Ecological Transition Of E-Commerce: Sustainable Logistics Strategies And Innovation In Responsible Packaging
This study examines the dynamics of the ecological transition in the rapidly evolving e-commerce sector, which contributes significantly to CO₂ emissions and packaging waste. The objective is to understand how companies can reconcile logistics efficiency and environmental responsibility through sustainable development strategies. To this end, the study combines a descriptive and analytical approach based on a literature review, surveys, and semi-structured interviews with industry stakeholders. The results highlight two main levers: sustainable logistics, focused on cumulative flows and low-emission transport modes, and responsible packaging, based on the reduction, reuse, and recycling of materials. Statistical analysis, particularly PCA, reveals a significant correlation between companies' ecological commitment and consumer satisfaction. This study concludes that the transition to green e-commerce, although complex, is possible through innovation, collaboration, and stakeholder awareness

Strengthening Stakeholder Partnerships and Assessing the Role of Local Government in Sustainable Tourism Development in Lampung Province
The tourism sector in Lampung Province presents a strategic economic opportunity. It is characterized by various attractions encompassing coastal, lowland, and highland regions. Given its potential to generate significant revenue and contribute to the region's Local Original Revenue (PAD), it is imperative to prioritize its effective management, development, and marketing. Tourist governance strategies in Lampung Province still require a compelling overarching subject despite their tendency to operate independently. The regional government's strategic role in building multistakeholder partnerships to advance the tourism sector has great potential but still has many areas for improvement. The regional government has a central role but must work together to face the many complex agendas and challenges in sustainable tourism development, which have long-term dimensions of interest. Stakeholder partnerships are the key to solving this problem. The results of this research are: The centrality of the state's role is quite strong in sustainable tourism development. This centrality is supported by state ownership of three primary modalities, namely formal legal authority, bureaucracy and finance; another state modality is the provision (and regulation) of finance, especially regarding the provision of a sustainable development budget. The state also possesses bureaucratic mechanisms that enable it to manage its machinery from the highest levels, such villages and subdistricts, to the lowest, which has a significant impact on how Pesawaran Regency's sustainable tourist development is carried out. The multistakeholder partnership approach remains relevant as a strategy for achieving sustainable tourism development because of the connectivity and involvement of various cross-sectoral actors
Trends In The Prescription Of Analgesics In Dentistry In Primary Care In Prishtina
Introduction – Analgesics are among the most commonly prescribed medications in dental practice, playing a crucial role in pain management following dental procedures. However, their use is also associated with potential risks, including side effects and the possibility of dependence in cases of prolonged use. This requires a careful and evidence-based approach to their prescription and administration. Objective – The aim of this study is to evaluate the prevalence and trends in the prescription of analgesics in primary dental care in the city of Prishtina during the period of January-December 2024. Special attention is given to the classification of the analgesics used and the identification of the most common prescribing practices by healthcare professionals.Methodology – This study is based on a combined research approach: an applied method for analyzing real data and a theoretical method for describing basic concepts related to analgesics. Primary data was collected from the Primary Health Care Center (QKMF) in Prishtina, specifically from the dentistry sector, while secondary data was obtained from scientific literature and reliable online sources. Results – The results indicate a moderate level of analgesic prescriptions in primary dental care. Specific trends in the selection of types of analgesics were identified, along with a high level of awareness among professionals about the risks associated with long-term use. The use of natural analgesics remains limited, although it has shown promising potential in certain cases. Conclusions – The study highlights the need for clear clinical guidelines and continuous education for healthcare professionals in dentistry, with the aim of optimizing analgesic prescriptions and reducing unnecessary risks for patients

Breaking the Cycle : Ultrasound's Novel Approach to Renal Denervation and Hypertension Relief
Several device-based treatments exist for high blood pressure (1). Catheter-based renal denervation (RDN) has the most supporting evidence (2). RDN lowers blood pressure by affecting the sympathetic nervous system. It disrupts nerve signals in the renal arteries. Early studies on RDN showed great promise. Patients with hard-to-treat hypertension saw big blood pressure drops (12). This excitement faded after the Symplicity HTN-3 trial. This study showed RDN was safe. However, it did not lower blood pressure better than a sham procedure. Early sham-controlled trials gave key insights into trial design. Reviews of these trials and new nerve findings helped improve RDN. Better catheter systems were also created. These advances led to second-generation sham-controlled trials. The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions (EAPCI) have set quality standards for RDN trials. High-quality trials should be sham-controlled and multicentre. They need proper blinding and use ambulatory blood pressure as the main outcome. Studies must be completed as planned. Second-generation RDN systems and techniques should be used. This review will discuss why RDN is used. It will also summarise results from recent second-generation trials

The Influence of AI Literacy on Teacher Performance and Critical Thinking: A Case Study in Rural Schools, Indonesia
This study aims to examine the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) literacy on teacher performance, with critical thinking as a mediating factor, among private Vocational High School (SMK) teachers in rural Sukabumi Regency, Indonesia. AI literacy is regarded as an essential skill for navigating technological advances in education, yet its effectiveness in enhancing teacher performance requires reinforcement through cognitive competencies such as critical thinking. Employing a quantitative approach with a census of 82 teachers and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), the results indicate that AI literacy does not have a significant direct effect on teacher performance but does have a positive impact on critical thinking. These findings underscore that technological proficiency alone is insufficient without deep critical thinking skills in its application. This study offers practical implications for designing teacher training programs that integrate both technological and cognitive-reflective components to improve educational quality in rural areas
