Food and Beverage Service Standards at Capella Ubud during the Covid-19 Pandemic
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the application of service standards for food and beverage service by employees at the Capella Ubud, Bali, Indonesia, during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Research methods: This study uses descriptive analysis methods and descriptive statistics using guest comments. The data obtained by finding the average value of the results of guest comments with 3 indicators namely location, service, and cleanliness so that data presentation can be carried out to draw conclusions. Findings: The results of this study indicate that the location, service, and cleanliness indicators get guest satisfaction with an average 4-star gain of 151.16 with the highest score on cleanliness and an average 5-star score of 148.84 with the highest score on service.
Implication: Capella Ubud applies good food and beverage service standards during the Covid-19 pandemic
Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Microsoft Office Bagi Siswa SMP N 5 Sukawati
Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) SMP N 5 Sukawati sebagai satuan pendidikan yang memberikan layanan ektrakulikuler pendidikan bagi siswa/siswi SMP N 5 Sukawati. Pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft Office ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa/siswi SMP N 5 Sukawati melalui kegiatan pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft Office. Manfaat kegiatan ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan cara menggunakan Microsoft Office, dapat memecahkan masalah dalam pengetikan. Hasil penilaian kegiatan peningkatan kemampuan berupa pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta 47% bernilai baik, 41% bernilai cukup, 12% bernilai kurang. Pelatihan ini berjalan sukses terlihat dari hasil penilaian peserta untuk penyampaian materi dan kemudahan pemahaman peserta yaitu, 47% peserta menilai baik, 35% peserta menilai baik sekali dan 18% peserta menilai cukup
Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Pemasaran Produk Daun Mint Melalui Platform E-Commerce
Desa Apuan merupakan sebuah desa di Bali yang dimana masyarakyatnya mempunyai sebuah kelompok bernama Kelompok Wanta Tani Wahayu Listari yang memfokuskan pada pembudidayaan tanaman mint. Untuk pemasaran daun mint di Desa Apuan sendiri masih menggunakan cara tradisional, yang dimana penggunaan cara ini tentu saja kalah saing dan harga pasar dimonopoli oleh pedagang besar. Sehingga harga tanaman mint yang dibudidayakan oleh kelompok Wanita Tani Wahayu Listari mengalami penurunan harga atau harga dibawah pasar yang seharusnya. Oleh karena itu, Kelompok Wanita Tani Wahayu Listari dari Desa Apuan, Kecamatan Susut, Kabupaten Bangli diharapkan mengubah cara berdagang penjualan tanaman mint, dari tradisional menjadi modern dengan menggunakan E-Commerce yang sudah tersedia. Untuk menggunakan E-Commerce sendiri, Kelompok Wanita Tani Wahayu Listari diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk menggunakan aplikasi dan memasarkan tanaman daun mint di platform online. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah para pengusaha atau pembudidaya yang berada di Desa Apuan, bisa menjual produk tanaman daun mint dengan harga yang setara dengan harga pasar
Legal Challenges for Digital Startup Development in Indonesia
The high level of internet usage in Indonesia will certainly be in line with the growth of businesses that use the internet as their main part. Companies working on the Internet are known as digital startups. Digital Startup is a group of people who form an organization as a start-up company that produces products in the technology sector. Startups in Indonesia have been on the rise for at least the last decade. This phenomenon is also seen in Gojek and Tokopedia which are popular among Indonesians. With the rapid growth of startups, of course there are challenges to start and grow, one of which is legal challenges. From a legal point of view, in general startups experience problems such as employment relations, company forms, company names, licensing, intellectual property issues and, contracts. Before starting a business, startup business people must thoroughly study the Indonesian laws and regulations governing startup businesses, as well as study the obstacles that will be faced when starting and running their business activities. So that the risk of failure in running a startup business can be minimized. So in this study the researchers analyzed the legal challenges that need to be prepared to be able to build a digital startup. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach to collect data and utilize all the information on the subject matter. so that 7 important legal challenges can be found and need to be prepared to be able to build a digital startup. The 7 challenges include: Regulations, Legal Entities or Business Entities, Licensing, Protection of Business Competition, Financial Transactions, Crowdfunding, and Venture Capital
Analisa dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Laporan Keuangan Berbasis Web pada Bumdes Adi Guna Kerthi
BUMDes Adi Guna Kerthi merupakan salah satu dari banyaknya instansi pemerintahan yang berdiri sejak tahun 2019 yang berlokasi di Desa Belumbang, Kecamatan Kerambitan, Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali. Saat ini pencatatan dan pengelolaan laporan keuangan BUMDes Adi Guna Kerthi masih kurang efektif dan efisien dikarenakan tidak bisa mendapatkan data secara real time jika dibutuhkan oleh pegawai. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut terdapat sebuah gagasan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pencatatan dan pengelolaan laporan keuangan berbasis website, sehingga dengan adanya proses sistem membantu pegawai dapat langsung digunakan untuk mengelola data laporan yang diperlukan. Adapun pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam proses analisa kebutuhan sistem menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Dari hasil perancangan sistem informasi keuangan berbasis web menghasilkan sistem yang pengguna dapat mengelola laporan keuangan, informasi penjualan, dan pengeluaran BUMDe
Implementation of Green Practices on Room Attendant at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the room attendant at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort had implemented green practices and to find out which indicators need to be improved and maintained in implementing green practices.
