This study aims to access the impact of the Project for the Improvement of Quality and Equity in Basic Education (PAQEEB) on primary school results in the commune of Mbacké in Senegal. The commune of Mbacke shows some of the lowest academy performance nationally, making in a key area for assessing PAQEEB’s effectiveness.A descriptive and correlational approach was employed.  It relies on quantitative data collected through a survey questionnaire administered to eleven scholl principals. A composite scoring system (based on a two-point score)  was applied to evaluate four dimensions of scholastic results : access to education, quality and internal efficiency of the educational system, as xelle as the perceptions and effectiveness of the PAQEEB.The data collected show a Variable Satisfaction Rate (VSR) of 100,0% for access to education, while the quality and internal efficiency of the educational system are deemed satisfactory with rates of 80,0% and 87,5% respectively. However, the pupil-teacher ratio remains high, averaging 66 pupils/teacher in 2023, compared to the reference value of less than or equal to 45 (the objective set by the PAQEEB). Regarding the statistical analysis, it reveals a nearly perfect positive linear correlation (r=0,9997) between the implementation of the PAQEEB and the scholastic results at the Certificate of Elementary School End Examination (CFEE). The Student’s t-test indicates a strongly significant correlation at the 5% threshold. The implementation of the PAQEEB has a positive and significant impact on scholastic results in the commune of Mbacké, thus confirmed the general research hypothesis. The program’s success is rooted in tis rigorous execution and in institutional and social commitment particulary to adress inequalities related to equity and performance based on gender

    Get PDF
The maritime domain of Southeast Asia is one of the most strategic regions in the world, characterized by its critical sea lanes, abundant resources, and complex security dynamics. The growing geopolitical rivalry, illegal activities at sea, and environmental challenges threaten ASEAN’s maritime stability and undermine regional peace. This paper provides a strategic review of ASEAN’s efforts in developing maritime resilience as a foundation for peace and stability. By employing a qualitative approach through literature review, policy analysis, and strategic assessment, this study identifies key drivers, challenges, and opportunities in strengthening ASEAN maritime resilience. The findings suggest that multilateral cooperation, integrated maritime domain awareness, and sustainable ocean governance are pivotal in addressing security and non-security threats. The paper concludes with policy recommendations to enhance ASEAN’s role as a normative and cooperative platform in safeguarding maritime peace in the Indo-Pacific

Analysis Of Proptech Development Policies In The United Kingdom And The Potential For Application In The Vietnam Real Estate Market

    Get PDF
In the context of technology reshaping the global real estate market, this paper focuses on analyzing PropTech development policies in the United Kingdom, one of the pioneering countries in building a real estate technology ecosystem, in order to draw relevant lessons for application in Vietnam. With over 800 PropTech companies, a total investment exceeding £1.65 billion in 2022, and a coherent policy framework, the UK has established a solid foundation based on four key pillars: (1) Open data, (2) Legal sandbox, (3) R&D funding, and (4) Triple Helix collaboration mechanisms. Through comparative analysis, the paper highlights that Vietnam possesses favorable conditions such as rapid urbanization, increasing demand for market modernization, and a strong national agenda for digital transformation. However, challenges remain in terms of the absence of a flexible legal framework and standardized real estate data. Therefore, the study proposes a localized, sector-prioritized pilot policy model as a foundational approach to develop PropTech in Vietnam in a systematic, transparent, and sustainable manner

Optimisation De L’analyse De La Valeur Par L’utilisation De La Programmation Dynamique

    Get PDF

Impact Des Déterminants Sociaux Dans La Propagation Des Maladies Des Mains Sales. Etudes Menées Au Marche De Libération Dans La Commune De Bumbu

    Get PDF

    Get PDF
The prediction of wind turbine active power is crucial for the efficient management of renewable energy. This study analyzes the application of several machine learning models to predict the active power of wind turbines. The ANN, KNN, SVM, and linear regression models are trained with meteorological data to assess their accuracy. The analysis of the results shows that artificial neural networks (ANN) provide the best performance (RMSE: 0.0732), while linear regression has limitations. Improving the models requires the integration of new variables and the optimization of hyper parameters to refine the prediction
