education, the need for a personalized approach is very important, especially for students with specific learning disorders such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia. AI technology integrated into educational games offers an innovative solution by presenting adaptive materials, accommodating various learning styles, and adjusting the level of difficulty based on student abilities. This study used a mixed-methods method, involving a quasi-experiment on 40 elementary school students with SLD and qualitative observations of student interactions with AI-based games for eight weeks. The results showed that this approach significantly improved students' motivation, engagement, and literacy skills, especially in reading ability and conceptual understanding. Game-based AI is also able to provide personalized real-time feedback to students, thereby strengthening differentiated learning. This study recommends the application of game-based AI as an effective learning method for inclusive students with specific learning disorders, especially in the context of 21st-century learning that focuses on literacy and technology skills
The Role of Work Culture Based on Local Wisdom of Ide to Malaqbi and Bureaucratic Reform in Enhancing the Effectiveness of Public Service Performance
The erosion of local wisdom values has led to challenges in adopting local culture as a standard for work and behavior among government officials. Particularly in the era of globalization, behavioral attitudes have shifted away from these values. Coworkers' achievements are no longer viewed as motivation but rather as tools for undermining others, and the sense of shame for making mistakes has diminished significantly. Therefore, this study on the adoption of the local culture Ide to Malaqbi as a work ethic alongside bureaucratic reform to enhance the effectiveness of public service performance represents a groundbreaking initiative in West Sulawesi entities. The respondents comprised 115 users of licensing and non-licensing services. Data collected and analyzed using the SEM-Amos method revealed that office service performance significantly improved when the local cultural concept of Malaqbi was adopted as a work ethic. This is attributed to the application of the Mandar ethnic community’s local values, which enhance motivation, communication, and create a more conducive work environment, ultimately leading to better work outcomes. These findings underscore the importance of public service office performance in aligning and integrating the Ide to Malaqbi culture, based on local wisdom, with bureaucratic reform. Good office performance facilitates the integration of local values with the structural and procedural changes brought about by bureaucratic reform, thereby improving the quality of public services and ensuring these services meet the needs and expectations of the community
India’s Commodity Derivatives Market: A Retrospective and Forward Outlook
This paper discusses the development of commodity derivatives trading in India over decades. It examines important changes in the law and regulation that have impacted the development of the commodity derivative market. The aim is to provide an in-depth understanding of the historical development, the current state of the Indian commodity derivatives market, and its prospects for the future. Though helpful information has been provided by extant literature, limited study has been performed concerning the recent developments that have taken place in commodity trading in India. A more in-depth analysis of commodities futures trading in India would thus serve to fill these gaps for this study. The changes brought about in commodity trading by the establishment of MCX and NCDEX had given plenty of opportunities. However, entry barriers and regulations are still in place, which creates an overarching need to maintain development in efficiency and transparency. Some of the major observations made here include increased volumes of options traded, the impact of regulations on trade, and the diversification of stock exchanges into commodities
Exploring the Interconnection Between Economy, Finance, and Islamic Principles (2019–2024): Trends, Challenges, and Research Directions
This study investigates the relationship between the Economy, Finance, and Islamic Principles from 2019 to 2024. To achieve this, a comprehensive bibliometric and visual analysis will be carried out to identify key research issues, challenges, and applications in these fields. The research employs a systematic literature review using the PRISMA technique, analyzing 10,529 documents from 3,797 journals. The approaches include visual representations created with VOSviewer that highlight co-authorship, co-citation, and keyword co-occurrence maps, as well as bibliometric analysis carried out with R Studio. As a result, publications are growing at a moderate rate of 2.86% annually, with notable contributions from eminent writers and organizations, mostly in China, the UK, and the US. The study draws attention to how prevalent themes like “finance,” “sustainable development,” and “green economy” are in the current academic conversation. A thorough grasp of the changing research scene is provided by the trend analyses, radar charts, and network maps used to show the findings. The report suggests that further research should keep examining the major issues and patterns that were found, especially in light of new difficulties that are arising in the fields of finance, economy, and Islamic principles. Subsequent research endeavors may concentrate on augmenting the comprehension of these domains and broadening the range to encompass a greater variety of geographical areas and multidisciplinary methodologies
Emotions and the Use of Emojis for Emotion Recognition in Corporate Social Networks, Literature Review
Managing employee emotions can lead to an improvement in the corporate climate and therefore to better cohesion of the corporate social network. In reality with many employees, especially those where people are spread over vast territories, the difficulties in detecting emotions become greater. Hypothesizing the usefulness of emoji-emoticons to simplify the recognition of emotions even in complex situations, we have carried out a literature review of the scientific articles which talk about emotions and emoji-emoticons. Our job consisted in researching, cataloguing and summarizing the main studies done and published by researchers in the last ten years concerning emotions and the use of emojis as a tool for the discovery and understanding of emotions in corporate working groups, to then make a brief analysis. Much research has been done and many methods have been developed in the field of emotional-sentimental detection, just as there is much research relating to the generic use of emojis, in general, and in the corporate field. Unfortunately, we have found few studies regarding the use of emojis for emotion recognition and identification in the workplace. As a result, we have found scientific evidence of the importance of emotions in companies, noting that the different types of graphic inserts (emoji-emoticons) can be a valid support tool for human resources for detecting and analysing employee emotions. We believe we have achieved the goal of our work in providing concrete help with this literature review for future scientific developments in this fiel
Investigating the Impact of Emotional Intelligence as a Predictor of Job Satisfaction among Teachers of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)
This study investigates the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and job satisfaction (JS) among university teachers in Uttar Pradesh, focusing on both public and private sector institutions. A sample of 400 university teachers was surveyed using a structured questionnaire, with emotional intelligence and job satisfaction measured through established scales. Data analysis revealed a positive correlation between EI and JS, with Pearson correlation coefficients of 0.164 and p-values of 0.001 for both sectors, indicating statistically significant relationships. These results suggest that higher emotional intelligence is associated with increased job satisfaction among university teachers. The findings have important implications for theory and practice, reinforcing the role of EI in enhancing job satisfaction and suggesting that EI development programs could benefit academic institutions. Future research should further explore the specific dimensions of EI that impact job satisfaction and consider longitudinal and cross-cultural studies to broaden the understanding of these dynamics. No conflicts of interest were reported in the study
