Traitement De La Scoliose Idiopathique Au Centre De Rééducation Motrice De Madagascar
Introduction: Idiopathic scoliosis is the most common spinal pathology in adolescents. Its evolutionary potential and its complications make its early detection and management essential. The objective of this study is to describe the means of management of idiopathic scoliosis at the Madagascar Motor Rehabilitation Center.Materials and methods: A retrospective study was carried out including all patients with idiopathic scoliosis who were treated at the Madagascar Motor rehabilitation Center during the period from January 2000 to December 2020.Results: Forty-seven patients were collected. The average age was 11.5 years with extremes of 5 and 17 years. The sex ratio was 0.2. The sex ratio was 0.2. Thirty, or 63.8% of patients had started treatment in adolescence. The topography of the scoliosis was right thoracic in 44.6% (n= 21). The Cobb angle at the start of treatment exceeded 35° in 30 patients, i.e. 63.8%. The 47 patients all benefited from a physiotherapy session, at least one EDF before wearing a support or correction corset as the case may be. The reduction of the Cobb angle was noted in 40 patients (85.1%) while 7 patients (14.8%) had stationary curves. Conclusion: The curvature of idiopathic scoliosis can be reduced or stabilized despite the delay in diagnosis and management. In order to limit its progression to a stage requiring heavy treatment, systematic screening, early and adequate care with the available means must be practiced rigorously

Towards Sustainable Entrepreneurship: A Study of Financial Governance and Ecopreneurship in Malaysian MSMEs
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in driving Malaysia's economic growth. However, sustainability challenges such as weak financial governance and limited adoption of environmentally friendly practices continue to hinder their development. This study aims to analyze the contribution of financial governance and ecopreneurship to supporting the sustainability of Malaysian SMEs. A questionnaire was distributed to 43 MSMEs in Malaysia to assess their perceptions and practices. The findings show that most businesses have implemented sound financial governance, especially in daily financial recording and the separation of personal and business finances. Nevertheless, areas such as financial risk management and decision-making based on financial reports remain underdeveloped. Meanwhile, all indicators related to ecopreneurship were rated as neutral, indicating a lack of environmental awareness and integration in business strategies. This study recommends enhancing the capacity of MSMEs through training and policy support to strengthen both internal governance and external environmental practices, aiming to build resilient and sustainable businesses
L'Influence Sociétale Sur La Pratique Du Rugby A Antananarivo : Analyse Des Dynamiques Et Impacts Sociaux Du Sport Dans La Ville

Analyse Des Pratiques De Responsabilité Sociétale Des Entreprises (RSE) De CILU Et CIMKO : Leurs Engagements Respectifs En Matière Sociale Et Environnementale
Integrating In-Situ Water Quality Data and GIS to Evaluate Aquaculture Suitability in Coastal Teluk Awur
Land suitability is a critical factor determining the success of vannamei shrimp aquaculture in coastal pond systems. This activity exhibits spatial characteristics as well as diverse biophysical and socio-economic conditions across locations, making spatial analysis essential. However, many high-intensity ponds have not fully utilized Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for site selection and management, even though this approach can significantly reduce production risks. This study was carried out through a survey method by collecting water-quality parameters, including pH, temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen (DO), nitrate, and phosphate. Land suitability was assessed using a scoring method based on weighted water-quality parameters. The analysis produced a thematic suitability map covering a total area of 3,488 m², revealing variations among pond units. Pond 1 (643 m²) was classified as S1, while Pond 2 (1,047 m²) and Pond 3 (1,020 m²) fell within S2–S3. Pond 4 (778 m²) was categorized as S3, indicating the need for improvement. These findings provide an important basis for optimizing sustainable pond management. This outcome further facilitates the establishment of water-quality management priorities and supports productivity enhancement efforts to achieve optimal aquaculture performance

Effects Of Accounting And Marketing Digitalization On The Financial Performance Of Digital Banks In Indonesia
This study examines the influence of accounting and marketing digitalization on the financial performance of digital banks in Indonesia, a sector that has grown rapidly in response to technological advancements. Although technologies such as eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) have been widely adopted, their individual impacts on financial performance remain unclear. This research aims to determine the effects of XBRL and CRM, both individually and simultaneously, on Return on Assets (ROA) as a measure of financial performance. Using a quantitative approach, the study employs multiple linear regression analysis based on secondary data collected from the annual reports of 32 digital banks registered in Indonesia. The findings show that XBRL does not significantly affect ROA, as indicated by low correlation and regression coefficients with significance values above 0.05. Moreover, CRM does not have a significant impact when assessed partially, although strong correlations with ROA are observed. However, when analyzed together, XBRL and CRM show a significant simultaneous effect on ROA, explaining 61.5% of the variance. This suggests that while these technologies may not be impactful on their own, their integration can substantially enhance financial performance. Limitations of this study include reliance on secondary data and a narrow focus on ROA, which may not fully capture all dimensions of performance. The findings offer valuable insights for digital banking stakeholders aiming to enhance financial outcomes through comprehensive digital strategies. Keywords: digital banking, CRM, financial performance, ROA, XBR
