    Conformal Microstrip Printed Antenna

    No full text
© ASEE 2011In this paper, the comprehensive study of the conformal microstrip printed antenna is presented. The main advantages and drawbacks of a microstrip conformal antenna are introduced. The earlier researches in cylindricalrectangular patch and conformal microstrip array are summarized. The effect of curvature on the conformal Microstrip antenna patch on conical and spherical surfaces is studied. Some new flexible antenna is given for different frequencies. Finally, simulation software is used to study the effect of the curvature on the input impedance, return loss, voltage standing wave ratio, and resonance frequency

Logistics and Reverse Logistics of Medication

    No full text
One of the most important process in Industries is Logistics system. Logistics is the managing of the flow of goods, information and other resources, including energy and people, between the point of origin and the point of utilization in order to convene the requirements of trade. Logistics involves the integration of information, transportation, inventory, warehousing, material handling, and packaging, and occasionally security. In the proposed methodology, a model is devise with the intention of thoroughly optimizing the process of both logistics and reverse logistics in a given supply chain. With the enlarged ecological concerns greater than the past decade, there is growing recognition that issues of ecological pollution associated industrial development should be deal with all together in the operational process of supply chain management, thus contributing to the initiative of supply chain management. In the same way, all the solutions, including logistics management, for managing the overall lifecycle of products should be integrated in a more comprehensive supply chain procedure

The journal 'chiropractic & osteopathy' changes its title to 'chiropractic & manual therapies'. a new name, a new era

    No full text
Chiropractic & Osteopathy changes its title to Chiropractic & Manual Therapies in January 2011. This change reflects the expanding base of submissions from clinical scientists interested in the discipline of manual therapy. It is also in accord with the findings of a review of the journal content and a joint venture between the original parent organisation the Chiropractic and Osteopathic College of Australasia and a new partner the European Academy of Chiropractic, which is a subsidiary body of the European Chiropractors' Union. The title change should encourage submissions from all professionals interested in manual therapy including chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, medical doctors and scientists interested in this field.https://doi.org/10.1186/2045-709X-19-

Effect of Temperature on the Performance of a Cylindrical Microstrip Printed Antenna for TM01 Mode Using Different Substrates

    No full text
A temperature is one of the parameters that have a great effect on the performance of microstrip antennas for TM01 mode. The effect of temperature on a resonance frequency, input impedance, voltage standing wave ratio, and return loss on the performance of a cylindrical microstrip printed antenna is studied in this paper. The effect of temperature on electric and magnetic fields are also studied. Three different substrate materials RT/duroid-5880 PTFE, K-6098 Teflon/Glass, and Epsilam-10 ceramic-filled Teflon are used for verifying the new model for a microstrip antenna for its flexibility on cylindrical bodies