Research methods: This study uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques with data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The method of determining the informants using purposive sampling method with the number of informants 33 people from room attendant employees.
Findings: The room attendant has implemented green practices very appropriately In the implementation of green practices, there are 3 green practices variables with 9 indicators, where in implementing this program there are 2 indicators that need to be improved, namely the first use of reused bed linen in hotel rooms and secondly the use of reused towels in bathrooms. In an effort to improve the 2 indicators of green practices, the author suggests using or multiplying decorative ornaments containing words or writings that ask guests to reuse bed linen and towels in the hotel room.
Implication: With the implementation of green practices in room attendants, it is expected to reduce the impact of environmental damage that can be caused by the hotel industry
Green Tourism-Based Food and Beverage Service to Increase Customer Satisfaction at Four Points By Sheraton Bali Kuta
Purpose: This study to determine the application of green tourism based service by the food and beverage service department at Four Points By Sheraton Bali Kuta and how it impact on customer satisfaction.
Research methods: The research sample was determined by the incidental sampling method with a sampe of 80 guest who had received service from the food and beverage service department at Four Points By Sheraton Bali Kuta as respondents. The data collection method used in a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative analysis with descriptive statistics on a likert scale range using microsoft excel 2010.
Findings: The results show that the application of green tourism-based services on green service and energy-saving variables according to customers is not good. The variables of green product, green design and consumption reduction according to customers are good.
Implications: The impact of green tourism-based services on customer satisfaction at The Eatery Restaurant is that customers agree to take actions such as buying back products and services, recommending products and services to others, buying other types of products from The Eatery Restaurant, being interested in buying food and beverage products from The Eatery Restaurant.  
The Design of Wedi Awu Beach Resort Hotel in Purwoadi Village, Malang Regency, East Java
Purpose: The purpose of designing a resort hotel is to create a resort hotel that meets the facilities and infrastructure supporting the needs of tourists, especially the needs of sports tourism at Wedi Awu Beach. In addition, it is to create a resort hotel that uses East Javanese cultural characteristics such as the use of roofs and ornaments of Banyuwangi traditional houses into the design of resort hotels.
Research methods: The research location is at Wedi Awu Beach, Balearjo Hamlet, Purwodadi Village, Tirtoyudo District, Malang Regency, East Java. The design area has an area of 5.30 Ha. The theme used is vernacular architecture. The design of Wedi Awu Beach resort hotel in Purwodadi Village, Malang Regency uses several methods such as primary data collection methods, secondary data collection methods, analysis methods and synthesis methods.
Findings: Malang Regency has many very beautiful tourist destinations and attracts domestic and foreign tourists to visit. Seeing the development of the number of tourists visiting Malang Regency, the Malang Regency Government began to pay attention to the potential of tourist destinations, especially in the southern part of Malang Regency, namely Wedi Awu Beach. Implication: Wedi Awu Beach was listed as an area that has proven successful in maximizing the potential of beach tourism and is able to hold night surfing events attended by dozens of surfers from within and outside the country. This potential is not supported by lodging facilities such as hotels that meet the needs of tourists, especially sports tourism needs
DIGITAL COMIC CHRONICLE OF CALONARANG BALADEVA BY TANTRAZ COMICS BALI
Purpose: This digital comic of Trantraz Comic Studio is attractively packaged, displaying visuals different from other comics in Indonesia and able to provide new nuances in the story's packaging. The visual appearance is more contemporary and modern. Digital comics are digitally based on their delivery to readers. They are paperless in digital form, borderless because they are not limited in size or format and timeless because of their durability across time, which may not be possible in paper media. This research aims to explain and describe the meaning and ideology contained in digital comics by Tantraz Comics Bali.
Research methods: An interpretative qualitative method is used in this research, emphasizing the disclosure of process and meaning in order to be able to capture a variety of qualitative information with descriptive clarity for a comprehensive conclusion in an interpretative manner.
Findings: Comics have forms and types of stories and elements in comics in detail. Types of comics are educational comics, promotional comics, puppet comics and martial arts comics. In comics, there are themes, narratives, illustrations and character designs made by the demands of the story that reflect the nature and personality of the character.
Implications: The ability to perform a work of art greatly influences the ability to digest and understand beauty
Penyuluhan Komposisi Campuran Beton untuk Jalan Tol
Peran dari seorang pekerja atau sumber daya manusia sangat vital khususnya dalam bidang kontruksi. Terkadang karena kelalaian yang di sebabkan oleh ketidaktahuan atau memandang hal terkadang sepele bisa mengakibatkan atau menimbulkan kejadian yang fatal dikemudian hari. Dalam kegiatan ini penulis berfokus untuk mengulas tentang upgrade knowledge dari seorang atau Sumber daya manusia yang berinterasi secara langsung di lapangan yang erat kaitannya dengan bidang kontruksi pengecoran sebuah proyek jalan tol khususnya wilayah jawa. Untuk kualitas beton sendiri sesuai standar Nasional Indonesia terbagi menjadi 3 jenis antara lain : Kualitas beton kelas 1, Kualitas beton kelas 2, Kualitas beton kelas 3. Pada kegiatan ini juga para pekerja di ajak praktek langsung kelapangan atau terjun langsung, mulai dari kualitas bahan, komposisi campuran sampai dengan proses pembuatan dan pengujian
