Building a National Commitment Against Hoax Threats for Indonesian Sovereignty
This research initiated to offer a strong commitment to defend the sovereignty of Indonesia. The purpose of this research to advise and create awareness of each people to commit and must be wise in receiving and disseminating information, especially hoax. This research used the literature study method by analyzing the impact that has been caused by hoaxes. In collected the data, the author’s team searched, listed, and displayed the main data and the supported data as the most fake news in social media. The author classified the data into two, are the main data was accessed from the Minister of Communication and Informatics news, even was completed by the supported data that were listed from the news posted on declared hoaxes as a common enemy that destroys the order of life in Indonesia. The data have been collected by the case studies were easily influencing people’s opinions and even could be potentially disrupt the national security of our nation. The result of the research in order to produce an important reference that educate the public to deal with hoaxes. This research initiated to offer a wise solution for face hoax through collected the data have been listed by literature study and analyzed the impacts for our society in Indonesia. In digital literacy, people need to know the characteristics of hoaxes so as not to get caught up with fake news, or slander that is circulating. This fake news will certainly harm many parties, including you. For that, be wise in reading, analyzing, and trusting information, before you disseminate it
Strategy to Suppress Corruption and Money Laundering in the Digital Age
The purpose of this research is to describe and understand the criminal sentencing model for corrupt acts accompanied by money laundering crimes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a normative legal design. Data collection techniques include literature review, and data analysis techniques include presentation, reduction of data, and collection and verification. The research results showed that the sentencing for corrupt acts accompanied by money laundering is not the same as for money laundering with an underlying corruption crime, which would impose penalties according to Article 3 of Law No. 8 of 2010 on the eradication of money laundering. Specifically, in the case of corrupt acts accompanied by money laundering, which applies an absorption system, in line with the teachings of Article 65 of the Indonesian Criminal Code. The conclusion of this research is that the doctrine of Concursus from the Chamber of Criminal Matters of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Tangerang has a legal foundation that serves as a guide or sentencing basis, which can be revised regarding the sentencing model that should be applied for corrupt acts accompanied by money laundering crimes. Preserving the integrity of digital transactions in order to prevent the risk of money laundering. Effective measures must be taken to ensure that digital transactions are secure and that any illegal activities are detected and punished accordingly
Responsibilities of Business Actors to Consumers Due to Incompatibility of Objects and Specifications in Electronic Transaction Agreements
This article aims to determine the legal protection for the violation or non-fulfilment of consumer rights in transactions conducted electronically and to determine the form of responsibility of online business actors for acts of default against consumers in transactions conducted electronically. Then, this research is normative juridical research supported by a statutory approach. In addition, this research is also supported by various data sources, including primary legal materials in the form of laws and regulations, secondary legal materials consisting of books and scientific journals, and tertiary legal materials covering various complementary information and data originating from various websites on the Internet. The results of the study explain that in conducting transactions of goods and/or services, especially those carried out electronically, various laws and regulations such as UUPK, UU ITE, and PP concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions have guaranteed the rights of consumers and provided obligations to business actors. In this case, if the consumer's rights are violated or, in other words, the business actor does not carry out his obligations. The consumer is entitled to compensation or compensation. Therefore, as a form of responsibility for the occurrence of violations of consumer rights in the form of receiving goods or objects and specifications that do not match the specifications, business actors are obliged to provide compensation. If this cannot be fulfilled, it is possible to take various litigation and non-litigation dispute resolution options

Convergence of Law and Technology Through Optimization of Pancasila
Starting from the legal norms in the EIT Law, Pancasila is the source of all the resources needed for technological development in the industrial revolution. In encouraging the optimal use of cyberspace, it must still be based on Pancasila to minimize the pessimistic impact that will arise. This study focuses on looking at the application of the convergence of law and technology in the industrial revolution on victims of cybercrime in terms of the principles of Pancasila. This research is research that requires further examination. The method used is normative juridical. This preliminary research concludes that in the context of the convergence of law and technology in the industrial revolution, it must still be based on the teachings of Pancasila to form cyberspace and human resources as the first step in the convergence of law and technology in the industrial revolution. However, the regulation even though it has the EIT Law does not solve the technical problems in the industrial revolution. Mainly related to the convergence that leads to various forms of new virtual services and various technical problems that continue to develop.
