Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Pada UMKM Kacandipa Teratai Desa Sunju, Kecamatan Marawola
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan pelaksanaan pengamalan ilmu pengetahuan mahasiswa yang terlibat langsung dengan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada UMKM Kacandipa Teratai di Desa sunju Kecamatan Marawola Kabupaten Sigi, bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai pengendalian persedian bahan baku bagi pelaku UMKM. Memberikan pemahaman tentang perencanaan persediaan bahan baku yang optimal sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih efisien, dengan kata lain tujuan utama dari pengendalian persedian adalah kelancaran proses produksi dan penjualan dengan menggunakan biaya yang sehemat dan seoptimal mungkin. Metode yang dipakai adalah pendampingan kepada ibu-ibu pelaku usaha Kacandipa Teratai. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan bersama ibu-ibu tersebut berhasil meminimalisir pengeluaran, dengan adanya pengendalian persedian bahan baku maka diharapkan sebuah usaha dapat melakukan proses produksi untuk menghasilkan barang jadi yang kemudian dijual atau dipasarkan sesuai kebutuhan atau permintaan konsumen agar perusahaan mendapatkan laba dari penjualan tersebut, sehingga pengendalian persedian dimaksudkan untuk mengoptimalisasi biaya dan menjaga barang yang disimpan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan agar meningkatkan kepedulian mahasiswa terhadap lingkungan sosialnya
Penggunaan Shopee Paylater Dalam Ekonomi Islam
This research aims to explore how people in the Islamic economy feel about the Shopee app's PayLater feature. And to get a breakdown of how Shopee PayLater is being utilised. The methodology of this study is qualitative. This research uses observation, interviews, and documentation to gather information. While data visualisation and reduction are used for analysis. According to the findings of this research, Shopee users can benefit from the convenience of Shopee PayLater's on-time payment options by taking advantage of the company's bailout funds. Shopee PayLater continues to impose unnecessary costs on its customers by charging interest on past due balances and other fees with every purchase. The Qardh and Prohibition of Transactions in the Islamic economy state that Shopee PayLater is not permitted because it contains elements that are detrimental to the user, so the app's use is prohibited if it is banned in the Islamic economy
DISIPLIN KERJA PADA DINAS PENGENDALIAN PENDUDUK DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA (DPPKB) KABUPATEN KARAWANG
Kantor Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Kabupaten Karawang merupakan instansi pemerintahan yang memiliki peran penting dalam pengendalian jumlah penduduk yang ada di kabupaten karawang melalui program keluarga berencana (KB). Kerja Praktik dilaksanakan dengan cara magang kerja disuatu instansi atau perusahaan didaerah Karawang terkait dengan tujuan memberi wawasan kepada mahasiswa tentang dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. Laporan Kerja Praktik ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Disiplin Kerja pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana. Salah satu indikasi rendahnya kualitas Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah tersebut adalah adanya pelanggaran disiplin yang banyak dilakukan oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah. Metode dasar dalam memperoleh data yaitu dengan cara wawancara langsung, pengamatan, serta observasi langsung ke lapangan. Hasil laporan Kerja Praktik ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi tingkat kedisiplinan pegawai pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Karawang sudah cukup baik, walaupun didapati beberapa pegawai yang masih belum menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan job desk, dan terdapat beberapa pegawai datang dan pulang tidak sesuai dengan jam dan waktu yang sudah ditentukan oleh Dinas. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh seorang Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam Peningkatan Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil adalah Kurang tegasnya Sanksi yang diberikan oleh Pejabat yang berwenang serta lunturnya Kedisiplinan Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Adapun penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut ialah dengan memberikan sanksi dan tindakan yang lebih tegas terhadap setiap pelanggaran agar setiap pegawai bisa lebih Disiplin lagi dalam segala hal dan dapat memberikan efek jera agar Pegawai yang lain tidak meniru atau melakukan pelanggaran serupa atau lebih berat lagi
Efektivitas Program Pelatihan Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pada Badan Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) Kabupaten Gresik
In 2019-2020 employee productivity decreased and there were fluctuations in the performance assessment of Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees, because there were obstacles in implementing training programs which had an impact on employee performance. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of training programs in improving performance at the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD), as well as analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of training programs in improving the performance of Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees. ) Gresik Regency. This research is qualitative research using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observations. The selection of informants in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. In this research, as stated by the three informants, it can be said that the implementation of the training program at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency of Gresik Regency can be said to be quite effective in improving agency performance, especially in the scope of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency. which can be seen from several responses and results of employee performance which can be considered quite productive and good enough. There are several shortcomings in the implementation of this training program. There are obstacles in its implementation, namely in the form of budget funds spent on this training program which are considered to be insufficient due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, which basically requires the implementation of this program to be minimized. One effort can be made to ensure that the implementation of the training program continues, managing the existing budget as well as possible by providing training programs to employees in accordance with the AKD (Training Needs Analysis) that has been determined, so that the budget spent is not wasted or wasted. . Apart from the Regency/City APBD, training programs can also be obtained through the bidder APBN from the ministry, Bappenas. This research contributes to employees being able to maintain a sense of responsibility in their duties where training programs are provided to obtain the skill requirements needed to carry out employee duties and have employee motivation or goals to take part in the training program. This research was only conducted on employees of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD).
 
Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kecamatan Anggeraja Kabupaten Enrekang
This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The variables of this research are Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2) as the independent variable and Performance Volume (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 25 employees at the home office of the sub-district head of Anggeraja sub-district, Enrekang Regency who were also the samples. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling method). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for Windows
Based on the research results and discussion, the conclusion in the research is that Motivation (X1) has t count 6.429 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This can be interpreted as meaning that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The higher the employee's motivation at work, the better the employee's performance in carrying out their duties. Leadership (X2) is 2.699 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.013 < 0.05 can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees who have a leadership attitude both in leading themselves and their subordinates and co-workers can have good performance at work
Pengaruh Ritualistic Dan Consequential Terhadap Perilaku Konsumen Pada Modest Fashion : Studi Pada Mahasiswi Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka
The purpose of this Study was to determine: (1)Ritualistic influence on consumer behavior in modest fashion (Study on female students at the University of Nineteen November, Kolaka).(2)Consequential influence on consumer behavior in modest fashion (Study on female students at the University of Nineteen November, Kolaka). This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory research model using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were all female students at the University of nineteen November Kolaka with a total sample of 110 respondents using purposive sampling.Testing research instrumentusing validity and reability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analisis technique used in this research is Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) bades on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that the ritualistic variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavioras indicated by a P-Value of 0.000 and the Consequential variable also has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior as indicated by a P-Value of 0.00

Developments in this global era bring many changes that require a company to have human resources that can compete in current developments. This research aims to determine the existing HR development strategy at the Nelongso Bangkalan Fried Chicken restaurant. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The sample in this study used purposive sampling technique. Managers and staff employees were the samples (informants) in this research. The technique used to test the validity of the data is using the triangulation technique. The results of this research show that implementing appropriate HR development strategies can increase employee productivity and company competitiveness in facing the global era..
Peran Etika dalam Menjaga Integritas dan Kepercayaan Publik terhadap Industri Perbankan di Indonesia
Ethics in the banking industry plays a crucial role in maintaining integrity and public trust. This study aims to explore the role of ethics in preventing violations that could damage the stability of the financial system and the reputation of banks. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs case studies and literature reviews to analyze various cases of ethical violations in the Indonesian banking industry. The findings reveal that strong professional ethics can reduce the risk of fraud and moral hazard among bankers. However, challenges such as weak oversight and profit pressures remain significant factors influencing ethical breaches. Implementing sound corporate governance principles, enhancing ethics education, and tighter regulatory oversight are considered essential to strengthening banking ethics. This study concludes that by reinforcing commitment to ethics, the banking industry can increase public trust and support sustainable economic growth

Analisis Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Profitabilitas Keuangan Pada Perusahaan Transportasi Periode 2019 - 2021
This study aims to determine the effect of (1) Current Rasio (CR), (2) Total Aset Turn Over (TATO), (3) Debt to Equity Rasio (DER) on profitability in transportation companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2020. The method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling. The sample used in this research are 26 transportation companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that liquidity ratio (CR) has negative and not significant influence on profitability (ROE) because the current ratio of good transportation company means that there is decrease the profit because the profit is used to pay its short term debt. Activity ratio (TATO) has positive and significant influence on profitability (ROE) to rapid asset turnover indicates the ability of transportation companies to earn profits. Solvability ratio (DER) has negative and not significant influence on profitability (ROE) because transport companies tend to increase debt although not necessarily increase profit. It can be concluded that profitability can be influenced by liquidity, activity and solvability good for company. Transportation companies should pay more attention to financial performance to know the development of a company
