    Human Papillomavirus, Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia and the Naturopathic Escharotic Treatment in the Prevention of Cervical Cancer: A Case Study

If you are the author of this work and desire to provide it open access or wish access removed, please contact the Wahlstrom Library to discuss permission.Objective – The purpose of this study was to evaluate the importance of alternative and risk free treatment strategies for Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). This study looks at the research supporting the efficacy of topical cervical escharotic treatments as well as systemic botanical and vitamin support in the regression of Human Papillomavirus and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and in the prevention of cervical cancer. A small retrospective cohort case study (n=3) was conducted to further support the use of naturopathic protocols as an alternative and risk-free treatment strategy for Human Papillomavirus and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Basic Procedures –The case study looked retrospectively at a population (n=3) whom received identical natural and alternative treatment plans for CIN 2/3. Patients were treated topically and systemically by Naturopathic Physicians at the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bridgeport, CT. Subjects were followed longitudinally until 3-month follow up Pap smear post-treatment. Research focused on papers supporting conventional and naturopathic cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and Human Papillomavirus treatment strategies for cervical cancer prevention. Research also focused on specific mechanisms of vitamin and mineral and botanical phytochemicals and their role in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia regression. The database used for searching was PubMed and all papers were all published within the last 20 years. Main Findings – Natural topical escharotic agents and systemic vitamin and botanical support provide a relatively risk free and safe alternative treatment for Human Papillomavirus infection and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in comparison to traditional methods used in the prevention of cervical cancer. Principal Conclusions – Given the accuracy in Pap screening tests, and our knowledge of the risks associated with traditional treatment strategies, the least invasive, most natural, safe and effective treatments that address the cause should be offered to patients diagnosed with Human Papillomavirus infection and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

    © ASEE 2014The overall performance of mobile nodes is mainly affected by the relatively considerable time spent in the handoff process. Most of the time spent is mainly consumed during the authentication process. This process could be even longer especially when the Access Points (AP’s) are busy, which results in delays and/or packets loss. Many handoff techniques have been proposed to shorten the time of authentication however todate, they have not been fully successful. This paper introduces a more robust technique for saving the time consumed during authentication. The adopted approach is suitable within the regions that use the intra-handoff technique as well as those applying the inter-handoff technique. To validate our model, we have used ns-2 based simulations and plotted the findings

They also set up a big sibling program to address was the divide between upper clanswomen and the “freshwomen.” This would allow cross-class friendships and mentorships to flourish across the divide between the Harvard Yard and upper class houses.     Efficient Search (RES) for One-Hop Destination over Wireless Sensor Networks

    The revolution of wireless sensors networks (WSNs) has highly augmented the expectations of people to get the work done efficiently, but there is little bit impediment to deal with deployed nodes in WSNs. The nature of used routing and medium access control (MAC) protocols in WSNs is completely different from wireless adhoc network protocols. Sensor nodes do not have enough capability to synchronize with robust way, in resulting causes of longer delay and waste of energy. In this paper, we deploy efficientenergy consuming sensors and to find one hop robust and efficient destination search in WSNs. We firstly deploy BT (Bluetooth enabled) sensors, which offer passive and active sensing capability to save energy. This work is a continuation of previous published work in. The BT node is supported with efficient search methods. The main objective of this contribution is to control different types of objects from remote places using cellular phone. To validate our proposed methodology, simulation is done with network simulator (ns2) to examine the behavior of WSNs. Based on simulation results, we claim that our approach saves 62% energy spent for finding best one-hop destination as compared with existing techniques
